Black screen all the time

i think my screen has gone as when the phone is switched on the keypad lights up but the screeen itself stays black and it allows calls in and i can anwer them just not see whats on the screen can the screen be fixed ? xx

plug ipod in to computer leave for 30mins
now follow these steps and it should work
1.with ipod still pluged in to computer press and hold both the power and home button for a full 30secs
2. if apple logo shows 1st let go of the power button wait 5sec's and let go of the home
3.unplug from computer. if ipod on turn fully off press power button for 5sec and slide to turn off
4.wait 30sec's turn back on and plug back to computer
if that does not help and u have an apple store near you go there, they should help u better

Black &white stripes on the screen all the time

Hi, I have iphone 5 white 64gb A1429, and beginning using February, and today(23.06.2013), in the morning, I saw on my iphone black & white strips on the screen, all the time in start, work, shut down, but with all sound(ringtone, sound of unlock). I created back up iphone, and restored it, without recovery and it’s problem saved. What I can doing? I have warranty, but on body have chipped.

"Top tab bar"?
The top of the screen is where the applications menus appear on the left and system icons (time, volume. etc) appear on the right side.
This entire area is "covered over" when you enter into "Full Screen" mode. You can expose it while still in full screen by moving your cursor over the area.

Phones switch on and off during the update, this is normal.
Depending how far it got before stopping, you might be able to recover it: switch off, hold the green call key, asterisk key and 3 key down with the fingers of one hand, and use the other hand to switch the phone on - keep the three keys pressed untul the Nokia handshake is finished.
If you are lucky, this will reformat the phone and restart it. Otherwise, you have to got to Nokia service point - if you still have warranty, problems caused by NSU can be fixed free.

Error Message stays on the screen all the time

This message stays on my screen almost all the time. At the bottom it says "Press center to dismiss" but I have to press over and over multiple times to make it go away and then it usually comes right back anyway. The error message says "Firewire connections are not supported. To transfer songs, connect the USB cable provided." I don't have any other problems. It seems to be a bogus message and I can't get rid of it.

I cannot get itunes to play certain tv shows all i get is a black screen and the timer does not move what should i do?

I am trying to play a season on my computer but it will not play. The timer does not move and all i get is a black screen. Should i just repurchase the season. the season does play on my ipod.

Ipod nano has only an apple on the screen all the time, but still plays???!

i was using my nano as usual 2day, and then i notices the screen wasn't doing anything, so i reset it and all i get is the apple, it still plays music, and syncs with itunes, and u can get into the diagnostics on it, and they display properly, and it passes all the tests... just the display not showing when it loads up..? help!!

Tried restoring it, still the same. loaded all songs back onto it, and it plays them... still just an apple on the screen! apple still there when the ipod is supposed to be off, and then it wont come back on unless u reset it again.

Macbook Pro screen showing green line and blacks out all the time

My macbook pro have been recently showing green horixontal line all over the screen at times , and it goes away after restarting couple of times, after i log in the screen black outs after couple of minutes and sometimes the screen act weird

I would suspect that there is a hardware component failing. I would take it in for diagnosis.

Something I have inadvertently done has removed the menu bar, the toolbars. The screen 'rolls' down when I move the cursor to the top of the screen otherwise it is in full screen all the time.

I was working on an email last night and must have set something on which I do not want. When I state firefox, it comes up full screen but without any menu or toolbars. Even when I move the cursor to the top of the scrren to reveal what is there, there still is no menu or toolbars showing.

If you run Firefox in full screen mode then press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle (Mac: command+Shift+F).
