Blackberry ID Not Working

Dear Team, I forgot my password and tried to reset the blackberry ID. The resetting & chaning password was also not easy, it keeps in a loop of change password and even after changing the password, I am not able to login. Now I cannot make any update or able to access many apps like Blend, BBM etc. where i need BB ID. Please advice how I can solve it. TIA.Joseph

1. When I an trying to take back up on desktop application:Message is "Your decive isn't associated with a BB ID. "But I am unable to sign in with my BBID in my phone. 2. When I try to login to protect in the website:"A device isn’t associated with BlackBerry Protect. "The protect is on and I am unable to login with my BBID ( first BBID - the email I first used to register)  3. When I try to verrify my BBID in mobileThe screen that takes me where appear like this Verify your BlackBerry IDText Box for BBID UsernameText Box for BBID PasswordClick Cancel or Verify. Unable to veryify. The screen doesn't take me anywhere but like an infite loop of enetering password & clicking verify. I have some 2000 + contaacts with many of which are not linked to my email and only saved on mobile. Dont want to loose that. Will a mobile phone Switch will work to save the data. Can z30 be switched to base phone which is not OS Blackberry 10? Please advice.

  • BlackBerry Storm Not Working Please HELP!

    One day iI was using My BBS like any other day and it turned off unexpectedly. I tryed turning it back on and that did not work. I charged it, that also did not work. Then after that I even bought a Brand New Battery. That also did not work. Then I bought a cable to connect it to the computer. That also did not work.  The Outcome/Results of all of the things that I did were the same the screen is Black and a red light appears. Then the screen turns white with a Battery with a lightning bolt for about five minutes. Then that goes away the screen turns black and a small white sqaure with a line moving in a circular rotation.

    Ahhh...OK...so one of the  ~6 possibilities. Thanks for the clarification. However, it's been known for moisture damage to cause exactly your symptoms with no change in the indicators. I'm not saying this is the cause...it's just one of many possible causes. So you still have some work to do in order to figure it out.

  • WD java-Blackberry link not working

    Hi,
    I have a application which has two links that the user gets via a mail which is trigered automatically once the billing form is saved for approval (Mangaer gets the mail which on clicking opens a wd java application).
    1. For general user and other
    2.For Blackberry users.
    This application was working properly with previous versions of ECC.But after a recent patch update ECC 6.0 EHP4,the blackberry link is not working properly.After searching the sdn I came to know that the recent update allows only encrypted url
    to be sent and decrypted at the server (/thread/1769302 [original link is broken]).
    Please suggest me how do i get the url as per the current ECC EHP4 patch so that the approver on clicking the blackberry link will be directed to the Webdynpro application that we have developed.

    Well I am sure it will get fixed, the big question is when ? I like you have a Blackberry phone and a Mac Book Pro and did not update to Yosemite yet but it is only a matter of time as there will be no more updates for Mavericks and Apple keeps popping up reminding me every time I open a program.
    Things move too fast today and everyone wants to be the best so the upgrades just keep coming and coming giving us little time to adjust and making others play catch-up and there seems to be many more issues that have to be fixed.
    When they do get fixed along comes another upgrade and it starts all over again. Change is good but I think most people will opt out of change for reliability.
    Please let me know how Media sync works and don't forget you can still use BB Device Manager for most things but not all.
    I use only BB Device Manager as my Contacts and Calendar are backed up at MSN.

    Although this is for a Windows 7 machine, can you try the solution that was posted and see if the problem gets fixed.

  • Blackberry service not working while internet is working

    Hi,
    I bought the blackberry tour 9630 last week online (v 5.0.0.975) and i am battling since then to register the blackberry service. I am new to the BB world , hence I will provide the details of the course of events:
    -I called my network provider (Cell C of South Africa) and signed up for the BIS service. I was adviced to reboot my phone. I did so and I did the diagnostic test. It shows radio connectivity but the ICMP ping echo fails and blackberry registration =No, connected to BB=abort, PIN-PIN=abort. I tried rebooting the phone (some hard reset as well). same result except in some cases the ICMP ping test says=Yes. The MSISDN displayed there is not my number, it displays a number from India.
    -I called up the operator and told them the problem. They linked the BB PIN with my own number on the BB server(I guess) and asked me to do a hard reset. I did so, but the result is the same, still the old MSISDN showing. The agent told me that Cell C (my operator) does not have an agreement with BB for this model (I doubt if she has full understanding of how BB devices supposed to work). I did check with the MEPD code that this device is unlocked (everything was displayed disabled).
    -I then sent the 'register now' from the 'Host routing table'. I did not receive anything at that time, hence sent a couple of 'register now' request. The following day I started receiving the sms from Blackberry 'Your handheld has been registered with the wireless network'. I received couple of them, looks like every time I move from 2G to 3G or vice versa I receive that message.
    -I tried the whole process of diagnostic testing again after receiving this message, still the same (BB registration fails).
    -Itried changing the pre-defined MSISDN on the handheld from Advanced option>SIM card, it said 'error accessing SIM'.
    Does anyone has any idea of what is going on? I need to know if the problem can be fixed before I send back the phone.

