BIS doesn't work on 9360 but does on other phones!PLEASE HELP!

My brother gave me his Blackberry Curve 9360, with BIS still working. I added BIS to my mtn topup 50 as an extra, and BIS won’t work. It works on my curve 8520, but for some reason won’t work on the 9360. My brother was cell c, so I figured out if it wasn’t maybe that it was locked to cell c carrier, but it isn’t. I have wiped the phone a few times, even removed the OS and restored it, but BIS still doesn’t work. Please Help Me, I have been at mtn already and they don’t know what’s wrong!!!! Hi there Juan,
In some cases, the PIN is locked to the prior carrier for some time. It may resolve itself in a couple of days, or you may need to get your brother to call Cell C to have them release the PIN from their network. It should then be able to start working on MTN.

IE uses a different version of Flash than other browsers use.
1.Download the Flash setup file from here: 
[http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe Adobe Flash - Plugin version]. 
Save it to your Desktop. 
2. Close Firefox using File > Exit 
then check the Task Manager > Processes tab to make sure '''firefox.exe''' is closed, 
{XP: Ctrl+Alt+Del = Processes tab}
3. Then run the Flash setup file from your Desktop.

MacBook Air wi-fi doesn't work at home but does everywhere else?

Hello everyone, out of the blue recently my mid-2012 Macbook air started having wifi issues at home. Everywhere I go except my house the wifi works excellently. This would lead one to believe my home wifi is at fault, however all of my family's devices (ipad, iphones, pc, etc) connect to and use the wifi just fine throughout the house.
Even more strange is the fact that when I am in close proximity to the router (in the basement) the wifi works and is fast. It also works in my kitchen, but strangely does not in the living room 10 feet to the left or in my room upstairs. If it does rarely work in those areas, it is extremely slow and does not take long before it doesn't work at all. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Just a side note, I updated to OSX mavericks hoping this would solve the issue but it did not.

Package works in emulator but does nothing on phone

I've written an app in Wireless Toolkit 2.1
I've chosen Target Platform JTWI which specifies a CLDC of 1.0 and an MIDP 2.0 profile. Checking my phone details at http://www.nokia.co.uk/nokia/0,,39193,00.html implies that these should work.
The app works fine in the emulator, but does absolutely nothing when I install it to my phone. I did the following:
Project -> Package -> Create Package
I then copied the .jad and .jar files to the phone over bluetooth. I then opened the message containing the .jar, and got an Installation dialog. I selected Install <appname> -> Continue and said yes to the messae about the application being untrusted. I then selected memory card as the destination, and eventually got the 'Installation Complete' message.
Now in the bottom of my applications menu, I have my application with an icon the shape of a puzzle piece. I've tried selecting that the way I normally do (click down on the joystick). Nothing happens. I then went Options -> Open, but nothing happens.
What have I missed and what else should I be testing ?

How can I get my Bluetooth to connect? I took it to the apple store in San Francisco and got horrible service and my phone still doesn't work in regards to Bluetooth and glitches ? Please help

I am very disappointed, I can not connect my Bluetooth to any device (ie. beatpill) and I took it to the store they reset my phone and told me everythibg should work and it turns out that nothing works. Not only the Bluetooth but my phone glitches while in use (ie. It freezes, it'll reset randomly, and the apps freeze or won't close, whrn texting it will close out my messages) things of that nature. Please help because thus far no one else has and it has become a problem for me to use my phone.

After installation driver of my soundcard terratec dmx 6fire usb on my mb soundcard doesn't work. But on mb pro 15' i5 2010 it's work's good. I think the problem is in the new sandy bridge chipset. If anybody have same equipment please help.

Answer of support terratec:is your Mac OS working in 32 bit or 64 bit mode ? The DMX 6Fire just work on
32 bit..
Normaly this can be the only reason, when you say, that the device works on
another Mac system without problems.
Also with the installation there is nothing you can do wrong. The device
must work, when you just have connected it via USB to the Mac. The DMX 6Fire
USB software is just installing the additional ControlPanel for the DMX.
All new macbook pro works at 64 bit mode at default. I change mode to 32 bit of my macbook pro type command in terminal :sudo systemsetup -setkernelbootarchitecture i386.

