Blackberry bold 9000 trouble with nokia ck20 car k...

Just wondering if any one has had a problem with there nokia car kit check (i think this is the model) connecting with a blackberry bold 9000. It connects fine, just when you receive a call, there is like a 5 to 10 sec delay in the other person on the other end hearing your voice, so in most cases you have said hello already as soon as you have answered the phone but have to keep on repeating your self. Its like a delay, can it be fixed easily, please help some customers like to talk to you straight away.............

You might have to reload your OS. There appears to be a problem with it, otherwise BlackBerry Desktop Software should be able to connect to your phone. If you have problems getting your phone to connect to the software, have a look at this article:

Hi,
Can someone please help me by telling me how to find the lcd version number of my blackberry bold 9000. It is Mexico made. I found in a post in the link given below that the lcd for mexico made is 001/004. Is it true?

Trouble with Nokia Software updater software

Hi
I have trouble with my Nokia software updater.
It "freezes" in detecting your phone picture.
Everytime there is a new version of NSU and first time I run it after installing/upgrading it works fine. But when I run it one more time it freezes.
Anybody who could help me???

N8 with Nokia 616 car kit

Advice anyone? I'm pretty sold on getting an N8, due to the fact that Nokia seem to build a robust phone that gets better reception than most others when used as a phone. The only real issue at the moment seems to be that it will not be compatible with my nokia 616 car kit (possibly the best car kit ever made, and still being sold today). Does anybody know if there will be an upgrade to get around this issue or, any other solution? I gather that it's possible to get other makes of 'smartphones' with BT3 to connect and work with the 616... so why can't the N8, especially seeing as they both have NOKIA stamped on them??

I do not have N8, i have N97mini... but i have that carkit.
My findings are that with E71 and N97mini there was trouble involved. You can pair, you need a special software on E71 to get the contacts downloaded, and both do loose connection after a while.
Sometimes there is no connection at all, and then you have to switch off and on the bluetooth on the phone to get it working again.
E71 then was obviously fixed with new firmware. Bluetooth was stable after the update. On N97mini i am still waiting for some improvement.
Did also monitor car-bluetooth topics in this board. There are several users complaining, that their devices did work with very old mobiles, but not with the newer ones.

Blackberry Bold Not Compatible With Golf Program

I Recently purchased a Blackberry Bold because I was excited by all the features offered. I Am So Very Disappointed By The Fact That I Can Download But A Can Not Use The Program I Purchased By GOLFLIX.com Which Features A GPS For Golfers. I mainly upgraded to the Blackberry Bold Mainly For The Ability To Use This Product. There Are Hundreds of Golfers Out There That Would Probably Switch To Verizon If This Product Was Available.
Does anyone out there know of a Golf GPS Program that is downloaded to the Verizon Blackberry Bold?

Trouble with Nokia 6680 and iSync

I have a Nokia 6680 and an iMac. Recently I wanted to clean up my contact list but I'm having problems in this.
Contacts created in the phone get transfered to my computer with iSync easy, but I can't transfer all my contacts created in my iMac to the Nokia 6680.
It used to work sincronizing a hundred contacts, but now I can't do it with 40 or 50. It's supposed to work all the ways but it doesn't.
What should I do? Is there any kind of limitation with my phone or iSync?

It seems to be impossible to get in touch with Nokia developers. They are probably on vacation..
We've struggled with this for about 2 weeks now,and the most likely reason is:
1. It's a bug
2. The locator url has changed since the phone has two cameras.

Blackberry Bold, 9000 Series

I have looked everywhere online and visited numerous retail locations with no success in obtaining the release date of the Bold. I thought it was slated to come out next month. I am wondering if that's accurate and if there is more of a definitive date scheduled.

That is unfortunate to hear. I guess I won't be a BB user at this time. I have heard all the horror stories and even my IT department refuses to work on BES because of the issues that it causes. I thought when I heard RIM working with MS to develop the Bold that critical information with regards to MS Exchange and Direct Push was going to be shared with RIM and in return RIM dropped their BES to help garner more of the cellular market from people that use exchange but don't want to mess with the added hassles of software for this, software for that, etc in order to make Blackberry work within the MS and MS Exchange world. I am a small business and really can't afford to spend for additional software to make one portion of my business work. It has to be all or nothing. I am looking to get four phones to work with my new work tracking scheduling software that works over the cellular network and to have exchange outlook capabilities all on the same device without added software is what I am looking for. Blackberry bold 9700 dead with white screen need help

My bold 9700 is showing white screen from last night. I am able to get calls but screen is completely white. I did reboot, battery pull out, connected to desktop software. Previous version of software was os6 downgrade to os5 nothing happens. Restore and all but nothing works. Please help me out.

Having trouble with drawing a Car with TurtleGraphics

i need help on a program that should draw a car, erase it, and draw it again but in a different spot on the window. Now I have all of this except when the car is drawn again the wheels aren't moved with the car.
Heres the main:

Blackberry Smart Card Reader 7250 and Blackberry Bold 9000 connecting and pairing

As the subject line states, I am trying to connect and pair the Card Reader with the Device. I am unsuccessful in following the steps to Pair the Device with the Card Reader.
When I attemp to Click Connect from the Security Options/Smart Card/Registered Reader Drivers/Blackberry, and after I enter the reader ID on the device I receive an error "Connection to unknow device fail" and then it tries to connect 2 more times, and I receive the error "Unable to connect your Blackberry Smart Card Reader. Please verify that the reader is turned on, that you have correctly specified the reader ID, and that the reader is not alreadt paired with another Blackberry.
Could someone provide some assistance?

I've received the same error. It's a known issue with a batch of new readers. I called RIM and they said an updated software package should be made available online in the next day or so which will address/resolve the problem.
