Black Friday 2014 Pricing

I have single app (Audition) subscription and I subscribe to the Photography Program. I just logged on and noticed that for Black Friday, individual users (such as myself) can get the entire CC suite for just $29.99 a month. How do I subscribe to this without also keeping my existing subscriptions? Also, if I cancel my existing subscriptions, won't that penalize me, even though I immediately sign up for the CC suite? Please let me know.

1. You can cancel the present CC & buy the complete CC, the cancellation fee is waived off for such cancellation(you need to contact Adobe Support for that)
2. You can buy the Black Friday deal with another valid Adobe ID.

I'm told we can register with Apple for advance notification of Black Friday 2014 sales. Anyone know where / when / how. ? Storkie.

  • Black Friday deal question for current subscribers.

As a current subscriber is it possible for me to switch my plan to the black friday deal pricing? I've only been on my plan for 2 months.

You might want and have to wait. The iPhone 4 is good but next year the iPhone 5 could be at the 4s price now and 4s be free.
Apple does not let specials really go through unless there a new phone or iPad etc. Verizon doesent allow an early early upgrad since they let go the yearly upgrade. You can add a line but is the iPhone 8gig really worth it? You have to ask yourself that.

  • Where are the black Friday deals today?

It's now 06.55 on Friday 28th November (Black Friday). I cannot find any deals from Apple in the UK? Help...

  • Special pricing, black friday

Does anyone know if the black friday pricing is on top of student discount? Or is it one or the other?

    It says quite clearly here:
    http://store.apple.com/uk
that " Promotional pricing cannot be combined with any other offers ".

  • Black Friday - iphone 6 sale - clarification required

Black Friday add for iphone 6 (16 gb) says - $99.99 (with 2 year activation) after Trade in Gift card of $100.
So the price is $99.99 after trade in, what is special about this sale for Black Friday? It still seems to be $199.99 - $100 for trade in gift card.. let me know if I am reading it wrong and it will be $0 after BF promotion and trade in GC.
also, is the 64 GB also on sale on Black Friday? and how is it priced?

    Hello jayesh77-
It’s amazing to think that Thanksgiving and Black Friday are almost upon us.  Best Buy has a great selection of items this year in our Black Friday ad, and the iPhone 6 offer is just one of them!
I apologize for any confusion around this offer.  The iPhone 6 should be $99.99 with 2 year activation and the $100 trade-in gift card.  The iPhone 5s should be $1 with 2 year activation and the $100 trade-in gift card.  I do not know of any plans to have the 64GB version of the iPhone 6 on sale, but I would recommend periodically checking BestBuy.com as we will have many holiday ads between now and Christmas!
    Thanks for posting!

  • No points for black friday purchase?

So on black friday, I purchased 2 digital slr cameras, at a cost of a little over $950. I got an email today about my points so I went to go check and my purchase shows at 0 points earned, when it should have been 950 points. I do not understand why this was. I do know that they were having problems with the computer (couldnt look up best buy rewards and had to run cards manually), but the cashier said that I should automatically get the 950 points. What do I need to do to fix this?

    Good morning naquadah,
Welcome to the Best Buy forum, and thank you for posting!
I attempted to review your My Best Buy™ account, but was unable to do so using the email address you registered with the forum.  Did you charge that purchase to a Best Buy credit card or MasterCard?  If so, did you select a promotional financing offer?  Unless you paid for the entire purchase with gift cards and certificates, then that is the most likely reason why zero points were awarded.  Based on the Program Terms, a purchase that is applied to a promotional financing offer does NOT qualify for points.
While the purchase may not qualify for points because it was applied to a promotional financing offer, it should still count towards reaching Elite and Elite Plus status during the 2014 calendar year.  I would like to review your My Best Buy™ account so that I can confirm exactly why you were awarded zero points, so I will be sending you a private message.  To check your private messages, you will want to login to the forum and click on the little yellow envelope at the top of the page.

I hope you have a great day.

  • Renew membership for Black Friday 40% Off Deal?

Last month, I purchased a membership for one year at the price of $49.99/mo. I now see an email for a Black Friday Deal for 40% off ($29.99/mo). Is there any way I can get that deal, possibly by renewing my membership (even though it's only a month old)? It would REALLY help me out. Bummed this deal ran a month after I got mine.

Thank you for raising the concern, only new customers can get the deal.
    As stated:
Offer starts on Nov. 17, 2014 and expires on Nov. 28, 2014. Offer available to first-time subscribers.  Purchase Adobe Creative Cloud Complete subscription for $479.88/year ($39.99/month) (plus applicable taxes/VAT/GST) from the Adobe Store or by calling a regional Adobe Call Center.  Regular price for Creative Cloud Complete is $599.88/year ($49.99/month) (plus applicable taxes/VAT/GST).  Limit: 1 per customer. 12-mo commitment required

  • Purchased Creative Cloud complete on Black Friday for $40/mo, I've been charged twice and can't find out how to license my trial. PLEASE HELP!

I signed up and purchased a discount plan of Creative Cloud Complete for $40/mo for the first year on Black Friday (11/28/14). I downloaded the Creative Cloud desktop app as well as Lightroom and Photoshop a few days later when my new computer came in. They have both reached the trial limit (I'm not even sure why it put me as a trial when I had already purchased Creative Cloud Complete). Since then I have downloaded and installed AE and PR and they have about 15 days left on the trial. My account has now been charged $40 twice. The first time was on 11/28/14 when I signed up, and the second time was on 12/29/14. Both were for the amount of $39.99. When I log into my Adobe Creative Cloud account online, it's asking me if I'm "ready to buy?". Why does it say this if I have already purchased a plan? How do I get the information to license all of the software? Nowhere in my account settings can I find a way to license all of the Creative Cloud programs I have installed. Please help! I have tons of projects I need to be working on and cannot afford any delays!

