Blackberry outer body

Hi everyone,
I own a BB Curve 8900, and the outer body is badly scratched and damaged.
Any idea if I can get the body replaced, with an original Blackberry body. If so, where can I get it done?
Any pointers for the same will be appreciated.

Swap Blackberry out for Droid from 3rd Party Retailer?

Hi-
One of the lines on my family plan currently has a Blackberry on it with the $29.99 personal Blackberry dataplan. Is it possible to swap that Blackberry with an Android phone I buy on Ebay without changing the contract or getting hit with additional fees? The Blackberry I have isn't working, and the contract is up on that line but I don't want to renew for 2-years with a new phone from Verizon quite yet. I'd like to see what's on the LTE horizon, but in the meantime I need to get something to replace the Blackberry. I know I can get another Blackberry from Ebay swapped in without any trouble, but I'm hoping I could do an Android phone instead.

As long as the ESN is clear and the Android is VZW branded, you are good to go.

Is laptop's outer body covered under warranty

i have a pavillion p15 077tx it is six months old and have cooling fan replaced after three months now problem start arising , the base is cracking under graphic card area . but i m cleaning vent every weak and no signs of overheating
now the question is will it be covered under normal warranty or adp pls reply soon

Case by case. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and if the plastic is failing in normal use without external trauma it might be covered although it would be unusual.

A physical damage is not covered under warranty as it is considered accidental damage.
It is very unlikely that any computer manufacturer would cover the type of issue.
You best course of action is to contact the retailer you purchased the computer from, if you have purchased the Seller Insurance schemes etc.,

Does the iPhone 5C outer body melt or disfigure when kept in the sun?

I found that the bottom right corner of my 5C had somehow changed its shape and i have no idea how that happened. So please can someone tell me and will it be covered by guarantee?

iPhones do not melt in the sun, even the 5C. If you leave a phone in a car in the heat, it may turn itself off if it overheats. But the casing melting.....no.

Blackberry Curve, when I take it out of the case/pouch/holder it disconnects calls

Hi all,
I would be grateful for any help with this.
I have a leather case for my Blackberry, it's a proper Blackberry case with the logo. If I receive a phone call, as I take the blackberry out of the case it disconnects the call.
This is my second case and still have the same problem
I received this phone for Christmas last year and each time I receive a call I remove from the case, it disconnects call and so I have to call them back.
I really need to get this sorted!
If the phone isn't in a case it works fine.
If anyone can help me I would be very happy!

Randomly generate individual fonts in body text

HI i would like to randomly have different typeface for each letter in a word through out body text using the fonts that i have on my laptop! Like the image below, can anyone help?

Connecting Blackberry to Smartwatch

Hey guys I got the Martian smart watch. The watch requires you to download an app for any device to pair properly to it. I downloaded the app successfully but then it requires you to go to the accessibility settings and turn the accessibility to on for the martian smart watch, so when you get a text, your watch can tell you that information. However the blackberry doesn't seem to have this option. I have an android phone, I downloaded the app and was successfully able to pair it to the the android phone and then when I went to accessibility, the option for the watch to be accessible was right there and I was able to successfully pair the two devices. The blackberry however doesn't have this option in its accessibility and i'm curious to know where in settings or if at all I can get the blackberry to allow information coming into the phone to also go to the watch.
So just to recap: The blackberry and the watch are paired and connected. On the watch it has a options like Camera and the blackberry responds when I select the option. However when my Blackberry gets texts, emails or calls, the watch doesn't notify me because I can't seem to find the accessibility option to allow it to.

Looking at this page seems to have left BlackBerry out so I suggest you cick the Support option and go to their forum or create a ticket as there seems no way to enable what you want.

Syncing issues with my Blackberry Torch 9800

I have been trying to sync my Blackberry Torch 9800 since August 2011. I have updated the latest software and followed every instruction given to me. Nothing seems to wortk. My Mac (running OS10 Leopard) recognizes the Torch but won't sync. It gives me an error message and asks me to resync. I'm close to throwing the Blackberry out the window and purchasing an iPhone. I'm at wit's end. Any suggestions?

I had sync issue on Enterprise email and my gmail account today from 6am to 8pm. Single point of failure sucks. I would go Iphone but my company uses Blackberry.

I hate my Blackberry Tour

Hello everyone,
I am literally on the verge of canceling my service with verizon. I have been there loyal customer for many years; switching phones on and on due to the sad fact that there phones are so TERRIBLE I have the blackberry tour, and if i have more then a few apps running, it will literally get stuck. Forcing me to curse RIM's engineers, RIM's chairman, and force shutdown my phone. What should I do I'v been thinking to go to apple an At&t, but there rumors about the new 4g going to verizon... someone, shed some light in my darkness! thank you.

Not sure what any of your complaints have to do with Verizon.
IMO, the Tour is the best BlackBerry out there now.
I have set mine to power off automatically at midnight every day and back on at 6am.
That clears out the memory.
I have never seen mine slow down.
It could be one of the apps you are using has a bug in it.
I also try to close the app and not leave it in memory if I am done.
I probably don't try to run too many apps at once: Mail, Facebook, FiOS Remote DVR and BrickBreaker is about it
Did you upgrade yours to version 5.0?

Water stain on Aluminum body wont come off

So last night my girlfriend accidently spilt a little water on her Macbook Pro. The laptop was closed and in reality it was only a couple drops or so on the outer body, but unfortunately it has left a barely visible (hard water?) stain on the body. In all reality you can't even really notice it, unless you are at the right light and angle, but she swears she can see it and being a neat freak, it bothers her a little bit. Does anyone have any solutions as to how to remove this little stain? We are trying to find out what to use to wipe it off and clean it with.
Any ideas?

Try white vinegar with a soft cloth. I would try it on the bottom first to ensure no mark is left behind. Be sure to clean area of all vinegar with a damp cloth once done. I invested in the invisibleSHIELD. Just a suggestion.
