Blackberry ID - i cant log in to download apps

Hi,
I have created my BB ID and password and when i go to log into app world it says "Authenticating" then its says "An error has occurred. Please try again later."
I have tried taking my battery out for over a minute and that has rebooted it but it still doesnt work.

Have you attempted to login with that ID from a PC to AppWorld?

I cant log in or download updates or apps from app store

This is a brand new 27 iMac. I already created an apple id and password. It works fine when I log in and it works to enter Apple Support Communities. I am trying to apply the Mavericks upgrade but when the sign in required prompt pops up I enter my password and nothing happens. The sign in but stays selected and I hit enter a few times and it disappears. I try to download the update and the sign in required prompt keeps popping up. It has been doing this since I first tried to download the Caffeine app. I tried to re boot and I am still having the same issue. I am unable to log in and download any updates or apps. What can I do to fix this?

Help! Cant log in to BB App World -changed email and now asking for original user name associated email

I have a bold 9790. I have changed my BB app world email as I cant access that original email anymore, so changed email address, i registered it online in the bb website, when i go to update apps i try and log in to the appworld with my new email it says 'enter user name associated with this smartphone', and just canot log in...PLEASE HELP

Hi @elc088! Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!
If you're referring to BlackBerry ID, then you need to perform a Security Wipe before you can login using your new credentials. Make sure you have a backup because this will delete all of your data.

Cant log in to MAC APP

My mac login stopped working a few days ago saying it is incorrect username or password. I can login online with the same password and have tried resetting it, again I can login online but not on the mac app. Mailed support standard reply was no help.

Partially downloaded app

I have firmware 2.0.2 on 1st gen iphone. i had an app downloaded, and i tried to update the app through the app store on the iphone. it never got done downloading on the iphone, its a big app. i finally managed to get it downloaded on the computer. but now i cant get the partially downloaded app to delete off the iphone, nor will it sync and the fully downloaded one get installed. itunes says installing then it finishes, but its not there. just the greyed out icon that says loading. It never syncs, even thou itunes says it is installed. i have tried resetting the iphone, i have tried a restore, nothing. Anyone have any ideas, would be greatly appreciated.

Can you delete the app directly on the iPhone? Alternatively, in iTunes, uncheck the app, sync, then check the app and sync again.

Cant log on to my BB protector anymore

been using the BB Bold 9900 from november and successfully registered my BB protect and able to download apps, until i forgot my password where i tried it to many time that i was locked out. i then went to my email message that was first sent to me when i first registered the BB protect. i then went to the link that said delete and then i deleted it using a desktop pc. but a BB protect icon always on my smartphone screen requering that BBID USER AUTHENTICATION REQUIRED always shows. i then created a new account on the Blackberryid Website and im able to log in only using a Desktop PC. Now everytime i try to log in to BB Protect using my Smartphone it give me an error message that says... "ENTER THE USERNAME ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SMARTPHONE". Please help a friend out, I cant live without all the apps i had cause now i have deleted all the apps i have downloaded. smileysad:

You need to call your mobile provider and ask for RIM level tech support and get your apps transferred from the first ID to the new ID.

This may sound crazy, but download any free app. This often "shocks" the other apps into working.

After 10.5.1 I cant log in on MBP and FileVault is on

I have a BIG problem. I installed the 10.5 from an update CD. That was fine. I then downloaded and installed update 10.5.1 and since then cant log in as I get error messages at log in screen to do with FileVault. Apple said to do a new archive install but to uncheck the Keep User or whatever it is option at the start so that I could then recover the previous user. Didnt work. For some reason I just cant manage to log in at all even with the new account I created. Apple then said it looks like a may loose the lot.
I think there is a system error and wonder if the whole thing needs reinstalling from the ground up. I was planning to copy the Previous User folder over to my iMac and then after the new OS is on then move it back and try to recover it as a previous user this way. Is this a bright idea or am I heading for certain disaster? Is there a better solution?
Further I am now sick of FileVault so tried to turn it off on the iMac but it said it needed 4000+GB to archive. That seems a bit excessive considering my HD is only 250GB and there is only 100GB used.
I would really appreciate some help here.

I got the solution from another post...
use the Finder to navigate to /library/preferences/SystemConfiguration and delete NetworkInterfaces.plist ( you will be prompted for username and password), then reboot. You will get a message about new network interface found--just reset the network info.
That did it for me.

Z10 Can't Retrieve BlackBerry ID - Cannot backup or download apps

Hi there,
I've googled this like crazy but havent been able to find an answer.
My new Z10 can no longer retrieve my blackberry ID. I set it up originally and it worked, I was able to back it up once and download a few apps from appworld. But since the 8th my device has stopped associating it with my blackberry ID.
- When I try to download an app it tells me:
- When I go to settings > BBID it just says "Retrieving BlackBerry ID properties..." and stays at the loading screen forever.
- When I plug it into the computer and open BlackBerry Link, it will not backup because it wont associate with a BBID
I've tried restarting, I've tried battery pulls. I havent wiped because I cant backup and I'll lose all the info i've added over the last week.

Are you able to access your BlackBerry ID from a computer by going to www.blackberry.com/blackberryid?
Also when was the last time you could access your BlackBerry ID? Do you have a data plan with your BlackBerry Z10 or just connected via Wi-Fi?

My ipod has logged me out of the game center, so I tried logging back in and it wont let me, it says something about itunes. So I looked online to try and find a solution. I eventually ended up logging out of my App Store and Itunes and now I cant log in

So I have an 5th generation Ipod touch. I was playing games and noticed that one of them started completely over and said to log into the Game Center. I tried to but it wouldn't let me. So I let it go, but then the Game Center app just poped up whenever I was playing a game and said that I needed to go to the itunes store. I did but I didnt know what to do. So I serched online to try and fix it. In the end I logged out of my App store because it wasnt letting me download anything and I also logged out of itunes. And now it wont let me log back in to any of my stuff and none of my ipod information will download to a computer. And it says that theres an error with my accounts. So should I try resetting the ipod or create new accounts or what? Please help me.
