BlackBerry 9300 smartphone does not route audio to a stereo Bluetooth headset

hi,
trying to listen music thru my Jabra BT2010 headset from my bb 9300, but not able to hear.
though calls are ok, music is not.
pls help

Yah,
I finally gave up on my old blue-tooth headset and got myself an LG HBS-700 (A2DP) stereo headset.
It mostly solves my issue, though it seems to switch from hi-fi mode to a low-fi mono mode when a phone call comes in during TomTom navigation (and TomTom currently has some issues about playing the full audio messages from time to time and sometimes reverts unexpectedly to iPhone speakers -- I expect they'll sort that out eventually).

My MacBook Air does not "see" my Plantronics Voyager Pro + bluetooth headset as a discoverable bluetooth asset.  I have read on Apple and Plantronics forums that these two devices should be compatible, but so far no luck.  Anybody have any experience with this situation?

Turns out the Voyager Pro Bluetooth headset failed...exchanging it for a new one and should be GTG.  Thanks.

Run MDP to HDMI for picture. Use a cable like this to run sound from your audio out on your Mac to your TV's audio in.  That's about all  you can do.

  • Premiere Pro Does Not Support Audio-Only Capture For Some Formats, Such As HDV?

In the PPro CS 5.5 Help file  under, "Recording audio", it says:
"Note: To capture an audio-only file from a digital video source, choose Audio from the Capture menu in the Logging pane of the Capture panel.
"Premiere Pro does not support audio-only capture for some formats, such as HDV."
I'm shooting in HDV and if I want to capture audio only, would I just need to switch my setting to DV?
The only thing is my Canon HV20's HDV audio is MPEG-1 Audio Layer 2, 16 bit, 48 kHz.
My DV setting is PCM audio, which I think is a better quality format, right?
Would there be any noticeable difference?
    Thanks.

Capture your HDV material in the normal way and just drag audio only from the source monitor to the timeline.

  • Blackberry Desktop Manager does not show Media Manager

First, let me say I am a NEW Blackberry user, my hubby and I both got new Blackberry Curves 8310 recently.
When I installed the disc that came with the phone, the Blackberry Desktop Manager does not have the "Media Manager" as one of the choices, as was shown on all of the booklets and tutorials. I even re-installed the program, thinking maybe it didn't download completely the first time, but it still comes up showing only these 4:
Synchronize, Backup & Restore, Application Loader, and Switch Device Wizard.......
All of the directions I've received show that I can easily add pictures and music simply by clicking on Media Manager, but it just isn't there.
Here is info about the installation disk that we received with our phones, supposedly the correct and latest versions . . ..
    Blackberry Desktop Manager
    version 4.3.0.17 (Nov.12 2007)
    Device Communications      Blackberry Device mgr....4.3.0.7
                                             BBDevMgr   ................4.0.0.1
                                             RIM USB Driver.............4.0.0.2
                                             RIM USB Serial Driver.......2.1.0.4
    Application Loader          Application Loader ..........4.3.0.13
                                         RIMProgram .....................1.0.0.35
Seriously, none of these really means a whole lot to me, I just want to click on something and have it work . . .  I did try to "upgrade" to a newer version, and I got the message that the version I had was the newer one, so now what?
I have memory cards inserted in the phone(s).
I will appreciate any help with this, I'm really frustrated. I figured out how to move files manually, but I don't understand why it isn't showing up as illustrated in the instruction manuals and online tutorials.

  • "The selected file does not contain audio media ..."

I'm using Premiere Pro CC in Windows 7. A week ago I created a project using media from an external hard drive. I opened the project today to make changes to it, and a number of the .MTS files show up as missing. When I click on "Link Media" and locate the file -- which shows up as being on the external drive -- I get the following error message: "The selected file does not contain audio media used by clip references in one or more sequences. These audio clip references will be deleted, and cannot be undone. Do you want to continue?" I have canceled out of it because I do not want to damage my project irreparably, but I'm trying to determine the best course of action in re-linking these clips that are essential to the project. (I did apply a Left Fill to all the audio in the project, but I don't know if that would cause a problem, or if it did, how I could remove that effect. I've tried to re-link with several previous autosave versions of the project, only to get the same result.)

My home wireless is no longer recognized, even going through the set-up process.  It does not connect to the car through Bluetooth seamlessly--I have to add my phone as a new device each time I get in the car.  In attempting to solve these problems I have gone to settings-phone-upgrade and it states that the upgrade is available-select to continue-(which I do)- it checks -please wait and it then states that update not available - try later.

Maybe not too late to help you.
For specifically fixing the Bluetooth, un-pair your phone with the car, and go through the process of repairing the two.
In general, the KK update requires many of us (different phones) to perform a Factory Data Reset after we back up our personal content (pictures, music, movies, or other downloaded files) to a PC or MAC. This will result in you having to do a bit of work to setup icons for the programs you use, and maybe putting in the specifics again for email accounts and other specialized apps. So if you are going to do this sort of thing... copy important information/settings down on paper.
