Blackberry error: bb10-0015 Fix anyone?

Is there anyone here whoe can help me with this problems?
I have in my possession, a q10 and a z10.
The q10 has on its screen the symbol asking that the phone be connected to a computer.
The z10 displays:

which says there is a file system error, which I figured should be corrected by using an autoloader, but in both cases, nothing happens because the autoloader can't connect to the bootrom of either phones.
Any suggestions?

Greetings, I am getting an error bb10-0015 after my device was performing slowly and I decided to reboot it. On the Internet I found that going to http://www.blackberry.com/updates could solve the problem. When I go to that address I get an error of type ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. What is this Blackberry !

What is your Operating System loaded to your device? From the main screen, swipe down from the top black bezel to Settings > About... what is the OS Version listed there?
If the Z10 will not boot up, do you recall the OS you had installed?

Z30 error bb10-0015: Locked up

My new Z30 has locked up with error bb10-0015 message.
I have tried using Blackberry link to reload but it won't re-boot. It seems to be in a cycle of Switch on -- Blackberry screen shot -- error message - turn off.
I have tried holding start key for 10 secs. It tuirns off but still goes to error. I have removed and re-installed Link. I am using Windows and have no data stored so can go for full factory reset without a problem if only it would let me do it.

Error bb10-0015 on starting my Z30

Hello,
I just got my new Z30 this morning and when i pressed the boot button to start the device, the screen showed a link to www.bberror.com/bb10-0015 and the device couldn't start. same result each time i try.
This is the first time i try to boot the device i just unboxed. so no leaked OS or unofficial staff.

Bb10-0015 error, link wont reload

I have installed blackberry link for my z10 and I'm trying to fix the bb10-0015 error but the device just restarts when I click on the reload button

And, each computer already has LINK installed? And, you have tried every USB port on each computer? And, you have verified that each USB port is otherwise functioning correctly? And, you are using the original BB cable? And, you have used that original BB cable with other BB10 devices and all works fine? And, you have gotten other BB10 devices to work on these computers?
If all of the above is true, then we can only deduce that your specific BB has a hardware issue with it's connection port. As a hardware problem, of course, there is no amount of OS/software that can help, nor can internet-distance diagnosis be of any further help. Only in-hand evaluation by a qualified BB hardware technician can give you a proper evaluation and estimate.
If you remain in warranty, then seek support under those contractually required terms. If you have no warranty, then find a local (to you) shop with a qualified BB hardware technician.

iTunes could not connect to iTunes store. An unknown error occurred (-3212) - Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried alot of solutions and nothing seems to be working at all
Each time I try to connect to the iTunes store, this has popped up. I googled error (-3212) and also followed the steps on iTunes support. I downloaded the new itunes and chose "repair files" all to no prevail. I use iTunes on a daily basis and bought and iTunes card 2 weeks ago which I now cannot use. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hmm, "Use Adobe Reader" should launch the PDF outside of Firefox in the stand-alone Adobe Reader application, so seeing it in a tab is something of a puzzle.
Could you check your version of Adobe Reader? For Windows 7, you normally would have the Reader XI series (Reader 11), which has had several updates. From inside Adobe Reader, you can use Help > Check for Updates to make sure it's current.
In Firefox, could you check your Adobe Acrobat plugin version or possibly versions? You can view that on the Add-ons page. Either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Plugins. If you find multiple versions, this can cause problems and may need to be cleaned up manually (post back on that for suggestions).
Sometimes, the settings file which stores those download handler preferences becomes corrupted and there's not much else to do than to rename or remove that file and let Firefox rebuild it.
To do that, open your current Firefox settings (AKA Firefox profile) folder using either
* "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Troubleshooting Information
* (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
* type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter
In the first table on the page, click the "Show Folder" button. This will launch a new window (Windows Explorer window) listing various settings files.
Leaving that window open, switch back to Firefox and Exit, either:
* "3-bar" menu button > "power" button
* (menu bar) File > Exit
Pause while Firefox finishes its cleanup, then rename '''mimeTypes.rdf''' to something like mimeTypes.old
Start Firefox back up again and "PDF Files" should be back to their default setting of "Preview in Firefox". Try changing that to "Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox)" and test to see whether there's any improvement.

It has been discussed a few times, and is even available in the Apple support web site. Basically, you need to un-install all teh Apple software you have installed, then re-install it all. When you re-install, right click on theinstaller and select "Run as Administrator" to make sure it has The proper rights to complete the installation.

Attempt to restore your iOS device two more times. If the issue is still unresolved, the device may need service.
The "device may need service" means a hardware problem. In that case make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

What was the full wording of the error message? Usually there is also a number or additional information.
Try placing the iPod in Recovery Mode and then restore
Next try DFU mode and restore.

Blackberry Error Code 0x80040fb3

I have been successfully periodically syncing my Blackberry Storm to my Desktop Manager for months. Today I repeatedly received an error mid-way through the sync:
Blackberry Error Code 0x80040fb3. I have re-booted both the computer and device with no success.
The Storm is a model 9530 and the Desktop Manager is v4.7.
Would appreciate learning whether other's have had this problem and how to fix it. Thanks. -SL

and search on the code, then inspect the results for anything useful.
Further, DTM 4.7 has been updated...the current version is 5.0.1.28 and is fully compatible with all the same PIMs as 4.7. You might consider updating. You can DL versions here:

I do suggest taking, with your current version, a full backup before changing anything so that you can be sure you have a source file to recover from...one never can be too careful.

Unable to connect to BlackBerry (error 1); skipping.

I am a new curve user and was reassured at the Verizon store that I would be able to download software that would enable to me sync my phone up with my Mac.
As promised, I found the software and downloaded it, however, I got the following error message when I tried to perform the sync "Unable to connect to BlackBerry (error 1); skipping."
When I began downloading the software, I read a notice that this version contained a correction to fix this issue, but it didn't seem to work.
I even uninstalled and reinstalled the software in case that was the issue and it's still not working.
I am really enjoying my new phone, however if I can't make this work, I'll have to go with a more compatible model.
Help anyone??

Look around for more posts about this. There are TONS. I'm guessing you have upgraded to the newest Itunes. Which apparently makes you CD burning fail! Itunes needs to fix this problem but so far they haven't. I think there are little things that you can do to maybe fix it but I'm not sure so look around for other posts about this same kind of thing, anything along the lines of CD's not burning and error 4280. I wasted 5 CD's trying to get past this error thinking it was my CD's fault.

Try the following steps:
1. Check windows updates.
2. Try the Microsoft Fix it in this kb to remove previous install completely:

3. Reboot.
4. Try installing again.
