Blackberry Blend error occurred

Everytime I try to sign in to Blackberry Blend with my blackberry ID I receive "An Error Cccurred. Please try again later. Does anyone else have this problem or have a solution?

@clevonic, to confirm, you are unable to sign into your BlackBerry ID while using your computer or tablet? If I can ask, what type of network are you connected to currently? Is this occurring while connected to your home Wi-Fi network, or a work Wi-Fi network? If possible can you browse to http://bbid.com using the browser on your computer or tablet and verify if you can sign into BBID.com successfully? If you are using a home Wi-Fi network, do you have any firewall software installed?
@stratcan, did you allow access again in your firewall? If so, are you still encountering this issue or are you able to use Blend successfully?

  • Blend: An internal error occurred. Please try again.

    Hello,
I am running Blend 1.1.0.17, connecting to a Q5 running 10.3.1, and am having problems maintaining a connection to the device.  When running Blend, I get the following:
It initially connects, and I can see emails, text and BBM's.  I seem to be able to work for a minute or so.  It says "Connected" in bottom left.
A warning appears after a bit in the bottom left about "Limited connectivity" to my Q5
I lose the connection. Hitting "reconnect" attempts to connect, but cannot
Eventually I am taken to the main launch screen.  The following error is displayed.
"An internal error occurred. Please try again."
From this point, I can never reconnect.
If I quit Blend and relaunch, nothing happens: it won't even start up.  The only way to get it working again is to go to the task manager, and kill it there, then relaunch.  The same process then repeats.
I am using a Win 8.1 PC physically connected to a router, and the Q5 is on Wifi on the same network.  The firewall is off (Windows Firewall).
Any thoughts on how I can troubleshoot this?

    Hi,
rcf_create_user has no connection to an ALE configuration even if you have a standalone implementation.
If you have a integrated installation with hr core you have to set up the intergration for the productive use of the system. But as you need test users for starting the project you use RCF_CREATE_USER on project start for the implementation team. Once you have the integration you create e-recruiting users through the PA which creates the e-recruiting useres automatically using the integration..
I added some hints in another thread you opened on your BP issue.
Last but not least I never saw anyone putting e-recruiting standalone on another server used not for HR but something else like MM / LO. All HR IT is usually separated from the rest of ERP systems, at least where I am doing my projects. If you put Core HR and E-Recruiting on one system or not is mainly decided by data security issues. Usually plugging the HR core system with PA. OM and PY data to the internet to use e-recruiting gets a clear NO!

  • Error Message Blackberry Blend isn't responding.

    Blackberry Passport.
The error message reads Blackberry blend isn't responding. Please restart device or try connection again.
Let me be clear this isnt a new issue for me I just quit trying to get it work months ago. I've tried every trouble shooting step I can think of. It connects to blackberry link just fine. Blend even see the device is connected and automatically attemps to pair.
Blend app as been turn on using the quick setting and going into the traditional way.
I've tried Usb, Wifi, and mobile network connections to get this app to work.
I reinstalled both link and blend numerous times.
    Disabled my anti virus.
Device connections are allowed on the phone.
Let me restate I can connect to BB Link using all 3 methods.
The system as a whole has been way more responsive since the latest update 10.3.1 but blend still doesnt work 4 months later.

Have you tried popping out the SD card and popping back in during a power cycle? No, I haven't tried that - what exact order are you suggesting? Unplug it, pull the SD card, plug it in and while booting, plug in the SD card? Or just unplug it, pull the SD card, reinsert the SD card and then plug it in or some other order or combination? And what will that do for it or how is it fixing the longer term issue? Thanks!

  • Blackberry Blend loading issue

Hello everyone, i have an annoying problem with blackberry blend. If I write an E-Mail via Blend on my Windows PC (Win 8.1), then i get after sending a loading circle where i usualy see the written message (this loading circle appears in both Hubs - PC and Blackberry device). If i write the E-Mail with my Blackberry Z10, then i have no issues of this type. Anyone know this problem and can help me to solve it? Perhaps the Firewall or the Antivirus (i am using Avast)? Best regardsgaus

For, "An unexpected error has occured (Error Code - 2147023293".
This error is normall associated with Framework and with Visual C+++ Runtime modules.
Make sure Microsoft Framework is installed and up to date.
    Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653
You may also require the Visual C+++ runtime components to be installed or updated.
    Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
After Blend is installed, if it will not find the phone services even though the phone is properly connected to the computer and it can be verified as connected  it is important to make sure the Firewall settings are not blocking it. The Firewall settings may be required to be modified to allow Blend to communicate with the phone. Normally this is not an issue, but we have run in to this before.  Even if Windows Firewall is turnned off these settings in the Windows Firewall setup seem to always be effective.

