mon portable black berry z10 ne connecte pas avec l'operateur de réseau malgré que tout les paramétres sont correct et si je met les puces dans une autriel appriel le réseau fonctionee mais avec mon black berry rien n'a marché sachon que si je change ma localisation il marche

    Dear Sir/Madam
    Actually the problem is this phone is a very bad phone. i bought it last year in may and since then i have been facing problems again and again so i got it replaced in november. 
    After that for around three months it worked very well. but after that it started giving me problem again. sometimes it stops working, sometimes the sensor doesn't work and the permanent problem is at the 23% power it's getting switch off (The same problem by which i got it replaced it earlier). So every time i have to carry the charger with me.
    New problems are:
    Power button was working and in after few second it stopped working I have tried everything to get it work again but nothing worked. 
    It getting reboot itself again and again. 
    Heating is very high 
    Automatic switch off at the level of 23% battery
    Unacceptable behaviour. 
    Since last 5 days i havn't used my phone for once and this phone keeps on rebooting itself. its very bad stiuation. I think "Black berry Z10 should get awareded for having all kinds of problem which could be possible in a cell phone"
    it's very annoying that i bought a phone of blackberry over the other companies cell phones because i had an impression that it is a good company. but if i facing so many problem in just one year i don't think it's a good company at all. 
    India there are no service center nearby i have to go for repair or service then i have to 300 miles to another city which is not possible every time. last time also i gave them my phone and they replaced it in 45 days. 
    And this time i am not willing to go for repair anywhere Its my humble request to you please help me out because my work is getting affected by this and i don't have times for this. I am expecting a positive assistent from you. I hope you understand my circumstances and resolve the problem.

    If you people are not able to resolve the problem then i have to go the legal option in consumer forum in india.

  • Black berry link is not connecting with my Q5

    Hi
    I hv bought a Q5 mobile yesterday.My device is not appearing while i hv connected with blackberry links.
    I hv tried to uninstall and reinstall the s/w and the problem remains same.. the USB connections are charging the mobile whereas the device is not getting connected.Strange....

    Are you using BlackBerry Link for PC or Mac?  Also are you using the BlackBerry USB cord that came with the BlackBerry Q5?  Have you tried a different USB port?

    hello how are you hope you good!!   my phone is acting weird ever since i have update it to the latest software.... problem im geting phone heating up for no reason, battery drainage, n freeze and then switch its self off, i have try rebooting it  work well for a day or half a day then the cycle starts all over again!!!!!! SO GUYS CANT U FIX TIHS SOFTWARE STUFF, i love my phone alot i really do otherwise i wouldt buy it................ it makes my life sooo easy.... so can u please fix this prob blackberry team....... thank you :No :

    It's quite common to expect unusual behavior such as that described by you after updating your phone. I've never seen anything unusual on any updates I've done but many others have. Heating up, lagging, inferior battery performance, battery meter saying 100% when it's actually down to 10%, etc. If you could be patient for a couple more days, it might level off on its own. If not, reloading the same OS again sometimes corrects the issue. As a last resort if reloading it doesn't help, you can downgrade to your previous OS.

  • Black Berry Z10 CAMERA

    Dear Friends
                        I have installed the new software version 10.2.1.3062.
                           But after installation i am not able to find my camera app, even if i open my pictures and try to go to the camera its showing me that the camera app in not working.and when i am trying to check for the new software its showing me that i have the latest versiion of te software.
                        So somebody please help me out to get rid of this problem, i am facing a lot of problem because of this.
                      hope someone will reply me soon with the solution .

    Given your description, I can only deduce that something became corrupt when you updated your OS. As such, a complete clean OS reload is advised. Be sure you first backup your device via LINK, as well as take complete manual documentation so you can reconfigure rather than restore if needed (sometimes, restoring from a backup re-introduces the very corruption you are attempting to cleanse). Here are some methods for you to try and use:

  • My Black Berry Z10 is not starting- Stuck at logo while booting..

    My mobile BBZ10 STL-100 is stuk at logo while booting. Its not completing the process to open/on the mobile.

    You can try loading the OS again, using
    Upgrading OS10 devices using Autoloader
    You will need to know the exact model STL100-x , found on the white sticker under your battery.

  • I need to know how to connect with my Black Berry

    The BB has to be set up as a wifi hotspot. After you do that just connect the iPad to the wifi network created on the BB the same way you connect to any other wifi network.

  • Connecting my black berry to device software

    so i have downloaded the black berry software and am currently trying to update my devices software but my blackberry is not connecting to the computer. it said my bb might need to be charged but the battery is atleast 25% charged and i have tried a different usb cord any idea what im doing wrong? the error i have recieved is jvm error 513

    On your Homescreen, at the top right >> do you have the BlackBerry dots log next to the wifi router signal indicator?
    Try rebooting the device... with it powered ON, remove the battery a minute, reinsert and after reboot connect to the wifi again and try App World.

    I am very new to SRM. Here the user wants the whole approval/rejection process of shopping cart should be done via the Black Berry.
    When a shopping cart is created in SRM then automatically a mail should appear in this mail box(outlook or lotus) as well as in the black berry mail box, so from black berry the user will accept/reject the shopping cart.
    What workflow should be used? for mailing to outlook as well as in the blackberry whether we should implement any BAdI and also for integrating SRM & black berry whether we require any plug-in or configuration to be done..

  • My Black Berry Desk Top Manager doesn't work on my computer help!

    On March 6 I took my BlackBerry® Style™ 9670 smartphone  in for software issues after tech support did a hard reset on the device. I went home to back up my information and was unsuccessful. The connection failed this is the first time that the desk top software had problems. I un-installed The Desktop software and reinstalled and the disk that came with the phone open almost "1 Million" windows therefore opening some type of virus on my computer. I tried to install from the Black Berry site and it did the same thing. I had to get my computer serviced, I tried installing from the site yet again and now it still isn't working when installed... Help!!

  • Black berry battrey life too short

    My black berry phone was working fine since last mouth my battry's life
    drained from 89% to 40% and after it 8% dead need to be charged
    now and then...! it gives me headages and i tried getting some bettry
    but still it makes my phone to get a shorking sound.
    please help me fix my lovely phone back to nomal please...? 

    mndl_vs, instead of my guessing when, please state with detail when you hear this "shodk" sound?
    Do your battery life, what you're experiencing is that the on-device battery software meter is off sync with the actual battery charge. To fix that, this will normally work: leave your BlackBerry turned ON and charge for an hour or so through the OEM wall outlet charger, and still connected to the charger remove the battery for five minutes, reinsert and reboot you may need to do that again the next day. Same exact procedure. But that should reset the software reading of the battery.

  • Black berry curve battery drains with in 2 hours

    I am new to blackberry platform. I recently purchased a new black berry 9220 phone. From the day one itself the battery is draining with in 2-4 hours and device operating temparatures are very high. When i keep the phone in my pocket, it feels like i have put a burning piece of charcoal in my pocket. I have followed these steps in order to isolate the issue but notthing works.
    1) turn on power saving mode to always.
    2) i deleted unnecesary apps like twitter, facebook, and other socil media apps.
    3) I have closed back ground applications.
    4) contacted vodafone if there are any issues with the signal but they told me to contact bb support..( my signal strength is very high).
    I AM VERY FRUSTATED. WHEN I TRY TO SEND A MAIL THE STUPID BLACK BERRY SUPPORT PEAPLE I GET A SERVER ERROR....   PLEASE HELP ME GUYS...  NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WOULD GET SUCH A CRAPPY SERVICE FROM BLACK BERRY.
