Blackberry ID problem

Everytime that I tried to log in my world with my blackberry ID they send me to account information and that's it I can't download softwares or themes, when I log in always have to read and acept the terms policy but always got finished in account information.
What can I do for it?

Often this occurs because the BlackBerry ID didn't get created properly. 
Try recreating your BlackBerry ID and logging in on the following website with your PC.  Then try logging in again with your BB.

If that doesn't work, contact your wireless service provider and ask to have the issue escalated to RIM.

  • Windows xp and getting rid of all blackberry software problems

    I am having major problems just uninstalling
    -Blackberry Desktop Manager 5.0.1
    -Blackberry Device Software updater
    -Blackberry Device Software v4.5.0 for the Blackberry 8310 smartphone

    Using the Add/Remove in Control Panel gets me a Windows Installer msg that says

    Then in the "Use Source" is a path from a C temp folder.
    Please help, I've tried reinstalling where I found the zip folder from what I thought was from the initial download/install but it had an error too.  I can't find the 5.0.1 anywhere online to download and reinstall to be able to uninstall it.

    Okay, I scrolled down to additional info and I have these questions:
    1. What version of the Blackberry Desktop Software should I be installing and where to find it?
    2. I am not running Vista or Windows 7 - I am running XP so #2 doesn't apply to me.
    3. Do I need a "clean startup of Windows" to uninstall or will it give me the missing file?
    I have seen this link to this page at least a 100 times today. It seems to be the standard answer for the issue but I don't see where it actually helps me solve the problem on XP. 
    I'm not a novice user but I'm in no way an expert either.

  • Blackberry Storm Problems..​.Help Needed ASAP

    Soooo...for some strange reason i bought a BB Storm : /  when i got it (yesterday), i charged it and it charged up fine. but the battery ran down rather quickly. So i am now tryin 2 charge it up again and it is not giving one bit of charge. i just left it for 3 hours and came back to check it and it went dead...i did a battery pull twice and still nothing. what is my next move???

    Please try this sequence...note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must remain connected to a known-good wall charger (not PC USB):
    With the battery inside, connect your BB to the wall charger
    Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
    Remove the battery
    Wait 15 minutes
    Insert the battery
    Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
    This has been known to "kick start" some BBs.
    It is also possible that your battery or BB has experienced a problem...to test, this sequence is needed:
    Obtain a known good and already fully charged additional battery...use it in your BB and see what happens
    Obtain access to a known good and identical BB...use your battery in it and see what happens
    The results of this will indicate if it's your BB or your battery that has the problem.

  • Blackberry ID problem/BBM problem

    I just downloaded the new BBM and I need my Blackberry ID password, which i don't know. I only know part of it and my email address has a spelling mistake in it so i can't have my password reset by email. Should I just wipe my phone? or is there anything i can do?

    From what you described there is no other way ,sorry ! but had to change OR create a new BlackBerry ID.Look at this Knowledge Base for further help :

  • Blackberry Curve-Problem with MSN Instant Messenger HELP!

    I have the MSN Instant Messenger downloaded to my blackberry.  I can send messages out and the recepient receives it but I'm not getting their responses back.  Is anyone having this problem and if so, did you find a solution?  I had contacted my service provider and wiped my phone and reinstalled the application but it still doesn't work.  The weird thing is that it was working but all of a sudden stopped.

  • Facebook for Blackberry causing problems for Facebook site?

    For 3 days I have had problems with my Facebook account.  It occurred to me that it could possibly be my Facebook for Blackberry application that is causing the problems with my online facebook.. My problems are many..(these probs are on my ONLINE facebook only) ....My chat does not open or show friends online, my news feed only shows posts for about the past 30 minutes and no link at bottom to "view more", no option to "view more" on other pages as well.  I cannot view my notifications, it just sits there and spins when I click to view, I cannot access the notifications page in settings nor can I edit or delete any of my facebook applications. I have this problem on any computer I use to access my facebook account, but Facebook on my Blackberry seems to be working fine, except I only get email notifications, no facebook notifications, when there is activity. On my Blackberry, I can view all posts in the news feed, see online friends and chat. I am posting this here because after lots of searching in Facebook Help, I read that sometimes your mobile device can be the cause of your problems on your Facebook account online.  Has anyone ever experienced this or know if it is the cause of my headaches or how to fix it? I have cleared the cookies and history on my Blackberry. I have done battery pulls, log out of Facebook, everything short of deleting the application a reinstalling. Any help would be greaty appreciated! Thanks!

    HiI've got a really big problem.On my Z10 the touch isn't working anymore and need to get access to my contacts asap.So I like to copy all my contacts from the device to my PC (Outlook 2013, 32bit) with Blackberry Link. When I'm trying to copy the contacts with Blackberry Link I receive this error message: Sync was unsuccessful error – “CPreferencesManager:Configuration Value for /Preferences/Account_3_196610/DevicePin not set in TransConfig.xml for Translator RimBB”. In KB34453 Blackberry give this resolution: Resolution for Cause 1This issue is under investigation.     Thank you Ira. I tried it with the newest Link Version, unfortunately the other step is related to 64-bit Outlook - I'm using 32bit Outlook. Any other suggestions?

  • Need to fix some blackberry curve problems!

