Blackberry link will not load.

Hi there shortly after my attempt to install blackberry link the program crashes. As soon as the Welcome to the Iinstallshield Wizard for Blackberry Link appears on my screen it stops right there. Windows installer has stopped working, pops up and gives me the options of ( Check online for a solution and close the program, and also Close the program option. In the View problem details drop down window it shows

I am then forced to close the Install wizard down. Also for the life of me I can't easily find a customer service e-mail address that I can write a good old fationed email to a customer service rep. WTF!!! This is not some mom and pop small business selling phones!!

Thanks for the question and providing so much detail. The install wizard is using Windows installer program and MsiExec.exe appears to be crashing. Since this is a component of Windows installer not functioning correctly, please contact Microsoft to further advise on next steps. In the meantime, if possible try installing and using the BlackBerry Link application on another computer.

It means what the message says. The format of the song can't be converted to a format compatible with the iPod.
Does it play in iTunes?
Where id the song come form?
Try deleting and reimporting into iTunes.

Blackberry Link will not Mount Z10 Drives

I have connecteced my Z10 to Blackberry Link. Each time I get the same Connection error message. Connection Error. "There was a problem accessing the drive in this device. Disconnect and reconnect your device, and try again."
No matter how many times I reconnect the same error occurs It has always worked before and I am not sure what it gong on now......Link will not mount my z10 drive and I think that is were the problem lies....even though I get this error I can still back up my z10 and also I can still sync with outlook.... I am complete lost in why link will not mount my z10 to show the drive. I have windows 8.1 installed

After fighting with this or over a week i have reformatted my laptop and reloaded the software on my z10 and bb link will still not mount my device drives.....after getting very frustrated and searching the world wide web i found this article...http://www.patchworkoftips.com/fix-usb-storage-mounting-bb-z10/2380/ It tells me to disable the wifi on my z10....first i thought strange becuase i never had to do it before but i am desperate .......wow bb link was finally able to mount my z10 drives and make them usable on my laptop.....what a odd issue but it is finally resolved....in order to get bb link to see the z10 drives and mount them i have to turn off my wifi connection on my z10

Blackberry Link will not let me log in

Hello, I am attempting after reinstalling BB Link to simply sign in to my account from my MAC operating on Maverick10.9.4. The log in process beings and ends at level 2. The error message states "unable to sign in to your BlackBerry ID. Confirm you are connected to the Internet and try again.
I have done this as well as temporarily disable my firewall...to no avail. So I cannot sync any music, photos etc.

Blackberry Link will not install on Windows 8 (64bit) Laptop

Hi,
I'm trying to install Blackberry Link onto my laptop which runs Windows 8 (64bit) but with no success.
From the Blackberry.com website I download the file "100_b075_multilanguage" (have tried both hitting 'run' and saving it then hitting 'run').
After a pop-up window titled "configuring installshield" that contains a progress bar (which does not progress) another pop-up window titled "Windows Installer" appears.
The first line of this new pop-up window says "Windows Installer V 5.0.9200 16384".
The second line says "msiexec /Option <Required Parameter> [Optional Parameter]".
There is then a load of text showing Install Options / Display Options but no means of selecting any of these options.
At the bottom is an OK button and when I press this the process stops and throws me back to the laptop's windows home screen.
Things I've tried without success: -
Disable anti-virus
Amend User Account Control setting (UAC) to 'never notify'
Restart laptop in 'safe mode'
Reinstall Windows 8 from built-in recovery partition
Would appreciate any help / suggestions as to how to fix this and get Blackberry Link installed.

Newest version of BB Link will not load

I just installed the newest version of BB Link (1.2.3.48). It installed perfectly. When I try to run it, it crashed while loading. I have uninstalled it, rebooted, re-installed it...still same problem. Uninstalled it, rebooted, re-installed and turned off my anti-virus prog. Installed perfectly again, crashed again as it loads.
It is being installed on Windows 7 OS.
Any thoughts on how to remedy? Do you know where I can get a previous version of BB Link?

