Blackberry errors

Whenever I try downloading the upgrade for blackberry app world an error appears called 907 invalid COD has anyone got any solutions

Are you sure that you are in an arrea where you have a strong network or have a good downloading speed ? Have you tried the same over an wifi network ! 
Inaddition you can try a battery pull restart and try the same again Have you tried that !

    Hi to all,  i don't know well english, anyway i got  using  Pocketmac,  at half of sync it's blocked and return a message error:Unable to connect to BlackBerry (error 1); skipping. As you can see it seems cannot find device, i founded a lot of post wherever that try to explain how to solve this problem: unistall app reinstall, delete manually the driver from hd, reinstall updates, and so on. But no one works, can you help me? thx a lot for your patience.
    I forgot to say that i got bb 8900 .

  • Blackberry Error Code 0x80040fb3

    I have been successfully periodically syncing my Blackberry Storm to my Desktop Manager for months. Today I repeatedly received an error mid-way through the sync: 
    Blackberry Error Code 0x80040fb3.  I have re-booted both the computer and device with no success.
    The Storm is a model 9530 and the Desktop Manager is v4.7.
    Would appreciate learning whether other's have had this problem and how to fix it. Thanks. -SL

    There are 3 public KBs that reference that error code. I suggest you go here:

    and search on the code, then inspect the results for anything useful.
    Further, DTM 4.7 has been updated...the current version is 5.0.1.28 and is fully compatible with all the same PIMs as 4.7. You might consider updating. You can DL versions here:

    I do suggest taking, with your current version, a full backup before changing anything so that you can be sure you have a source file to recover from...one never can be too careful.

  • Unable to connect to BlackBerry (error 1); skipping.

    I am a new curve user and was reassured at the Verizon store that I would be able to download software that would enable to me sync my phone up with my Mac.
    As promised, I found the software and downloaded it, however, I got the following error message when I tried to perform the sync "Unable to connect to BlackBerry (error 1); skipping."  
    When I began downloading the software, I read a notice that this version contained a correction to fix this issue, but it didn't seem to work. 
    I even uninstalled and reinstalled the software in case that was the issue and it's still not working.
    I am really enjoying my new phone, however if I can't make this work, I'll have to go with a more compatible model.
    Help anyone??

  • [07:44:44.673] Unable to connect to BlackBerry (error 3); skipping

    Please could someone help me.
    I cant get my Blackberry to sync with my PocketMac, when i press sync it downloads for  while then finished and says:
    "There were warnings generated during the sync. Would you like to view them now?"
    When i click yeas it says
    "[07:44:44.673] Unable to connect to BlackBerry (error 3); skipping."
    Please could you help me as this is very frustrating and i cant sync my calendar, contacts, etc.

  • Sync - [09:14:58.​388] Unable to connect to BlackBerry (error 1); skipping

    when I try to sync new Blackberry (9500 smartphone 3G) to Mac address book I get this message:

    is this something really simple like a fawlty USB cable (it seems to charge the battery, though) - or something to do with configuration?
    please help beforeI have to resort to loading contacts manually one by one!

    the directions on the support website didn't work for me, but this did:  go into options/memory/media transfer protocol --set to off
    auto enable mass storage when connected --set to either yes or prompt
    remove battery
    replace and let it come back on, then try the sync again.  I've had to do it several times over the last couple of months --something in the pocket mac-device connection gets corrupted.  Also --after time, the sync program ceases to overwrite, so have had to purge it (user/library/application support/ pocketmac syncmanager/additional tools/data purge UI) purge the device, try to sync again,  and if that doesn't work, then, do a hard reset and follow the above....  If you have verizon, forget it, they're not much help.  good luck.

    And in the Devices menu don´t let me add a new device; have anything to do with that?

    Blackberry devices are not compatible with iSync. To sync a Blackberry you should use PocketMac or Missing Sync and if you are having problems with either of those products you should contact the Support department of the relevant company.

  • Blackberry Error 102

    Can anyone help please.
    My daughter entered her smartphone pin wrong 10times yesterday and now has a white screen with the message "Blackberry Error 102".
    I spent an hr on the phone to her mobile provider last night and they tell me i have to go to Blackberry direct but then someone else suggested i put a disc in the pc and plug her phone in and "reboot".
    Please can anyone either confirm that this is correct or make a suggestion on how to get her up and working again. Being a teenager, being without a phone is life threatening.

  • Blackberry error: bb10-0015 Fix anyone?

