Blackberry 9720 help with headphones

I have a blackberry curve 9720. It hasn't been giving me any problems. Recently I've tried listening to music through my Skull candy EARphones and it wont work. It has worked in the past. There isn't option available that says activate headset. The EARphones work on my laptop. My Stuff HEADphones work on my phone. Any reason why my EARphones wont work on bb device, remember it did work before.

Have you tried another earpiece on the phone?

Blackberry 9720 help

Hi, I have a 9720 for 3 weeks now, for the last 3 days when I want to download anything from the internet the phone freeze. I am unable to do anything including receiving text or calls. The backlight stay on. It stays like that for not less than 2 minutes up to 30 minutes. It is not the mmc as I have changed it with 3 different mmc. When its frozen and I pull the mmc it responds after a few seconds though. Help please

I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:
KB17877 How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode
It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, see what happens.
If the behavior ceases, then think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.
But if the behavior continues in Safe Mode, then you may need to consider more drastic actions -- WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload, and the "Bare Bones" OS Reload Process. To prepare, you should be sure that you have a full backup to your PC...please review the Backup link in my auto-sig on this post for instructions.

Blackberry Curve HELP with 2 things.....sending pics via text and calls/SERVICE PROVIDER IS SPRINT

Can it be done? I am having a hard time figuring that out. Can I send a picture I take using text feature? Not having to send via email or using bluetooth? You know how other phones, you just choose a picture and choose to send the picture and then you choose the contact to send to.... How do I do that with the curve? I need to send pictures and sending via email doesnt work when I need the picture to go through right away. Help!
Also, I have been having this huge problem... I get a phone call or make a phone call and the phone goes back to my screen saver and not the phone call screen where it shows how long you are on the phone, the screen where it shows you are on a phone call. It has been that sometimes the phone doesnt hang up and since the call stays on the screen saver screen I dont realize it and people on the phone are listening to my conversations. Or i accidently hit a button without realizing it and it calls someone but I dont know this because the phone doesnt show me its making a phone call and I hear voices.... not in my head, coming from the phone. Or i make a phone call and think the call didnt go through and start going through phone book and other options on my phone without realizing the person I called is already on the phone. I hope I made sense.

Help with headphones on laptop

I got a set of the HN-505 headphones for my laptop. But the problem is that is it has a two-prong connection. but my laptop only has a single output jack and a micro-phone jack. so when i plug in the headphones I can only hear audio on one side. I was sold these headphones w/ the laptop so i assumed they would work. what am i doing wrong?

lol yea i feel like an idiot...i must of been tired or something. the mini-jack was actually plugged into some kind of splitter (2 prongs). so i just unplugged the splitter and plugged directly to the laptop and everything works fine.

Need Help With Headphones

I'm thinking of purchasing some SteelSeries Siberia V2 headphones only to realize they need both mic and audio jacks. How do i connect them both when there's only one port on the MacBook Pro 13"?

See your other post. You may need something like an iMic device to get them to work but I would check with the manufacturer of the headphones first.

New to Blackberry and need help with calendar

Hi all,
Just got my very first BB and could do with some help with my laptop and calendar (don't know if what I want is possible or available, so sorry it its not )
I got my BB for my personel use and want to be able to sync it with a calendar on my laptop. I don't have microsoft outlook, so I was wondering if anyone knew of a application or download I can get that will give me a calendar on my Laptop that I can sync with my BB.

Help with Internet Settings for Blackberry Curve 8520 On Orange Pay-Monthly

I need help with my internet settings I'm currently on Orange Pay-Monthly and have recently bought a second hand Blackberry Curve 8520 which is unlocked but used to be on 02! I don't have a clue on what to do or where to start all I know is in the top right hand corner where the signal bar is it says GPRS and WIFI ! I don't want WIFI as I don't have a wireless connection and would like to get the settings for my curve so I can browse the internet and go on Facebook etc and BBM!! I've clicked on the internet logo in the menu bar but it just say's hotspot browser.. but wont let me browse!! Some one please help me !!

Blackberry Curve-Problem with MSN Instant Messenger HELP!

I have the MSN Instant Messenger downloaded to my blackberry. I can send messages out and the recepient receives it but I'm not getting their responses back. Is anyone having this problem and if so, did you find a solution? I had contacted my service provider and wiped my phone and reinstalled the application but it still doesn't work. The weird thing is that it was working but all of a sudden stopped.

yes, this has been an ongoing issue since about october of 2008. however i can't get anyone to help with it . vendor or rim

HELP with Backing Up Blackberry!!

I wanted to download the Blackberry Desktop Backup for my Mac Book
however I dont know what software to download.

Try this:
1. Reset the iPhone by pressing and holding the sleep/wake and home buttons and releasing them, when the Apple logo appears on the display. Now test again.
2. If the issue persists: Restore the iPhone without any of your own content, using this description from Apple: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4137
3. If the issue persists, Your iPhone need repair.