    Hey, guys! I am new to this forum and need to find some answer for my Blackberry phone.
    I have a Blackberry curve that seems to have some problems. Every time I attempt to plunge it on my computer, a card error would pop out and asks to format it for using. But, I still have some photos and videos that have not been backed up timely. Are they still recoverable? Do I have to format it? Do you know any way for me to firstly copy off all these photos and videos?

    1). Do not format your Blackberry phone before you’ve recovered all your stored photos and videos back. In your case, the formatting process may erase everything on your phone memory card and make your data gone permanently.
    2). Never save anything new on this phone memory card in case that any new file would rewrite your original data.
    3). Plunge this phone to your computer and download professional phone memory card data recovery program to get back all your lost data back.
    In fact, as I know, there are many similar data recovery tools that can help rescue inaccessible data back form a “Not Formatted” phone memory card, especially some phone memory card data recovery freeware, such as 4 Card Recovery Freeware, Recuva and TestDisk, etc.
    4). Format this phone after the successful data recovery process to see whether the card problem can be fixed.
    5). Never forget to back up everything important at least on two cards or drives in the future.

    Hi im daniel,
    im having a problem with my new blackberry 9320
    when i get a message it only plays the sound once, i have looked all over the settings and there is nothing there. This is a problem because when i am away from my phone say, in the garden and my phone is inside charging and i dont hear the tone, i have to wait until i next look at my phone which could be hours later,to find that i have a message. this worrys me because i am afraid that one day i will have an urgent/importaint message that requires me to relpy quickly and i will not see it until many hours later. could you please give me a responce on what to do because this needs to be rectified before what i just explained happens. thank you.

    You need to check with the Service provider that the APN settings are correct or not on your device..

  • Blackberry/Outlook problem

    My users has a blackberry tour 9630, when we select the option to retain emails on the server for 1 or more days, the email populate both the blackberry and the outlook 2007 application.  But sometimes the sames emails will populate the outlook application twice.  Is there a setting that we need to check in the blackberry to elimate the duplicates.  Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

    I found a way to solve my proble, I installed a previous version of Blackberry software (version 6.1.035) and everything was working fine. But this is a trick it's not a solution, I think that someone has to take care and correct this problem.

  • Blackberry restarting problem

    Hi, I am using Blackberry Z10 for last three months. I am finding a lot of bugs in various functionalities. Recently my phone got a strange problem like I was not able to open any application. If I tab on any icon, the screen just moves left to right like it is scrolling. So I tried to restart the device. It took approximately 20 minutes to restart, in fact it is still restarting as I write this. I am not sure whether there is any hardware problem in my device. Why is my device disappointing me always. When is Blackberry going to resolve my problems. It also hangs very often. I am finding lot of problems in the basic fuctionalities. I hope you can understand how much I am flustrated with my Blackberry Z10. Please give me a valid solution.

    You can first try to reset the phone by holding the power button down for 10 seconds. This only resets the phone and no data loss will occur. Should that not help consider the options below.

  • When I send a SMS to a friend's BLACKBERRY, no problem, but when i answer tu him by sms, the message can not go out of my iphone 4s

    It seems that i have no problem with other contacts, but with 1 of my best friend, i only can send a SMS by creating a new message. When i try to answer to one of his SMS (like a discussion), my message can not be send. My friend use a Blackberry on SFR Network in France. I m connected to Orange Network in France 

    Check your phone to make sure MMS is turned on. If it is, check with your cell provider and make sure your phone is provisioned correctly.

    Hi I hope someone can help me brought a blackberry 3g at the weekend and I can't seem to connect properly .
    My network is 3 And I have a contract with them and I'm using that sim in my blackberry.
    I keep getting this message everytime I go on to the Blackberry App World :
    We Cannot connect you to BlackBerry App World. Please ensure that your device is connected to wireless network and try again
    I do have it connected to my wireless and I  have tried with out but no luck.
    Also can't seem to set up my email accounts and I really need this for work . I keep getting this:
    Activation request failed. A service connection is unavailable
    And asks for an activation password
    this also goes for when I try and get on Facebook An I get This :
    You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. If you want to use this application, please contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan !
    And Twitter I get this
    Could not find a service book  entry for IPPP

    I've replied to my own request! I had to contact Microsoft and they identified many driver faults.  Remotely it was all sorted and I am now connected to B/link but cannot yet get it to sync via USB with my media.  But at least the first problem is resolved

    my name is peter stewart. i have a blackberry 8330. the problem that i am having is that when i go to profiles to try to change my ringtone setting, for some reason the voice activated dialing initiates when i did not even command it to. the two questions that i have are the following; 1. is there a way to fix this without taking it in for repair? 2. is it possible to remove the voice activated dialling feature without damaging or crashing the blackberry? if so how?

     Voicedial is not removable from the device or the DM. It is actually incorporated into the application (that is why it doesnt appear in the applications list, but has its own menu item under options)

    I have developed one blackberry J2ME application. On that I have to connect to internet through GPRS. From that application while I am connecting to internet, it is asking permission like below:
    The application is attempting to invoke the browser.
    Would you like to allow? Yes or No.
    Now I don't like this. I like that my application should connect to internet without prompting any permissions. How should I rectify this problem? Is there any way to correct it? please tell me. Thanks in advance.

    yes, you can do this but not programatically. You have to do this manually by going to options->Applications->Select the application->Edit Permissions-> Connections->Allow
    Also, take a look at ControlledAccess API which was included from 4.2 I guess.
