BizTalk 64 bits host cannot start

Question

Hi All,
We are having an production issue. Suddenly, our BizTalk 2013 R2 server got the following .Net runtime and Application error.

Permanent Solution:-
Microsoft has created a fix for this issue and it will be included in BizTalk 2013 Cumulative Update 3 as well as BizTalk 2010 Cumulative Update 7.  The
article at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2555976 will
be updated once CU3 or CU7 are publicly released.
If you need this fix before either CU is publicly released, please create a support case with Microsoft and request fix 2909928. <o:p></o:p>
Understand that .NET 4.5 is not officially supported on 2010 until CU7 is released so if you're on 2010, it's better to wait till CU7 is released before installing .NET
4.5.  That being said, the fix is still available if you already installed .NET 4.5 on your 2010 machine.<o:p></o:p>
Note that 2013 CU2 or 2010 CU6 are required prerequisites for this fix. <o:p></o:p>