BlackBerry Link will not install on new Laptop running Windows 8

I have been trying to download Link from BlackBerry.com over several days now. on a new laptop running Windows 8
I get a message saying the *Wizard was interrupted before BB Link could be completely installed. * it suggests that * the system has not been modified and that I try again at another time and run the set up again.* I have done so at least 1/2 doz.. times with no success.
Pleas advise as to corrective actions to take and/or solutions to this problem.

Blackberry Link will not copy my transfer data to my z10

The error message i receive is:
"Data could not be copied to your device due to the following errors:
- There could have been a problem with the device or connection during the restore. Verify that the device is turned on and connected. "
Yes my Z10 is turned on and connected. And BB link was able to transfer data to from itunes earlier.
I'm trying to get my data off my BB Curve 8900. Someone please help.
The error message displays right after i've clicked on the picture of my device. BB link show the message, "preparing to transfer data", then it fails with the above useless message. Oh and I've tried this on my Mac OS and Windows 7 OS (my OS's are setup on a Macbook Pro as dual boot).

On some websites some links will not load

For example, Jockey.com. Website loads just fine. Select Men's, Women's or whatever. When I select any category below nothing happens. Works fine in IE8. AM I missing an add-on? FIrefox doesn't say I am.

As you can see from the screenshot I've uploaded, there doesn't appear to be a problem loading any of the submenus on the site you linked to.
What I suggest you do here is to try running Firefox in [[Safe Mode]]. If it works correctly in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.
Also, please go to the [http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/ Plugins Check] page and update those which are out of date. Some of the outdated versions potentially expose your system to attack by hackers.

Itunes 10.4 will not load - secure link failed

I have itunes 10.4 and the store will not load, I can download apps updates from itunes and ping. but the store will not load. When i run the tests I get secure link failed for the itunes store. when i click on help it tells me I am not connected to the internet. which i am. iam surfing the net. downloading updates drom my computer

Just a followup; got it to sync but it just synced the old contact info and not any of the new info that I had entered or changed. Where is it getting the old info?

Ever since I downloaded the new Firefox, when I right-click on a link to open it in a different tab, the tab will open but will not load anything, no matter what link I try.

The tab will show the website destination in the navigation bar, but will not automatically load it; I have to press the load button in the navigation bar instead of it instantly loading.

It's not specific sites. I can middle-click on the same link 50 times and it will open it in a new tab 45 times and 5 of those times, it will randomly open it in an entirely new window. I don't know what's causing this.
It happens so randomly that I don't know how to pin-point what it could be.

Opening links in new tab will not load pages either from new link or bookmarked pages after firefox 3.6 update

After updating my fire fox to 3.6.3 I now cannot click on links into a new tab it will just open a blank tab, after hitting refresh, nothing happens. But when clicking bookmark link it will open in new tab as wanted but will not load unless I re-click it a second time. Clicking links normally will load page. Entering a URL like www.yahoo.com will not load either. To get to this page I had to a search engine like yahoo and type in fire fox website and it from there.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

Will not load sites linked from another website--have cleared cache, cookies, history, restarted, checked in Safe Mode--still does not work.

Some sites load fine. But some sites will not load when linked from another web site, or, occasionally, even from my bookmarks. I went through troubleshooting routine--cleared cache and cookies, history, checked in Safe Mode for extensions, etc., but still will not work in Safe Mode. No other problems with computer or browser.

What happens when you click the link that does not open up the new page? Is it a blank page? Does this also happen if you Shift Click the link?

BlackBerry Media Sync Will Not Load iTunes Playlists and/or iTunes Library.

I have updated my iTunes to the latest version, and suddenly, my Media Sync (for BlackBerry) will not load my iTunes Library or iTunes Playlists...
Can someone please shed some light on this?

I have no idea, since I don't have a Blackberry.
Is there a Blackberry forum where you could ask the same thing?
