  • What are the supported secure protocols between BizTalk 2013 R2 and Iguana HL7 interface

We are working on project where we want to transmit HL7 messages securely from BizTalk 2013 R2 to Iguana HL7 interface and receive Acks/Nacks. We came to know that MLLP adapter doesn't support SSL and the other option we are thinking
is HTTPS.  Are there any better options available other than these 2 options which are supported by both BizTalk and iguana.
Also I read the following article
    http://help.interfaceware.com/kb/164

Have you gone through above post .It clearly state
ACK’s are published when the Messaging Engine successfully transmits a message over the ‘wire’ and the system context property “AckRequired” is written on the message that was sent and it is set to true.
Both ACK’s and NACK’s have the following system context properties promoted which can therefore be used in filter expressions for routing:
    AckType:
    set to ACK or NACK
    AckID:
set to the message ID of the message that this ACK/NACK is for
    AckOwnerID:
set to the instance ID that this ACK/NACK is for
    CorrelationToken:
flowed from the message to the ACK/NACK
I would again suggest to go through below link to design your solution

  • Biztalk HL7 accelerator for HL7. 3 seconds to flush the batch

    Hello
I think everybody know's the 3 second problem of the MLLP-Adapter. And that this can be changed in the registry with MLLPSendFlushTimeout. In BizTalk 2013 R2 this default time is still 3 seconds. But why has Microsoft made this choice to set this to 3 seconds?
Don't they know that this is very slow? Is there an reason this choice has been made? I would like to know. Could there be other problems if I change this to a very low value let's say 50 ms?
    Kind Regards
    benny verhamme signed

This is a standard reply I've seen before. Sorry but doing all these things don't work. Have you actually red my Question? I'm asking why the MLLP flush
is set to 3 seconds by default?
And it is better to keep your hands off the throttling.
PS: I know how I can change this setting through the known registry key MLLPSendFlushTimeout. If set this at a value like 50 of something.
Then the adapter is very fast. But why default 3 seconds? This is so slow. Is there any reason this is set to 3 seconds

  • Service file under template folder missing

    Hai,
We have installed ITS 6.2 in  a machine.  The templates folder of AGATE does not have service files like BWSP, PZ transaction.
I think after installation standard service files should be in templates folder. Correct me if i am wrong.  Is there any procedure for the Basis team to publish the all the service after installation. .
Please let me know what is the procedure(or configuration) which basis has to do to publish all service files provided by SAP.
    Thanks & Regards,
    H.K.Hayath Basha.

    Hai,
We have another ITS 6.2 server also in which the templates for the service files are under templates folder for example:
    D:\Program Files\SAP\ITS\Development\Template
Under this templates we have folders with name BWSP, PZ01, PZ02...
We have another new installation of ITS 6.2 patch 26 in another machine, the folder structure is
    D:\Program Files\SAP\ITS\Development\Template
Under this template folder I am not able to see folders like BWSP, PZ01, PZ02.
I am development consultant, in the previous installation I don't know what Basis did to publish the templates for BWSP, PZ01 and PZ02 under the path,
    D:\Program Files\SAP\ITS\Development\Template
In the new installation my Basis team member doesn't know what the earlier team member has done to publish the templates for service files.
Please let me know what is the procedure to publish the service file as templates in ITS server.
    Thanks & Regards,
    H.K.Hayath Basha.
Service files in the templates folder? For sure, you can make this, but
I would recommend to use the correct folder. The structure of the ITS folders
has not been changed, as far as I know.
Another good idea: Read the documentation or use your preferred search method
    for finding files like webgui.srvc

  • Biztalk 2013 SMTP.Subject and SMTP.EmailBodyText Missing:

    Hi:
Neither SMTP.Subject nor SMTP.EmailBodyText are passed to the SMTP email. Appreciate any hint.
I have a Orchestration Messages, EmailMsg, of Message Type System.Xml.XmlDocument. Inside a ConstructMessage, I have a Message Assignment with the following code.
    WHOrchestrationDynamicSend(Microsoft.XLANGs.BaseTypes.Address)="mailto:myemailladdress.com";
    EmailMsg = PurchaseOrderMsg;
    EmailMsg (SMTP.Subject) = "Message from Vendors EDI Orchestration:";
    EmailMsg (SMTP.EmailBodyText) = "VenderEDI Sender Identification Number: " + PurchaseOrderMsg.SenderId + " processing.";
    EmailMsg (SMTP.EmailBodyTextCharset)="UTF-8";
The dynamic port uses SMTP adaptor correctly. Sends an email with body equal to PurchaseOrderMsg. Awesome.
However, neither SMTP.Subject nor SMTP.EmailBodyText are passed to the SMTP. The Subject is a GUID and SMTP.EmailBodyText nowhere, I can see.
    Appreciate your help.

  • Could I be eligible for a phone replacement if I file under a battery issue?

I just got my phone and I honestly turn off everything I need, only turning things on when I need them. I am aware of all background app refreshing, iTunes automatic updating & all the little things Apple has in their iPhones. I just got this phone 1 or 2 weeks only and I have noticed my battery just drops when I don't even use it. I would just leave it locked/on standby and I would check again and the battery would drop 2%. I would use my phone nonstop for about 5 minutes and it drops about 1-4% each time. I have an iPhone 5s that's brand new and I don't think it should be having issues like this.
Under the 1 year warranty, could I go bother the **** out of the people at the Genius Bar and have a chance at getting a new phone?

The folks at the Genius Bar would be the ones who would determine if your phone will be replaced under warranty. You would not be bothering them by making an appointment. It's what they are there for. The appointment itself won't cost you anything.
    Best of luck.

  • Microsoft BizTalk Adapters for Host Systems Missing with BizTalk 2013

    Hi All,
I am using BizTalk 2013 and looking  for Microsoft BizTalk Adapters for Host Systems but cannot find it on Installation disk.
Do any one has idea how to go ahead with this .
    Thanks
    Abhishek

    Hi Abhishek,
As far as what we can experience, there is not standalone download for
BizTalk 2013 Adapters for Host Systems 2013. Its part of the
    Host Integration Server 2013 installtion.
    HIS 2013 installation
    document’s official
    “Existing Product Upgrade
This release supports an in-place upgrade of earlier versions of HIS. The Host Integration Server 2013 setup automatically
upgrades your existing configuration. The following releases are supported for automatic upgrade.
    Host Integration Server 2009
BizTalk Adapters for Host Systems 2.0
When you run the installation setup for
Host Integration Server 2013, we will get the information like the following. In my server I already have
BizTalk Adapters for Host Systems 2.0 (as per the requirement),
hence this installation wizard tries to upgrade it to make it compactable with 2013.
When you proceed with the installation, this will install/upgrade the BizTalk adapter to 2013.

  • BizTalk Server Developer 2013 Vs BizTalk 2013 R2

I would like to know that if user production environment is BizTalk 2013R2.
Can I use "BizTalk Server Developer 2013" for my development? Does they compatiable?

    Yes it’s possible.
BizTalk 2013 R2 support both .NET Framework 4.5 and .NET Framework 4.5.1 not just 4.5.1.
Artifacts from BizTalk 2013 are .NET 4.5 and they are compatible with BizTalk 2013 R2 environment and hence they can be deployed in BizTalk 2013 R2 – Technically it’s possible.
Refer the platform supported section in this MSDN article.
    https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj248703.aspx
Then the question comes, would I do this? I will not. But if you don’t have an option, you got to use BizTalk 2013 in BizTalk 2013 R2, then I can. And for future development I would use BizTalk 2013 R2 environments for BizTalk 2013 R2 deployment.

  • BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2013

    Hi,
Can anybody tell me where I can download the BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2013 ?
The latest I can see on my MSDN sub is 2009 and everything else on the Web in relation to 2013 is help documentation.

    Hi John,
The accelerators are on the BizTalk media, physical or virtual. If you have a DVD or ISO mount it and look for the Accelerators folder.