    Probably because somewhere one of the jacks has corrosion in it and is shorting.  When removing the plugs check the connections pins for green copper salts and if you see any clean them up and also the corrosion that is probably on the rj11 jack connectors too.

  • Blackberry buttons not working, Please help!

    I was using my blackberry and all of a sudden the trackpad started have a slow reaction time. THen when i went to hit the button to select it wouldn't. Now if i press the talk key the letter jk come up, if i hit the blackberry button the letters ij come up, whenever i hit the trackpad the letter hi come up and whenever i got the end call button the letters mn come up. I can't do anything on my phone because of it. The rest of the keyboard works, does anyone know how to fix this?  Please Help!

  • Deleting all former emails in gmail (on my blackberry) does NOT work!!

    my blackberry curve 9300  does NOT  DELETE  all former mails from my gmail account...wchich is what i want!!
    in hotmail it works fine:  i can delete 'all former mails' from my hotmail account. (i dont want to keep ANY mails!!), but, as i said, that is not possible from gmail...
    please help me how to do that (remove all my mails from gmail from my blackberry)

    Thank you for your reply. The Roxio CD (Easy CD & DVD Creator 6) came with the laptop from HP. When I went to Roxio website, it gave me some options to trouble shoot, and I followed through two of them that were related to my case, but “Click here for instructions to fix this problem or for more troubleshooting tips” took me to no place (blank page).     The other option is to buy newer version of the product for over $100. Perhaps my laptop does not worth the software. In addition, I know my Roxio CD that came with the laptop from HP is brand new, I just opened it after having this laptop for 7 years, so I would like to think that it is not corrupted. Do you have any other suggestions, please?

  • Blackberry bridge not working

    Hello everyone, I'm seeking help on this one. My PB is not linking to my defice. It links then the connection falls off about 2 seconds into it. I called support and they have the deer in the headlights attitude. Please help. I have a curve model 9330 running 6.0. Also I'm getting a weird message on my bridge app saying that my bbm needs to be updated so I deleted bbm and reinstalled it and still the same thing. Thanks

    BBMessenger version 5.0.2.12 is the latest version of Messenger.
    On your BlackBerry, look at Options > Device > Application Management, what version do you have?

    I had left my PC and got your message on my device having no idea who you were!
    I don't have a great deal of experience with unlocked devices, I think it would have little or no impact on this problem. The Orange RO issues daily service books etc. for the most part dealing with the communication between the device and carrier. Any problems to my thinking would affect voice and data. (Think about it they need the screen to tell you that you've been busted! )
    I had my device down to factory settings multiple times and tested various device OS loads.
    If she did upgrade the device OS and deletes the vendor.xml file she can download  either Verizon or Orange software. However after deleting the the vendor.xml file the device Is exactly the same version created by RIM..No benefits there.
    As I said I doubt the unlock code is relevant,  but I will ask some of our really. really "smart users" for their thoughts.

  • Blackberry trackpad not working properly!

    just got a replacement phone for my blackberry curve 3g 9330 now the trackpad on it is going apewire! everytime i try to scroll the trackpad moves by itself left and up all the time to the point where i cant even text cuz it also changes my characters, anyone know whats going on and how i can fix it/

    Trackpad problems are very few and far between on the Blackberry since RIM got rid of the trackball.  However, I'm sure problems with trackpads can occur.  I would guess the problem with the trackpad can be with either one of two things:  software error or a general hardware error with the trackpad.  In the latter case, I would recommend getting a replacement device.  If it is a software error, try reloading the device's operating system with Blackberry Desktop Software.  If reloading the OS does not fix the problem, then try to get a replacement device.  Hope that helps,

  • Blackberry 9300 not working!

    Hey, my Blackberry 9300 scroller keeps freezing but the rest of my phone works, so if i text i have to type it in using the keyboard. I have took the battery and the sim card out around 1000 times as it the scroller would work sometimes when i reboot it back on again. Can someone please tell me how to fix it without taking it back please?

  • Blackberry Clock not working after up dating OS to 10.3

    Since installing OS 10.3 the Blackberry Clock fails to open. When I open the icon it just opens up aa a blank black screen.
    Any ideas

    Well I didn't enter a hostname from my ISP, but I did need to enter as a Host Domain the sub-domain (CNAME) that we use for our server. Don't know all the proper terminology, but I hope that's clear enough to someone to help. As soon as I did that, it worked again.

  • Blackberry q10 not working after 10.3 update

    I had the update for about a month now but recently I was unable to type. Had a password on my phone. Since I couldn't type I went to blackberry Link and reset my phone. When the phone finally restarted I couldn't type now as well. I skipped through the setup and found that the phone didn't have the default applications. It didn't have browser, camera or blackberry world. It also won't let me connect to my mobile data. The keyboard is working but somehow locks when I begin to type.
