  • I can't access my Blackberry account HELPPP

My partner bought me a new phone for my birthday (bless him !) recently and I transferred all of my data across without any problems, the only problem is accessing my blackberry account (that ends with the '@blackberry.orange,co.uk' !) I have tried to get it across to Orange god knows how many times as they have constantly taken me to the wrong person/company to speak to about it !
I managed to send a request for a new password for that account but the only problem is that I haven't got the access to that account !
I'm not being funny but I have a lot of BBM contacts (just over 100) and I'm not making a new account as I do have a good decent amount of apps aswell, I've been a good customer for Blackberry but my patients is wearing thin !
Please help (possibly someone from the company would be better !) as I'm slowly getting fed up !

You must have access to the email account to which you've sent the password request. Why do you not?

  • Blackberry Account Change

Hello all, i have a business account, My blackberry belonged to someone else before I got it, he setup the blackberry account and he doesnt remeber doing that.  I am trying to get my email setup, but I cannot get into the account to do that.  I have been to my service provider, They suppoedly activated the email but it is still not working.  Doesnt anyone know how I can get into this account or who I can contact to get this account cleared or password reset?
    Thanks

You would have to call the customer service of your wireless carrier, they can reset your password for you.  This is the most efficient way to get the job done.

  • Reset Blackberry Account Password

    Hi
I am attempting to log into my blackberry account for the App World.  However i cannot remember my password or answer to the secret question.  is there another way to reset my password.
    Thanks in advance
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

You have to remember either the BlackBerryID password, or the secret question answer. Without either, you're stuck.
    Your choices are:
--Use another email account to create an entirely new BlackBerryID (with which you will lose access to any purchased apps using the "forgotten" first BlackBerryID, or
--Find the initial email you were sent to confirm the initial BlackBerryID, and in it is a link to click to cancel and delete the account. Click on that, delete the account and then you can use that same email to create an entirely new account.
    Good luck.
You can create and reset your BlackBerryID Password from this link:

  • Double emails to one of my blackberry accounts

I am having an issue with my BBZ10. One of my email accounts has been receiving double emails for over 25 hours now. I do not have this problem with this email on any of my other devices, and only one of my emails has this issue. Is there anything I can do besides deleting the email and setting it up again?

    Hey JonBey,
Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
    Thanks for the question.
I would first suggest removing and re-adding the email account on the BlackBerry Z10 and then monitor the delivery of messages.
Do the duplicates come in the exact same time as the original message or is there a delay?
I look forward to your reply.
    Cheers.

  • Playbook Won't Create BlackBerry Account

    Dear BlackBerry Community
Today I was trying to create an account for a brand new playbook, I did not have a WiFi connection near so I went to a public place for connection.
First I tried in my BlackBerry ID name then I tried to create a new ID.
Eventually I went to a friend who had a secure WiFi connection and thought this might help.
I ended with a error code, either 1 or 01 and a dialogue box asking me continuously to check my connections or retry, I even rebooted and tried again.
I already have one BB Playbook in my name, would this be the problem but I also tried to create another account.
Please could someone tell me why would not my account accept.
The new account I went about creating on a PC via BB App World, I almost got there but could not complete the connection.
    Please Help
    Yours Sincerely

  • Cannot Create Blackberry Account?

    I can't set up my Pearl 8110.
All I get when I get to e mail set up is   "Cannot create and account: An account alreday exists for this Blackeberry device.   It then tells me to call VodUK, who tell me Blackberry is active"
I've set up through the wizard but when it comes to e mail set up, it won't let me when I enter PIN & IMEI as it says already registered. Phone is brand new unlocked. I';m using a Vodafone SIM and the phone is branded Vodafone.
    How can I resolve this?

Yes, you need to contact Orange andn ask that the PIN be removed from the old account there.

    ~Gday from Down Under~

I have registered my email and selected a blackberry email as well.  I had to go online to Tmobile and register my email as I only have 2 options at the "add email" screen.
    1) I want to use a work email account.
    2) I want to skip email setup.
I do not have the option here for adding my own email.
I have yet to receive email to my phone.
While at the Tmobile store, the rep registered my phone so I could get the email accounts set up.  When I look at my account online, I see the emails I have added to the account.
I get no emails.  I sent one to my blackberry account, but still no emails.
I had a pearl that I borrowed last year and it was no problem.  Actually got too many emails.  Now I get none, only text messages.
    Suggestions?

  • Blackberry PIN on my phone that got stolen

I wanted to know, if my blackberry’s PIN is linked with my blackberry account with Fido (Canadian company), does that mean that no one else can register that blackberry on the network?
I just wanted to know since my unlocked blackberry curve 8900 was stolen. It’s pin is {edited out information}, in case someone knows of a way to do something about it.
    Thanks!
    Jeremy

Correct. As long as you leave the PIN registered on your account, it can't be registered elsewhere.
However, the carrier can remove the PIN if requested by another user, so it can be registered to use again.
My advice, report the theft to your local police and your carrier. It could be returned, you never know.
Otherwise, it's gone. There's nothing you can do.

  • Evernote Account Setup Failure

I cannot get the account setup for Evernote to work on a Z10.
    What's occurring:
    Setup->Accounts->Add Account->Evernote
        evernote login page shown.
I enter user name and password, click on "Sign in"
Evernote website goes to next page
    I click on "Authorize"
immediately I get an "Error: Couldn't connect to the server" and it shows a "Try again" button
    I click "Try Again"
Evernote website displays 'Missing required oauth parameter "oauth_token"' and dead ends.
There is a 'cancel' button ribbon at the top of the screen for the whole duration, so I think I am still in the normal account setup.  Anyone else have same problem?  Is there a workaround?
From Evernote's perspective, the Blackberry is being authorized correctly, it is visible as a new device in the Evernote account logs.  But the blackberry does not appear to be capturing the oauth token, nor completing the account setup process. I can't tell which side of the equation (Blackberry account setup vs. Evernote website) is screwed up.
Evernote customer support will not provide support.
    I'm running latest OS on a Z10.
I can't think of any interfering service or web configuration.  I've tried over cellular and wifi data services.

Have exact same problem and response from Evernote.  The first Z10 I had sent through the Evernote setup with no problem and was working great.  That device was faulty and had to get another.  2nd one has the problem.  Will monitor this thread for updates.

  • Help! Deactivation of account here when the device is sold to another person.

Do  i have to deactivate my account here so that the new owner of the phone will be able to receive notifications, as well as to create their own account? Please help me!

"Here", this is a user to user community support forum.
You DO need to deactivate your BlackBerry account with your mobile service provider to whom you paid your monthly fees, Globe. Have them remove the PIN and IMEI of the device from your account. That will make it 'free' to set up for another user.

If someone sends an e-mail to me at my main address (shaw.ca) which is also forwarded to my Blackberry they receive a message back from the Blackberry account saying that the message could not be received.
I did however in fact get the message on my Shaw acvcount which also shows up on my blackberry.

This seems to happen only when the e-mail is one that is sent to a group that I am part of with other addresses in the To: __________________
Any ideas on solving this problem?

    eetonaee,
It could be an Auto-Population issue. If the user is using a program like Outlook, have them create a new email. Have them start typing your name/address and press the down arrow key to highlight and delete. Once deleted, have the user entery in your full email address again.