    Is there anyone here whoe can help me with this problems?
    I have in my possession, a q10 and a z10.
    The q10 has on its screen the symbol asking that the phone be connected to a computer.
    The z10 displays:

    which says there is a file system error, which I figured should be corrected by using an autoloader, but in both cases, nothing happens because the autoloader can't connect to the bootrom of either phones.

  • "no additional applications designed for your device were found blackberry" ERROR

    hi, i had downloaded some themes for my 8700g. and i got the no additional applications error. after doing some research i found out that it could be due to different versions of the OS on device and desktop. since my OS is 4.2.1 i downloaded the same version for the desktop too. earlier i had 4.2.2 on my desktop but the problem remains. and i cant download those themes. pls help. va

    Hi , so I had my BlackBerry 9320 in december last year , 4 moths latrer my bbm wasn't working so i went to the internet and the said that you had to reload your BlackBerry ,I did that , and I restarted my BlackBerry and now there's it says ''Error 552 Reload Software For further information, please visit:www.blackberry.com/552'' I tryed to go there , but it doesn't work , HELP

    Here is a KB that discusses that error:
    KB18751 Error "Reload Software: 552" is displayed on the BlackBerry smartphone
    Now, it says also to reload your BB OS...which you just did. So you may need to do some more tedious testing to perhaps narrow down the precise causal item:
    Load your OS "bare bones"...if anything is optional, do not install it.
    If the behavior presents immediately, then try a different OS with step 1
    If the behavior does not immediately present, then run for as long as it takes for you to be sure that the behavior will not present.
    Add one thing -- no matter how tempting, just one.
    If the behavior does not present immediately, then again run for long enough to be sure it will not have the same problem
    Repeat steps 4 and 5 until all things are loaded or the behavior presents
    When the behavior presents, you know the culprit...the last thing you loaded.
    If the behavior does not re-present, then you know that either step 1 or 2 cured it.
    If the behavior presents no matter what, then you likely have a hardware level issue for which no amount of OS or software can cure.

  • PocketMac for Blackberry Error

    I keep getting a
    Could not locate the Microsoft Entourage office synchronization toolerror.
    I am running Entourage:mac 208 version 12.1.0 and OS 10.5.6.
    Can anyone tell me how to solve this?

    This article describes the error you are receiving, and the cause is generally that an older version of PocketMac is being used (4.1.25 is the most recent) or you are selecting Entourage instead of Entourage2008 upon synchronization.

  • Blackberry error message on E61i

    Once a while, I see following error message : suspect is due to blackberry connection problem. However I can still recieve mails: App.closed : bbRimSvr Kern-Exec3
    Any ideas what is this ?

  • BO MOBILE FOR BLACKBERRY ERROR

    Hello everyone,
    I'm trying out for the first time BO's mobile demo from BlackBerry (available for download at http://www.businessobjects.com/mobile) .
    Download and installations appears to be fine but I can't connecto to the demo data. I get this error when tryiing to login:
    "Error: This action has generated an error.
    com.bo.mobi.client.proxy.TransportLayerException
    Tunnel Failed (MOBI-1)"
    I'm running versión 4.5.0.81 of BB OS.
    I think I'm missing some configuration, or perhaps this versión of BB operating system is not supported.
    Any help is appreciated.

  • Help - Blackberry Error - An Error has occured and Blackberry World will be closed - Tried EVERYTHING!

    Whenever I try to launch Blackberry World, I get the message "An error has occurred and Blackberry World will be closed.  Try waiting a few minutes and reopening Blackberry World."  I have read all of the post and unless I have missed something - nothing is working.
    I have a Blackberry Z10 - STK100-1
    Software - 10.2.1.2977
    I have tried -
    launching BBW with just using Wifi
    launching BBW with just using Data
    launching BBW with Wifi and Data
    Hard resets (after changing the above settings)
    Soft resets
    Battery pulls
    Tried to access BBW through "games" .. the three dots, ...
    Opening BBW online and trying to access my blackberry through the online program.
    AND I have just wiped my blackberry to start over, and it is still not working!!!!!  The restore of my data was done using the "quick backup" so it shouldn't be due to a conflict with another program.
    Can you please help - I am getting ready to tear my hair out!

    Jennie1997,        For those using BlackBerry OS 10.2.1, BlackBerry Virtual Expert is built in and can be opened by opening the Help application followed by tapping Testing along the bottom toolbar.
