Blackberry appworld Error

Hi,
I purchased Camcard application on blackberry AW. At the first time, it shown that ( error 10.000) and I tried to purchased one more times. It shown that ( error 14.000) . After that I realised that that my card was charged. Could you please let me know what happened ?

Here is a KB that describes the 10000 error code...I can't find one for the 14000 code you received:
KB24454 "There is a problem with your credit card authorization. Please try again or visit blackberry.com/appworld/support for more information. (Error ID: 10000)" appears when an attempt is made to purchase an application in BlackBerry App World
From this user-to-user community, there is no way for anyone to look at the "back end" and truly see "what happened". The only way that can happen is for you to request formal support from your carrier and, if they need to, receive escalation into RIM.

    Whenever I try to download something from blackberry appworld (just an app, or a game anything) it goes to the download bit and then it says "an error occured at downloading (whatever I'm trying to download) please try again later" can someone please help me as I really need apps on my phone!??!!!

  • Blackberry appworld disappeared and I cannot reinstall

    Hi all. I turned my phone off and on a little while ago and my blackberry appworld icon disappeared. It comes up with the following error message: Error: Invalid manifest or application descriptor.
    The "MIDlet-Name" attribute is missing
    I have a blacberry bold 9900 and my sim is with giff gaff. I need to download an app and I can't seem to do so on the net using my phone either. Very annoying and none of the forums have been of any use. Any help would be appreciated

    Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums
    On your Homescreen Go to Options > Device >  Application Management > Locate and delete BlackBerry World from there. After deleting do a Battery Pull Restart like this device POWERED ON remove the battery wait a min. then re-insert it back .
    After reboot from your BlackBerry Browser browse www.blackberry.com/appworld to download the recent version of BlackBerry World.
    Please try it and let us know.

  • Error when installing Product: BlackBerry Link -- Error 1920.

    Hi I get the following installation error for Link:
    Product: BlackBerry Link -- Error 1920.Service BlackBerry Link Communication Manager (RIM Tunnel Service) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
    I get the option to retry but it won't work.
    Logged on as Admin
    Windows 7
    BB Z10 10.0.10.85
    Tried downloading from the Web and installing and  connecting phone to PC. Turned off UAC.

    Thanks for the question.
    Do you have any current security software on the PC?  If so what kind?  Also go into Start>Control Panel>Adminstrative Tools>Services and is BlackBerry Link Communication Manager listed?  If so, click on start the service (make sure you're logged in as the admin).
    Once completed then try to access BlackBerry Link.  
    Let me know if the issue still persists.

  • Blackberry Appworld download does not work

    entered my Email and both sites gives "Error" I belive the Appworld I have donwloaded on my 9320 may not be a valid version. Can anyone tell me why the web sites do not provide the appworld application via Email?

  • Blackberry Appworld Issue BBID Password Not Accepted

    I have enjoyed my PlaBk for almost a year but this has never happened. I attempted to purchase an app. When asked.com for my BBID password it would not accept it. I tried a few times more without working. So I went to Blackberry and changed my BBID password. But back on the playbook it still not accept my password. .
    Something else...in MyAppWorld, when I try and re-install an previously uninstalled app, I get a 0003-0005 error on the screen of my PlaBk
    When I go to the Blackberry ID in the Options, the message comes up 'Unable to Connect'
    But I am connected via WiFi and I can go onto appworld???

    The router seems to be doing its job alright with all aspects of playbook connectivity seeming to work flawlessly. The more I read though, the more it looks like the playbook and the blackberry ID software is in some kind of conflict. So the BBID works on the phone, and on the website, but still not the playbook. A "003-005" error is generated when I attempt to update software from MyAppWorld. If I attempt to purchase, a network error is reported

  • AppWorld - Error Id: 3300

    When I attempt to download the Calorie Tracker by Livestrong app, I continually receive an error ->
    "There were problems competing this purchase.  Please try again or visit www.blackberry.com/appworld/support for more information. (Error Id: 3300)."
    Here is some additional information.  1) I have downloaded this application on a previous blackberry and I am now trying to purchase/add to my new Curve 9300 3G.  I am not sure if this may be causing the error but I am happy to pay the $2.99 again, I just want to download it. 2) I contacted the livestrong support and they said this is an app world issue and contact support for BB. 3) I have successfully purchased and downloaded other apps.
    Any help is appreciated.

  • Payment trouble on appworld error id 10000

    The appworld is not validating my credit card and I am sure there is nothing wrong with it. I have been using it IPAD for 1 year now. I can not get the payments through paypal as well. I have no trouble with moneybrookers. I need a solution as I can only use the free Apps for now.
    If you have the same problem, please reply to the post so that Blackberry and the developers can estimate the amount of revenue loss.

    I have been in a long-running battle with customer support regardfing error 13000.To make a long story short, signing into to App World and seting up my payment options using my PC's browser seemed to work for me - then waiting an hour. They seem to be aware of the problem now but they really need to fix App World on the PlayBook so that can check our payment status directly form the device. Here is a snippet of my last communicqtion from customer support.

    The KB wording reflects exactly what happend to me after my bbid was
    re-created and I had set my payment options via my desk-top computer's
    browser.
    However, I encountered the initial problem using a bbid that I had set up
    some time ago and (apperently) the payment options had not been set up
    properly at the time it was created. In this case, advising the customer to
    wait an hour would not solve the problem. It would improve the palybook app
    world experience greatly if the cryptic 13000 message could be modified to
    invite the customer to check her payment options via her pc in the case that
    there was not a recent change AND to wait an hour for any changes to
    propagate. Even better would be if a playbook dialog would automatically
    open to allow the customer to check payment options directly on the device
    and also advising him to wait a while before reattempting the purchase.