  • Does Apple have any event for Black Friday this year?

I'm planning on buying a Macbook Pro Retina this holiday season. I'm wondering if Apple are gonna have any event for this Black Friday as they usually have.
    Thanks.

  • Black Friday TV Deals

So I'm thinking of upgrading to a bigger size TV.  Wanted opinions on the deals for Black Friday.  I was looking at the SHARP 60" LED 1080P 120hz for $999.99.  But I'm kinda dissapointed that SEARS has same set right now for same price.  There are also reviews suggesting picture is not as great as higher 'SMART' model.  Would've hoped for a better Black Friday deal as price is same as SEARS.  I'm also looking at the Toshiba 50" LED 1080P 60hz for $399.99.  I'm not too thrilled about the brand and specs, but seems like a good deal at that price.  The other deal is the Panasonic 55" LED 1080P 120hz SMART 3D at $899.99.  Bundled soundbar and wireless subwoofer for additional $150.  I don't HAVE to have SMART/3D but it seems like good option at that price.  What do you all think?
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

The Toshiba TV may SEEM like a good deal - only problem is Best Buy's Black Friday ad is deceptive.  Best Buy doesn't even have any 40" Toshiba HDTVs.   NONE!!  Channel 19 News (Cleveland) reported on one poor soul who started camping out at Best Buy last Thursday.  That poor customer was talking about the money he 'knows' he'll save on the 40" Toshiba by being the first in line for Black Friday.  BB has known for days they don't even have the product but hasn't bothered to post this information at the door.   I'm not wasting my time or $ shopping at Best Buy.  Wal-Mart .... here I come!!

  • PS4 Black Friday Bundle Defective, and no longer for sale...?

    Hi,
I purchased the PS4 Black Friday Bundle with GTA 5 and The Last of Us.  Just recently it started randomly beeping and ejecting discs which apparently (according to Google search results) was fairly common during a bad batch of PS4s.  I looked on BestBuy.com but the bundle is no longer for sale.  I would like to exchange the bundle for another since the console is defective, but how will this be handled since the bundle is no longer available?
    Thanks in advance!

    Hello mrod5167,
I hope you are enjoying your PlayStation 4 bundle! My husband experienced a similar issue with his PlayStation 4, and we were happy to find that starting the console in safe mode resolved the issue. I'm sorry to hear that you encountered this issue, but I'm glad to hear that the manager at your local store was able to resolve this for you by swapping out the console alone. If you should need any further assistance, please let us know!

  • Guy with "VZ Corporate Source" at WPcentral says Lumia coming to VZ on Black Friday

So this guy is said that his source his saying VZ will have the it by black friday after AT&T has sold enough with their exclusivity deal. Instead of having to read the the whole thread, I am giving you the links to where he comes up and talks about it. Read the whole post. I'll quote some of the main points just for a head up.
What does your source at VZW do?.
Corporate contracts.  Negotiates contracts and deployment for larger Verizon customers like Clearchannel, etc.  He knows where Verizon is going because he's kept in the loop to prepare his big customers.
But expect a HUGE Black Friday Windows Phone push from Verizon with some crazy prices for those who want to go to a VZW store on that day, including early contract discounts and incentives to trade in iPhones and Android devices.

Just got info that Verizon will not likely get the 920 but a variation of it with a different number like the 820.  I guess the frequencies between the two will be different.  May be to prevent people from jumping between carriers with the phone - no idea

What I do know is that Verizon is also giving something to get it.  They want it badly.  A bunch of the corporate people were given a demonstration of the Lumia 920 by Nokia and they were apparently blown away by it.  My source was not there to see it, but his boss was and the word was the VZW people felt this phone could be a game changer if marketed correctly between the NFC, wireless charging, the camera tech on it, and the mapping.  Nokia showed them the JBL wireless charging speaker system too.

Look... You're yelling at one of the guys who is trying to provide information. That won't help you at all.
It is no secret that Verizon is one of the most anti-consumer companies out there, is it? Bing it. Verizon is anti-consumer, anti-phone manufacturer, anti-anyone who doesn't wear a Verizon name badge, and they're probably anti-half of THEM. Does it really surprise you that we can't get information out of them?
I have reached out to execs in the past as well as currently to try to make them realize that this is not constructive, but the reality is that Sprint has the best customer service in the industry, and at least in my area, the worst coverage. This is how you can treat people when you have them over a barrel. I can go to ATT, who has just as bad customer service, and if we end up not getting a 920 caliber device, I probably will, but I am still under contract for a couple more months for two of the three devices on my plan, so I will wait until they either expire or I decide I just don't want to wait any longer, then pay the ETF.
Until they open up, how about exercising some courtesy and being kind to those of us who ARE trying to pass along information to the rest of you. Otherwise, I'd rather you hunt ot down yourself.

  • I purchased Black Friday deal but in my products I see offer for CS3 owners

I signed for Black Friday deal - Photoshop + Lightroom + 20GB for 12 euro per month. Everything installed and works, but when I enter my products and subscriptions I see that I own deal for CS3 owners. Is it a bug in the system or I made bad purchase? How to fix it?

    Hi Jacek
The promotion was originally only available for CS3+ customers but for a limited time we're making it available to everyone.
You've purchased the correct plan and it doesn't need to be fixed.
    Sorry for any confusion caused.
    Kind regards