  • BizTalk 2013 choice for "999" file type missing in Party Agreement configuration

Ok guys--this makes no sense. In BizTalk 2010, we were able to select the 999 file type in the party Config/Agreement section, specifically in the "Envelopes", "Local Host Settings" & Transaction Set List" sections under
"Transaction Set Settings". I could see if this was a 997 file type as that should be deprecated under 5010, but this is 999, the new format.
Since my experience with 2013 is limited, can anyone tell me if there is a service pack or CU we missed when this was setup that might include this? A setting somewhere perhaps?
Any assistance is appreciated--thanks in advance---

Confirmed as bug / oversight in Biztalk 2013 -Ugh
    Hello Scott,
We did an in-house repro and realized that this does not work.
It seems in BizTalk Server 2010, we had 999 listed under the
supported transactions list, but it is somehow not listed in BizTalk Server 2013.
We have raised a ticket to the Product Group to review this and make the required change. However, we do not have an ETA by when this change will be implemented.

  • RNDisAssembler issue in Biztalk 2010 or 2009 accelerator for RosettaNet

We are receiving 3C3 PIP messages from a traing partner. But from time to time, below error pops out.
    Source module:
    RNDisAssembler
    Correlation information:
    Description:

It's just once in a while. And I can't see any perceptible exception in the problematic message. This is so weird. I would assume it's a bug of Biztalk. Please refer to the post

  • BizTalk 2013 SFTP Adapter : Host Instance configured for SFTP Receive cause high CPU usage

    Hi,
Our BizTalk 2013 Server test env have 16 GB RAM.  We have one SFTP Receive Location which is using a dedicated Host instance for SFTP receive.
As soon as we start this SFTP Host Instance it starts consuming 50-60% CPU. (Even when it is not handling any file receive)
As suggested in below thread, to fix this issue, we changed the SFTP RL default configuration. i.e. Changed polling interval from default 0 sec to
10 minutes and also changed the RL Schedule window to business hours only.
    https://connectedpawns.wordpress.com/2014/04/13/biztalk-2013-sftp-adapter-biztalk-host-receiving-throttled-because-processmemory-exceeded-the-configured-throttling-limit/#comment-2602
Even after changing the RL configuration , the Host Instance continuously consumes ~60% CPU.
Any suggestions to troubleshoot more on this issue ?
    Thanks in advance !!
    Anoop

This is one of the issue which has already been raised to Microsoft and hopefully a public build will be available soon  in next cumulative update pack .
There are variety of reason for this starting for password mismatch or password not given , SFTP adapter unable to connect and so on .
There is good post here in below link for this issue
    http://thoughtsofmarcus.blogspot.co.uk/2013/06/leaving-password-blank-in-biztalk-2013.html
Another greate artcicle is by Nino which states these issues .SFTP adapter is  protocol  sensitive and some configuration by server side, can cause a lot of crazy situations

  • How to configure Send Handler for BizTalk 2013 Dynamic Send Port on deployment?

    Hi,
I do know how to manually configure a send handler for a dynamic send port in BizTalk 2013 Administration console. Though, once you export your application's configuration to a binding file, the dynamic send port's configuration does not
contain any information regarding the send handler. When you try to use this binding file when deploying your application your dynamic port's send handler falls back to the default host instance.
So my question is, how could we automate this process to avoid manual step in a dynamic port configuration during deployment?
    Thank you,

    Hey vlad,
As discussed at work in the office.. I woudl take the powershelll approach for now as a workaround.  Here's a trivial script for my local dev box (all in one biztalk & SQL)  (must be run in an x86 powershell session):

  • TCPIP adapter for BizTalk 2013

    Hello,
Is there a TCPIP adapter for BizTalk 2013. The one on codeplex can not be installed.
    Regards,
    Paul

You should download the one from CodePlex for BizTalk 2009 and edit the setup project where it is checking for BizTalk Version and modify this to the value for 2013. Rebuild and then you'd be able to deploy.
You would also need to re-target the one for 2009 from .Net 3.0 to .Net 4.0
