I pre-ordered this through BestBuy.com and it has been greater than 72 hours and I have still not received my beta code yet. I have checked my junk/spam filters daily and it was not sent there. Please help!

I pre ordered black ops 3 from GAME UK and whenever I tried to redeem by beta code it says THE REDEMPTION CODE YOU HAVE ENTERED IS INVALID. PLEASE RE-ENTER YOUR CODE. I've tried entering my code in many ways but it just says it is invalid. I could do anything for anyone to help.

Not all codes are ready to go straight away. It's all well and good to have the voucher code, but you will need to wait for the code to be activated at the PSN end. This happened to me recently when I brought a game that had its street date broken, the included codes wouldn't allow me to redeem them until after the official release date fo the game.

When will pre-order beta codes for Rainbow Six Siege be sent out?

I pre-ordered Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition and it's supposed to include guarenteed closed beta access. I have not recieved any emails in regards to this, nor can I find any info on when these will be sent out. Any help would be appreciated

Codes were sent out about a month ago - Please check your junk mail (for the account you used to place the order) and if you're not seeing it there, call customer service directly, they will be able to hook you right up!

Thief pre order DLC code on xbox one doesn't work say's code has already been used?

I picked up my pre order of thief today after I installed it I entered the code for the DLC and it tells me the code has already been used, I also tried it on xbox.com and I got the same message

Picked up 2 pre orders of COD. help

I picked up 2 seperate pre orders of cod (to get the $10 certificate for each) on Sunday, but on my account it doesn't show up that I even made a purchase that day.. I recently made a purchase today and it showed up that same night on my account.
Did it not go through? Though my GCU was used I still can't find the transaction on my purchase history and it has been 2-3 days

Pre-ordered CoD: AW missing $10 bonus

Pre-ordered CoD online via BBY.com for in-store pickup on 11/2. Checked BBY for the pending points and it's missing the $10 pre-order bonus. It's only showing points for the purchase. Granted, I pre-ordered the day before and not weeks or months in advanced but it's still before the game was released. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Pre-Order Bonus Code Was Invalid

I pre-ordered Thief for the PS4 back in February and received my code on 2/25/14. I realize it is now nine months later but when I went to use my code a couple weeks ago it said it was invalid or had already been used. I contacted PS support and they informed me the code had been used on 2/26/14 by someone that was not me. So either that person mistakenly put my code in, correctly guessed my code or was sent the exact same code as me. As I said, I realize this concerning a nine month old code but I am a very busy man and usually do not redeem my pre-order codes until I am able to play the game that the code is for. I would really appreciate a replacement code.

I did this with Best Buy / The Police / Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster said all the tickets were sold out 30 seconds after the presale...So, get there early and don't get your hopes up with Ticketmaster.

Black Ops 3 Beta question

So today I pre-ordered Black Ops 3 for PS4 and it wasn't until I got home that I realized there was no Beta code on the reciept. When I pre-ordered it I was never asked for an email but I did use my Best Buy reward zone card. So my question is will I recieve an email with the code to the account I have connected to my reward zone?

In regards to the Beta Code, this isn’t something that will actually print on the receipt like most pre-order bonus codes would. You should receive your Beta Code within 72-hours of placing your pre-order and it’ll be sent to the email address you’d have provided the store when placing your pre-order.
If for any reason 72-hours elapses and you still haven’t received your code, please send a private message to Mike-BBY (clicking the hyperlink will open a new window with a private message addressed to his inbox) and include the following information:
Message Subject: Call of Duty Beta Code
Message Body: Include...
• Proof of purchase (Customer Service PIN from in-store receipt or BestBuy.com order #)

Midldle Earth: Shadow of Mordor - Pre-order Bonuses?

Hello!
I recently got off the phone with a Best Buy representative and wanted to confirm what was said is true. I was late on jumping on the order ship for Shadow of Mordor. I was planning on pre-ordering, but was waiting for confirmation on which is the "better" version (PS4 vs Xbox One, resolutiongate continues!). As a result, I didn't "pre-order" and ordered it today.
The phone representative said that any order before the 3rd of October still qualifies for the pre-order bonuses (despite the game coming out on September 30th). Is this true? I'd like to confirm that I'll be receiving the $10 rewards certificate and pre-order bonus code before picking up the game.
I'd confirm it myself, but it appears the My Reward Zone site has changed and you can no longer see pending points.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Like Kinsella5 mentioned, pre-order bonuses are typically only available to customers who reserve an eligible item prior to its release date and subsequently purchase it. I'm not personally aware of such an extension being offered, so I'd have to say the rep you spoke with was mistaken.

Pre order $10 Certificate & GCU

Hi, I pre ordered battlefield hardline for the xbox one by depositing $5 the day before the release date. I came back to pick it up the next day and paid I believe a total of $50. I'm not exactly sure if the $5 deposit was applied or not but I don't see any 1000 points ($10 certificate) pending. I did get the pre order bonus code on my receipt though. They even asked me for my email so the code could be emailed as well. I just want to make sure if the $5 deposit was actually applied and if not, could you please help me get refunded $5 and get my $10 certificate if for some reason, it didn't count as a pre order? The "Get $10" pre-order offer is a great way to earn some bonus points, and as long as you picked up your Battlefield Hardline pre-order within seven days of the official release date, you should qualify for the 500 bonus points ($10 = 500 points). It can generally take up to 20 days for points to officially post to a member's account, so 4/6/2015 would be your 20th day.
I looked over the receipt from when you picked up your pre-order and it does look like the $5 deposit was applied correctly. Your discount for being an Unlocked member brought the price down to $47.99 and with sales tax the total was about $50; however, that is when your $5 deposit was applied. The final receipt should show that your credit card was charged about $45.