  • Picture services failed to load - An unexpected error occurred

Just uninstalled Desktop 5.0 and installed Desktop 6.0.
Everything else seems to be working fine.  It's just that when I try to access "Media Sync-->Pictures". I get the following message:
"Picture services failed to load  - An unexpected error occurred"
I especially need to access my pics b/c my media card is out of room.(perhaps itself a clue?)

I found the answer, here in the forum from a user:
Here is the solution that worked for me, based on antoniovtorres post (I resisted the urge to get PO'd and tried to figure out what he must have done):
With desktop manager closed, using Blackberry user tools, navigate to 'Blackberry\system\' (make sure that hidden files are shown or you won't see the 'system' folder).
Move or delete the folders 'Media Sync' and 'media' from the system directory.
    Re-open desktop manager.
Click yes to any dialog that appears.
You should now be able to sync music again.
Note that your device may want to double up on your synced pictures and videos, so you may want to delete your pictures and videos off of the device before your next picture or video sync. Hope it works for y'all.
    Scott
    It works again!
    Yeah!
    BlackBerry rocks!

Okay, folks, after a 3 1/2 hour phone call with a (very patient) telephone support person at Blackberry, here's what I learned.
You can check your USB drivers this way:
Plug in your phone into your USB drive. Assuming your Blackberry is "seen" by your computer...
Go into the Device Manager on your computer (control panel)
Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers item on the bottom of the list
Right-click on BlackBerry Smartphone and choose Properties
    Click on the Driver tab
Click on the Driver Details button
You should see one driver. I saw two. The one the BlackBerry likes is the RimUsb one.
So here's what NOT to do: We tossed the entire driver that was the "extra". This effectively made using my mouse and keyboard impossible, as they are USB, and sent my poor husband into the basement to find a million-year-old keyboard (and then a mouse) with the old fashioned kind of connectors (PS2). Bleh. Don't do that.
Here's what I did that worked (not saything this will work for you -- this modifies the Registry so better do a system backup with that backup and restore if you're nervous about this sort of thing):
From the start menu, choose run, and type regedit to get into the Registry editor.
Follow this file path: Computer, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM, CurrentControlSet, Control, Class
    Click on: {36FCE60-C465-11CF-8056-4445535400000}
If there's an item on the right called "UpperFilters", delete it. (see pictures)
    Hope this helps someone.

  • An error occurred during email account validation

    Hello everyone
I have a seriously annoying problem with my BB Curve!
I added a language on to my phone using the Desktop Manager which resulted in the phone being backed up and reinstalled (like a reformat but the data wasn’t lost). Ever since then I am unable to access my email account information that I set up on the phone and wasn’t receiving emails (this coincided with the Blackberry blackout). After that I deleted the email account on using the website email account access for blackberry and re-entered my account information, this allowed the emails to come through my phone but I still cant access my email account information.
If I go to Main Menu > Setup > Email Accounts > Internet Mail Account the phone will hang up while trying access information
If I go to Messages > Options > Email Account Management, I get the following information “Unable to open email setup application. Contact your wireless service provider” I have called Vodafone for the past 5 days now but they are of no help.
If I try to edit the account information (like signatures) on the hutch.blackberry.com website, I get the following error “An error occurred during email account validation. Please check your information and try again.”
Has this happened to anyone before? Is there any solution to this problem?
My phone is currently on Software version 6.0 Bundle 2342
    Please help!!!
    Gwen

I would keep trying, or wait and try again. There could be a server issue which will be resolved.

  • BB 8520 Error: An error occurred during email account validation

    Device info
    Your carrier: TMN Portugal
Model info and OS version: 8520 V 5.0.0.822
    Hello,
    im getting a problem:
I had my email account configured on a BB. Everything was working fine. I changed for a new Blackberry, and when i switched my device on www.tmn.blackberry.com it asked me to validate my accounts. And when i was trying to validate my email [email protected] i got this error: An error occurred during email account validation.
The problem is that all the settings are fine.Username, password and server name.
And the wierd thing is that i have 2 more blackberrys in my company, with a masterphone.pt email working. But when i try to configure another they all give this error now. No one can change their device, or they will lose the email configuration.

  • An Error occurred processing your Request

    Hi,
I am using Blackberry Z30, I am from India, today i tried to update few apps and download few apps but i couldnt able to do instead i am getting the error "An Error occurred processing your Request ", can you please help me to resolve the problem...
    Thanks in Advance
    Regards
    Sam

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (step 1should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
    1) Register HRT
KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
Please wait for one "registration" message to arrive
    2) Reboot
Pre-BB10 Devices ONLY. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes.
BB10 Devices. Hold the top button down until the counter reaches zero. Wait for the device to be fully shut down (e.g., nothing at all displayed on the screen, no LED lights, etc.). Hold the top button until the red LED is lit. Wait through the full boot-up process. IF this fails, you can attempt the battery-pull method above, but it is normally NOT recommended unless nothing else works.
See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
    Good luck!