  • Appworld Error 10000 HELP!!!!!!

    Hello , I just tried to download an application from appworld cost $4.99 , I tried 4 times and 4 times i received this error code error 10000 There is a problem with your credit card authorization. Please try again or visit blackberry.com/appworld/support for more information. (Error ID: 10000)" My main issue is that I was charged the 4 times and the bank send me that my credit card has been used for a purchase the location is "DRI*app World" and it did not download the application , is there anyone I can speak to have a refund ? or atleast have the app downloaded

  • Blackberry 9320 Error after upgrading app world, bbm, blackberry id

    Hi,
    I am a newbie and need some help here. I just bought a blackberry 9320 to replace my old 9700. After bought it, I upgrade the app world application to the newest version from app world website and bbm to bbm 7 from appworld app (9320 originally has bbm 6). When activated bbm, before running the bbm 7 it request to update blackberry id app to the newest. Then I managed to restore my bbm contact list through my blackberry id (previously I have bbm 7 on my 9700).
    After upgrading then I did the pull battery to clear the memory (hard reset), but after put the battery back and my blackberry booting, it load until displayed "JVM error 517". What went wrong? JVM error 517 refer to hardware software conflict. I tried to hard reset again but the result still JVM error 517. Then I reload the software OS 7.1 downloaded from blackberry website (OS 7.1 for Telkomsel, wireless service provider in my country, Indonesia). And then I upgraded again my blackberry app world & bbm same as I did at the first time I bought 9320, did the hard reset, and JVM error 517 appear again.
    Then I gave up and  just reload the OS 7.1 without upgrading any app on my blackberry 9320 and I cannot restore my bbm contact list since it is stored with my blackberry id (bbm 6 doesn't has feature to restore through blackberry id and I never back up my bbm contact list.
    Is there any way to restore my bbm contact list through blackberry id on bbm 6? Why after upgrading blackberry app world, bbm app from 6 to 7 and updating to the newest blackberry id app my blackberry went "JVM error 517"?
    Please help me to solve this so i can do upgrading without having any JVM 517 error again or restore my bbm contact from blackberry id on bbm app 6.

    Sorry to hear about your bad experience with your previous BlackBerry !
    As a BlackBerry lover myself , I 'm glad you chosen BlackBerry again and Bold 9900 is indeed a good device . Its has a good processor and a huge internal memory and ofcourse some good features. 
    Regarding your Battery drainage problem,  Generally this occurs when applications runs in the background , or because of any unknown Third party application installed within our device . A regular battery pull restart is always advised for our BlackBerry . If we press and hold the Menu for a few seconds, it will pop up a screen which will show all running programs in the background ,generally five will always there ( Home, BBM, Message,Phone , Browser ) we should always look if any other apps. are running.
    Always try to Close Applications Correctly - Avoid using the End key to close applications as this simply minimizes the application and leaves it running in the background. Instead, press the Menu key, select the Close or Exit option to exit the application.Don't leave your Browser open on any active webpage when not in use.If programs run in the background it will also lead to overheating and also quick battery drainage.Please have a look at these Article I am sure it will help you a lot in overcoming your problems :

  • Z10 Appworld error

    Hi im not sure if any one else is experiencing the same problem but the appworld on my Z10 was working fine now since the 04-03-2013 im receiving this error messa "There is an issue with Blackberry world Blackberry world must now close" i downloaded apps earlier in the day with out any issues

    I have spoken to the MTN ZA BlackBerry Helpdesk people and according to them its everybody that has the problem they have logged calls with Blackberry to have the issue sorted

    Please make sure the Cable you are using is a Datasync Cable and not just a Charging Cable to be able to connect your phone to your  computer/laptop. Replacing a USB Cable? Ensure it’s a Datasync Cable

  • BlackBerry Z10 Error "The file cannot be played due to an unexpected error (10)"

    Hope someone can help this one, I received a voice note through BlackBerry Messenger, after downloading I tried to play it and the following message popped up, "The file cannot be played due to an unexpected error (10)".
    I received another file, 3GP format, tried to play it, same error pops up. I headed over to the music and video libraries, I could not see these 2 files. I connect my Z10 to the notebook and checked on my SD Card, I could see the files from were not named correctly e.g. VID 00001-20101226-1206 was named as VID 00001%20101226-1206 with the percentage symbol being the unusual thing I picked up. This was the case for both files.
    I then modified/remaned the files replacing the % with a - (dash) symbol. The files were now visible and able to play through the Z10. I think there is a problem with the way BBM files are being saved especially the naming convention might be having an error/bug.
    My OS release is 10.0.10.99, Version 10.0.10.738 with Build 455718. Is there a fix for this problem that is known? I checked but saw no posts where it was clearly addressed. Am I the only one experiencing this anomaly?
    I have restarted the device but this does not resolve. I have attached a screenshot of the error sequence also showing how the file is named upon saving to my media library.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
    To find the root cause of this issue regarding the media not saving the file properly, we will need to gather logs from the BlackBerry Z10.
    I would highly suggest you contact your network service provider and ask to be transferred to BlackBerry so we can get a case number created so we can get the logs.
