Blackberry Travel v3.2.1.3 Issue

I have recently started using this app.
Issues of Note.
- When it automatically scans my emails for a trip, the app lists my flight and hotel bookings twice. ie it will say I have 2 flights with the exact same detail for the single flight I have booked.
- When manually adding a ground transportation item, the calendar / time scrolling wheels are inaccurate. The date requires entry twice to acknowledge the correct date, the time scroll does not follow what is displayed. ie I roll to the time 6:25 pm and hit done, the result indicates I have selected 9:07am
Would like this to be corrected.

First let's try to fix Mail, Not certain, but this can fix myriad Mail problems...
Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), it will try to repair your Disk Directory while the spinning radian is happening, so let it go, run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, then move these folder & file to the Desktop.
Move this Folder to the Desktop...
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Caches/Mail/
Move this file to the Desktop...
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/Envelope Index
Reboot.
If that doesn't do it and you can afford to redo all your Rules, try these & reboot...
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/MessageRules.plist
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/MessageRules.plist.backup

    I have just moved to Warsaw and have a new Blackberry Bold with T-Mobile Poland and cannot now use the Blackberry Travel App.
    The error is :-
    "Could not get updated license agreement (Network Coverage is not available, Please try again later"

    Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.
    Do you have a data plan from your carrier that includes BlackBerry Internet Service? I would recommend first verifying with them that your plan has the correct services to use the BlackBerry Travel application as not having these services can cause this error.
    If you have the correct services, I suggest checking to see if an IT Policy may be preventing the use of Internet Browsing services. This blog post shows how to check for an IT Policy. http://helpblog.blackberry.com/2011/11/blackberry-it-policy/
    If an IT Policy is present and you are using a BlackBerry Enterprise Server, I suggest contacting your server administrator for assistance with modifying this.
    If you have an IT Policy but are not using a BlackBerry Enterprise Server, this KB article should help you remove the IT Policy by doing a reset to factory. "How to reset a BlackBerry smartphone to factory settings using BlackBerry Desktop Software" http://blackberry.com/btsc/KB31291 Please make sure to backup your data before performing these steps as the reset to factory will remove all data.

  • BlackBerry Travel doesn't recognize reservations of my travel supplier

    Three weeks ago my travel supplier changed the format of the reservations and now it doesn't work with blackberry travel. How many time does BB Travel need to recognize a new reservation format or supplier? Other applications like WorldMate can recognize this format without problems. I think that BB Travel is a great application and I want to continue using it, but if this problem doesn't solve soon I will change to other application due to poor support.
    NOTE: My travel supplier is Carlson Wagonlit  Spain

  • Blackberry Travel Calendar sync times wrong

    Hello,
    I am having a problem with the automatic calendar sync in the Blackberry Travel app. Some of my flights are sync'd at incorrect times but others (even within the same itinerary!) sync correctly. One flight was booked on the Air Canada website and the itinerary was automatically uploaded to BB Travel from the email. The other flight was booked by a travel agent and the itinerary was also uploaded automatically. In both cases, the departure and arrival times were off for 1 flight of the 4 in the same itinerary! Any idea what I can do to fix?

  • Blackberry Travel details not updating in calendar

    Hi I'm using Q10, release 10.1.0.273. Blackberry Travel is not automatically adding trip details into calendar as the old versions did. I've followed the knowledge base directions and everything is set as it should be. Thanks for the help

    In BlackBerry Travel swipe from the top and choose settings.  Then open Calendar sync and is everything set to On?  Also are you logged into the email address that receives the travel emails?

  • Blackberry Travel 3.1.1.2 - Duplicate entries in Calendar after system restore

    I love the Blackberry Travel app, it is an absolute must for me and I auto sync it to my calendar as a default setting. I have the Z10, and Blackberry Travel 3.1.1.2 software.
    Every time I install a new OS, and resync my calendar from Outlook using  Link, after I reinstall and log back into Blackberry Travel, it will create duplicates of my upcoming trip entries in my calendar.
    These are entries that were created by Blackberry Travel previously and were synced with Outlook prior to the system wipe and then restored using an Outlook sync.
    It would be great if Outlook would check for calendar conflicts for preexisting entries that are exactly the same before adding a new trip to the calendar.
    I also noted that if I have a trip (with a name October Travel) with a departure date of October 6 (for example) and arrival date of October 13, although the return flight is correctly placed in the calendar on the 13th, the entire trip is marked from October 6-12 (missing the last day in the calendar).
    Please check on these issues, otherwise super app!

