Black Berry App World Identification error

Hi
I Upgraded my Black Berry App World but canot do anything with it.once i go in to use it it says " a BlackBerry identity update is needed. would you like to install it now?, then i say yes, it sais contacting blackberry id server, and then it throws out an error saying"Balack berry identity intalation faild. please try again later (80003) then i cant accese my app world at all, it throws it out.
what should i do?

Q5 black berry world - download or update option not working

I have BlackBerry Q5 phone, Earlier I was able to download or update the application from BlackBerry world, but for last 1O days,i am not able to download or update any application using BlackBerry world,even for the applications whose update is recommended by BlackBerry world

Try to refresh BBWorld. Open BBWorld. Swipe down from the top and go to Settings >General >Refresh BlackBerry World.

here's the error message;
"sorry your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support blackberry app world"

i have sort of the same problem? when i try to download bb app world on my 8520, it lets me go as far as selecting the language, but after pressing 'next' all that shows up is the blackberry image at the top of the screen,, and like its finished loading???? pleaseeeeeee!!! i need help, seriously starting to annoy me! and this phone is useless to me because i cant get anything on it!

My sent file in email shows the emails I have sent from my black berry but nothing sent from my IPAD2. Any suggestions on how to change this?

My sent folder in email only shows my sent items from my black berry, nothing from my IPAD 2. How do I change this to be a folder that represent sent activity from the IPAD?

You can not merge accounts.
Apps are tied to the Apple ID used to download them, you can not transfer them.

Black berry software update

I wish to enquire if there is a means of updating my black berry phone OS manually other than via internet while connected through black berry desktop software suite? Cos this process takes time and keep breaking or terminating in the process.

Sure, I use to follow this procedure:
Download the OS file here for example: BlackBerry Torch 9860 - Firmware-Updates & Support von Vodafone
Instructions for installing on the almost all BB models:
1. Download the above OS file to the PC then install it to the PC by running (double clicking) the file you downloaded.
2. Go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml." Vista/Win7 users: In the apploader folder, simply click on "Compatibility files" to see the actual Vendor.xml file. Once you've got that - simply delete the vendor.xml file there (even if you've deleted or think you've deleted it in the folder previously) and voila, it will allow you to update to the newly installed OS!
3. Plug in BB and double click on "Loader.exe." It's located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.
The process may take up to 45 minutes to an hour depending on how much data you have to backup and restore during the process. Once it's done loading the new OS it will reboot (it may do this twice during the entire process.) You will see a black "BlackBerry" screen with a status bar for up to 20 minutes at a time while the DM says "waiting for initialization."
If, for some reason, you end up with a white screen with small icons and the number 507, simply connect to the PC again and run Loader.exe again, and it should load the OS to the device.

App download always stops after a few kB (Torch 9810)

It is really terrible. I bought a torch 9810 for round about 500€ and the Device wont download Apps. I tried it several times. I can browse the Appworld, i can click on download but during the downloadprocess the download suddenly stops and the device shows me a errormessage. The Errormessage is: Es ist ein Problem aufgetreten beim Download. bitte versuchen Sie es erneut. I tried it with a lot of different apps but there is always the same Problem Apps like BBM, Black Berry Protect, Google Talk, Twitter, Facebook works without Problems. I can download them, and I can update them. - I have a working BlackBerry ID - The Paypal account works with the Appworld - I have tried the download via Wifi and WAP. There is always the same Problem - I have upgraded the Firmware - I have done a wipe with the Torch - I have done a complete wipe with BlackBerry Toolkit - I have tried to download Apps with the PC My only hope are you Pros here. PLEASE help me....

Thanks for your feedback. However, just to clarify: my iTunes Library is not stored on my TC itself, yet on a separate HD that is USB'd to the TC.
Also I wonder where it's stated that a iTunes Library is 'meant' to be stored locally.

Issues with new black berry os2

i downloaded the new software...Pretty cool...2 issues...need for speed has vanished...it is appearing on my world in apps but on the desktop..where would i find or restor it...do i have to delete and downlaod it again.
i install print to go on my desktop..it is asking me my tablet id and password..i gave it my blackberry account id and password and it is not accepting...where would i find this...

ok i downloaded need for speed again and it is working fine. i got the black berry id but still the print to is giving me grief. it eithers timed out and do not log in the blackberry system..some scipts are not working ...any guidance????

Connecting my black berry to device software

so i have downloaded the black berry software and am currently trying to update my devices software but my blackberry is not connecting to the computer. it said my bb might need to be charged but the battery is atleast 25% charged and i have tried a different usb cord any idea what im doing wrong? the error i have recieved is jvm error 513

App downloads problems - downloading stalls.....

i am getting this almost every time i download an app. i try to download an app (it always happens when downloading an update) and the download stalls. after an initial message saying that the download is not available, it gets stuck with a black app icon and the word "waiting" below the app icon.
i've tried restoring the phone, resetting network settings. nothing helps.
if i do a hard restart while the app download is stalled, the app gets deleted completely and i have to re-download it again.
if i download an update for an app on my computer, then sync the phone to the computer, after the app download has already stalled on the phone, the app does not get updated. i still have to do a hard restart of the iphone4, which deletes the app, forcing me to completely re-download it.

I came across this issue on my iPad and iPhone today. I did some research and it was suggested that you need to change your region to wherever in the world you originally purchased the app.
This worked for me.
I had tried signing in and out, deleting apps and resetting my devices; because I had never used any Apple ID except for my own personal one, I thought that those options would sort it. I changed my region to the uk (where the apps were purchased) and now they have updated with no other issues.

cuando encendi mi black berry 8520 empezo a iniciarse bien pero luego de que apareciera en la pantalla la imagen de mi protector de pantalla salio: Uncaught exception: Index 5>= 5 y luego de hacer click en OK la pantalla se puso en blanco y decia: error 523.
lo conecte para ver si actualizandolo podia arreglarse pero van 2 horas y el software sigue "conectando" mi celular...
que debo hacer???? estoy muy asustadaaa

my black berry has no icons on the menu screen. grand son plays with phome and hid my icons somehow. and im try to retreive them from unhide. there is no link

1. On your homescreen, press the Menu key > SHOW ALL, so that SHOW ALL is checked.
2. Look in EACH folder on your device... Applications, Instant Messengers, Downloads, etc.
If you still don't see it, look at Options > Advanced > Applications. Do you see it listed there?
If nothing works, do a simple reboot on the device: With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Black berry curve battery drains with in 2 hours

I am new to blackberry platform. I recently purchased a new black berry 9220 phone. From the day one itself the battery is draining with in 2-4 hours and device operating temparatures are very high. When i keep the phone in my pocket, it feels like i have put a burning piece of charcoal in my pocket. I have followed these steps in order to isolate the issue but notthing works.
1) turn on power saving mode to always.
2) i deleted unnecesary apps like twitter, facebook, and other socil media apps.
3) I have closed back ground applications.
4) contacted vodafone if there are any issues with the signal but they told me to contact bb support..( my signal strength is very high).
I AM VERY FRUSTATED. WHEN I TRY TO SEND A MAIL THE STUPID BLACK BERRY SUPPORT PEAPLE I GET A SERVER ERROR.... PLEASE HELP ME GUYS... NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WOULD GET SUCH A CRAPPY SERVICE FROM BLACK BERRY.
