Hi ,
I have encrypted my external harddrive but unfortunately encryption was not 100% completed , but I was use that data with password to unlock drive . but now when I am trying to unlock with correct password its showing incorrrect password also
I lost recovery key too . Please help me get my data .

Did you disconnect the external hard drive when the encryption stopped?
You can’t find the recovery key?
Based on my test, if I encrypt the partition E: , the recovery key will be created automatically just after the encryption starts.
Please confirm that you have lost the recovery key.
If you have the recovery key, please take a look at the following article to use the recovery password to restore the external hard drive.

What EXACTLY is the message you're getting? If it says that ID can't be used to activate the phone, you have to use the same iCloud ID you had previously used to set up Find my iPhone. It's called Activation Lock. It's an anti-theft feature.

Error Parser does not work, even in SSX3

SunSudio Express (December 2006 release) introduces some interesting new features, but there are still problems. For the first time, I was able to debug Fortran 90 applications in Linux, but debugging is still very limited. Furthermore, the Fortran error parser does not work, even when compiling using Sun's f95 compiler. This is a heavy disadvantage. I assume that Fortran error parsing is not supported on Linux, although the tutorials don't make this point clear: In the Options window, there are settings concerning C/C++ (and its parser), but there are no similar options for the Fortran parser, even in "Advanced Setings" (which are similar to the old Options window). My Linux system is Debian 3.1 (Sarge), with JDK 1.5.0.09.
I don't think that I'm doing something wrong, but I want to ask, just to be sure: has someone had seen the Fortran error parser working on Linux? What about Fortran word completion?

Social App not working even after update from noki...

nokia n8 social loading feeds.
My wife and i have the same problem now, only last week she said my phone will not work on facebook the widget on main home screen will not load feeds at all, and the widget is now blank saying refresh all the time, so i linked the phone up to the computer and did a scan for new updates with nokia updater which you can download from nokia site.
Its now the 4th jan and the phones still will not work even after and update from a socail app,
nothing , facebook will load after a few pushes, and looks like its loading till it says loading feeds then it says the (wording unable to load news feeds)

Uninstall the social app and reboot your phone. Then go to software updates and reinstall from the offering given in the updates. I've uninstalled and reinstalled social twice and it has worked both times.

BTW- Your profile shows you have iOS 6.1.4 installed. The max iOS for an iPad is 6.1.3. iOS 6.1.4 is for iPhones only.

Time machine password not working

Turned on my Mac this AM and the encrypted time machine partition asked for a password and the usual one does not work- it is correct on keychain.

A Mac stores all the passwords in KeyChain Access. I do not know whether a PC has this type of application. Perhaps a PC user will see this and offer assistance.
You may likely need to perform a "Soft Reset" to reset the disk password.

I got a MacBook Pro today. The previous owner had Apple wipe it clean for the new owner, me. When I first tried putting my wifi password in, I wasn't remembering exactly what it was, so I tried many different possibilities. Since then, I found my password in my office. I put it in, when it asked for it. But, it's not taking it. It just says searching for networks. And, this is after I identified the correct network. So, I am wondering if perhaps after a number of "tries" does it not accept ANY further attempts ? You know like Banking passwords....you get locked out. I'm wondering if I'm locked out?

No, not like a bank timeout.
Open keychain in your Utilities Folder and look for old router password, or delete wrong passwords.
You can always reset your router password to something new that you can remember.

Hi I have had nothing but problems today I think my account has been hacked. Couldn't log in to Skype on PC or iPad kept saying my password was incorrect, though same password I have always had. I changed my password by having Skype send me a new one to my email. I activated it and created new password and all good. IN the middle of a call it shut down suddenly and when I tried to log on again, it said it didn't recognise the password I only just created that had worked already. Kept trying and still nothing. So I went to create a THIRD password and now skype is saying my email address doesn't exist. I have had this account for years and they only just sent me a new password to that email address so it certainly does exist. Left for a few hours and now tried again and it says i have tried too many times today. I have actually tried to create new account to be able to use skype. Can anyone explain what is happening? I am currently scanning for viruses but i really want to be able to use my old account with all my contacts on it rather than start from scratch! My mother in law is having the same problem with her account so I wonder if it's a virus?? At the same time I have started receiving a bunch of emails from 'skype' in Chinese so I assume this is connected somehow? Please any ideas on how to fix this?!

Both bottoms of my phone is not working seems its hanged its iphone 5

Apple will replace it if it is still covered by the 1 year warranty, it hasn't been damaged, and you take it to an Apple store in the country of purchase.

Try going into Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > select the account > account name , tap on SMTP (under the 'Outgoing Mail Server' heading) and then tap on your Primary Server and try entering your email account and password and see if you can then send emails

To change the iCloud ID ("email") you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Where is your UME running? On the java engine, on an ABAP system or at a LDAP?
What i want to say is that your user has to gain the rights to connect to the SLD. Easiest way is to give you admin rights - to do that you have to know where your userstore is running....

Normally it should look like http://my.sap.com/56600/sld where my.sap.com is a fqdn and 56600 is the port of the java engine. 66 ist the system number of the as java.
ZBAPI? I do not really know but i think you have to use a jco to connect...

Touchpad does not work even after format - x220t

Hi there,
I've had my X220 tablet for about 10 months and it has been great. For the last month however, the touchpad and touchpoint have become flaky. When rebooted or coming out of standby, the touchpoint/touchpad often did not work; after resetting a few times, i would work, but then stop working again when the system when into standby mode.
I thought this was a driver issue, but uninstalling and reinstalling to the newest drivers did nothing. I have also updated/reset the BIOS.
I have more recently have not been able to get the touchpad working at all now and relying on just the touchscreen for input is very frustrating.
When Windows 8 CP came out this week, I decided to give the computer a fresh format and reinstall Windows --- maybe that would resolve the issue. No luck. The touchpoint/touchpad did not work even in Windows 8.
I read around a bit and have tried disabling JUST the touchpad in the BIOS, and amazingly, the touchpoint will work fine when I do that. When I disable just the touchpoint or leaving both enabled, neither the touchpad or touchpoint will work.
As far as I can tell from what I have been able to diagnose, the touchpad is damaged and is causing a conflict with the touchpoint when enabled. I am not sure of this, but it is my belief now.
Are there solutions out there for me? I do have 2 months left on my warranty, but I hope to keep mailing my notebook in for support as a last resort.