  • Blackberry Travel Deleting Trip Details

    My girlfriend and I both have an unusual problem with Blackberry Travel (version 3.3.1.7) on a Z10 (OS 10.3.1.1565). Seemingly at random, the app will delete all of the travel details of a trip (though the trip will still appear in the list). If you try and re-send emails to the app, it will give an error stating that the details are already in the app (even though they've disappeared from trip details).
    The only fix seems to be to manually enter the travel details, but they will shortly disappear again, leaving a blank trip with no flights, hotels, or cars. Since I travel frequently and rely on BB Travel to hold all my details, it's a frustrating problem.
    Has anyone experienced something like this? I thought the recent BB Travel update for my Z10 would fix it, but it still seems to be having identical problems. For me, it happens one trip at a time, but on my girlfriend's phone it erases all of her trip details every time it happens.

  • BlackBerry travel not updating the exidting trip details after the change on my flight dates of travel

    Trip details are not updated and when I force for manual update by dragging it down an error is reported

  • BlackBerry Travel app ver 3.1.1.2 auto-exits after a refresh

    The app randomly auto-exits after I refresh (via drag down and release) the Upcoming Trips page.
    In my usage scenario, after I drag down and release, the app displays "loading..." and then it either redisplays the Upcoming Trips page or it closes the page.
    My configuration: Z10STL100-3/10.1.0.2074

  • Blackberry Travel App - Can not load - stuck on license popup

    Hi I hope someone can help me here.
    I am running Blackberry Travel on a Torch 9800.  I have updated the OS to the latest version and also the software version to the latest version but I still get the same message.   Everytime I open the app the logo comes up in the normal splash screen then I get "Could not get the updated license agreement (Network coverage is not available, please try again later).    I have full coverage and I am receiving email fine and all other apps are working OK.    I have tried with WIFI on and connected and no difference.   When I turn off all the connections the app opens and a different screen comes up indicating it is downloading the licensing agreement, however it gets not where.  Once the connections are restored, its straight away doesn't go anywhere.    Obviously its trying to download the License agreement you have to agree to when you run an app for the first time, but I can't get past this.   Any ideas anyone?

    Do you guys have something that is interuptting your connection?
    Or maybe your device is doing intermittent connection drop analyse?
    If you guys are running on 7.1 go to 
    Options > Device > Advance Sys settings >BB Device Analyser > Mobile Net Connection Issues > And press intermittent con drops then disable it

  • Blackberry Travel for the Z10

    This app looks great but is not functioning correctly. It is not recognising new trips and adds them to existing trips. Even when corrected on the main web site (twice`;-( the trips all mix together. Anyone else experience this? I also use Worldmate - and Bberry Travel which is a copy of this programme - does not function as effectivey.

  • Blackberry Travel Z10

    I installed the new Blackberry Travel. Works great, but it does not automatically move my incoming email bookings. If I forward the email to [email protected], all is fine. I also dop not have the "add to blackberry travel" in the menu in my hub. I have added the email address in bb travel that I am using in the bb hub. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

    You have to enable automatic email scanning for travel itineraries to be added automatically. That said, I don't recommend using the auto feature since it has been known, already, to negatively affect battery life. Also, I never found it reliable on my old BB so didn't bother even enabling it.
    If you're manually sending them to BB Travel then you aren't doing anything wrong. There is no "add to BlackBerry Travel" menu item. I just added a contact called BlackBerry Travel and just use that to forward to.

  • Blackberry Travel - Auto trip scanning keeps resetting to off

    I have automatic trip scanning turned on in Blackberry travel, but sometimes when I go into the application I can see that it's no longer enabled. This has happened several times and I'm sure that I haven't manually turned it off. Is this a known issue?

  • BlackBerry Travel phantom notifications from previous user

    Hello!
    I experience the weird issue, when a person who got my old Z30 keeps receiving BlackBerry Travel notifications about MY flights. I mean, I security wiped Z30 before giving it to my friend, I deleted it from BlackBerry Protect and BlackBerry Link. I moved to Passport, signed in on it using my BlackBerry ID. My friend signed in on his Z30 with his BlackBerry ID. We both are using BlackBerry Travel with different BlackBerry IDs, but he keeps receiving notifications about my trips. When he opens BB Travel it shows only his flights, not mine. But notifications about my flights are still coming to his Z30.
    So, he kinda knows where I'm flying to and stuff like that. It's good he is my friend and not some stranger. But still, the issue is obvious.
    Would really like to know how to fix it.
    I'm using BB Travel v3.3.1.7 running on BlackBerry Passport (OS 10.3.1.2072). My friend is using the same OS and Travel version on his Z30. 

    To further clarify;
    The Data plan IS required and additional cost accepted-
    The Messaging was never disclosed as a requirement- additional cost unplanned and unacceptable.
    Footnote... I have seen on some info blogs mention of resetting network to resolve--- it may be possible I was mis-directed, and further testament to the utter frustration.

    Phone is set to use 24-hour clock. When I enter a time, BB Travel displays 24-hour clock. When it displays the time, however, BB Travel displays 12-hour clock. So, it's not picking up the phone setting, andthere is no option to choose the clock setting. Please fix.