My nano doesn't work, cannot be find in Windows and itunes. please help!

Before it doesn't work, I am charging the battery.
But when I am about to disconnect it from the systme, Windows prompted "can't be disconnected", I tried several times, the same prompts. So I shut off the computer, but the nano doesn't work.
I have tried the 5-R steps, nothing changed.
there's only the picture of a file folder with an exclamation point comes up, and on the bottom it has apples support website, alternating with a apple logo.
The worst thing is that I cannot find my nano in the explorer, so I cannot restore/update or format it.
BTW, I have disconnected the nano from all power sources and left it disconnected for about 24 hours, reconnect to the USB port, a battery displayed on the screen, but for about 20s, display the the picture of a file folder aggain.
Please help!

A php script works in IE but not in safari .. please help

The following php works in internet explorer but not in safari or chrome .
In IE all files are saved in specified folder .
But in safari , xml portion works .. that is myxml.xml is saved in 'uploads/'.$temp directory ... but uploaded files are not saved in the given folder ..instead they are saved in 'uploads' folder .... not in 'uploads/'.$temp folder or 'uploads/'.$temp.'/image/' folder ...
The script is called from flash ...
I am new to php ... please help ...

Loader.close doesn't work in Flash but does work in Flash player

TS3274 Sound doesn't work for games but does for everything else!

The sound doesn't seem to work with the games but works with everything else ..... What's the reason for that and how do you correct that?

If you lose sounds for keyboard clicks, games or other apps, email notifications and other notifications, system sounds may have been muted.
System sounds can be muted and controlled two different ways. The screen lock rotation can be controlled in the same manner as well.
Settings>General>Use Side Switch to: Mute System sounds. If this option is selected, the switch on the side of the iPad above the volume rocker will mute system sounds.
If you choose Lock Screen Rotation, then the switch locks the screen. If the screen is locked, you will see a lock icon in the upper right corner next to the battery indicator gauge.
If you have the side switch set to lock screen rotation then the system sound control is in the task bar. Double tap the home button and in the task bar at the bottom, swipe all the way to the right. The speaker icon is all the way to the left. Tap on it and system sounds will return.
If you have the side switch set to mute system sounds, then the screen lock rotation can be accessed via the task bar in the same manner as described above.

Extractions, refine edge, using the brush tool doesn't work on iMac but does on MacBookPro

When in the refine edge interface the brush tool will not work on my iMac but will on the MacBookPro. I haven't reloaded the program yet as I don't want to loose my plugins. Will they stay in tacked? Does anyone know how to fix this? Frustrated that Adobe won't help because I haven't the latest and greatest!!

Mailing .pdf attachments to Presto Printer doesn't work with Firefox but does with IE, how can I fix this?

Since upgrading to 4.0.1 the email address [email protected] indicates that there is something wrong with any attachment in .pdf format. This happens when I send mail from my yahoo or aol mail accounts when using Mozilla. It does not occur if I'm using those mail accounts and Internet Explorer.
[email protected] lets you see what an email will look like when printed on a subscriber's Presto printer, which is a printer that is used without a computer, it periodically calls a toll-free number and looks for mail sent to that address. I believe anyone can send mail to [email protected] and will receive a reply back, so you could test tweeks to Mozilla that would resolve the problem. This issue started in September or October of 2010, was resolved by Presto at that time, but has not been resolved with the 4.0.1 version.

MS offers some advanced features only for its own IE browser and not for other browsers like Firefox.

Google Search Timeline function doesn't work in Firefox but does in IE

I use Google for searches. After receiving search results there are additional options along the left sidebar. The "Timeline" feature takes the search results and sorts them chronologically and display the results on a timeline. This feature used to work fine in Firefox. Now after receiving search results when I press the "Timeline" option Google tells me that my search "did not match any documents."
I assumed the problem was with Google but when I finally tested it in Internet Explorer I discovered that the Timeline feature worked fine. The same exact URL in IE properly displays the Timeline sorted results but when pasted into Firefox it produces no results.
Please explain what could be causing this or I may have to switch browsers which I'd hate to do. Thanks.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
* "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
* "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
