Hi peeps I'm struggle to loggin to blackberry world it show me (blackberry identity installation failed please try again ... Please can any one help by fixing this problem

    I have found that there are very few apps that are exclusive to AppWorld. You can search the on-line catalog and then search out other procurement sources, including quite often the developer website itself.
    Lastly, do understand that BB does not have unilateral control over the availability of AppWorld. They have to ensure that they and their partners meet local laws and legislation for operating an e-commerce system -- and that can take time. AppWorld is in over 160 countries now and adding more and more every month.

  • My blackberry world is not working

    my blackberry world is not working whenever i try to go on it it says 'the data service is not operational' i dont know what to do?

    With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
    1) Register HRT
    KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
    Please wait for one "registration" message to arrive to your Messages app
    2) Resend Service Books (pre-BB10 devices only)
    KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    Please wait for "Activation" Messages, one per already configured email account, to arrive in your Messages. If you have no already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.
    3) Reboot
     With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes.
    See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
    Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support and to ensure that you are subscribed (from them) to an adequate data plan to enable this service.

  • Can not loggin the iMessage and FaceTime in Mac pro

    I  can not loggin the iMessage and FaceTime in my Mac pro, but I can use both of them on my Iphone and iPad.Is there anybody who can help me to solve this problem?

    i up dated my bold 9780 app world but now can not access it, is not displayed in home screen but is in my application folder  where did it go i have deleted it batt pull out downloaded again but still have same problem can some body please help please thanks sam

    So, I am guessing that you mean this:
    KB10040 How to view or remove installed applications on a BlackBerry smartphone
    If AW is there, then it's installed. It's normally a matter of finding the icon. Look everywhere...Homescreen and all sub-folders (e.g., Downloads, Applications, etc.). Also make sure that "Show All" is active just in case the icon is hidden. Also make sure you are not running some theme that might be blocking the icon.
    In addition, you can try this sequence:
    1) Remove AppWorld from your BB
    KB10040 How to view or remove installed applications on a BlackBerry smartphone
    If it requests that you reboot the BB, do so
    2) Do a Batt-Pull reboot (power on, remove battery, wait, insert battery, wait), even if redundant to the one you did in step 1.
    3) Install (on your BB) a fresh copy of AppWorld
    http://blackberry.com/appworld/download
    Again, if it requests to reboot, do so.
    4) Do another Batt-Pull reboot
    5) See if it now works.

  • Blackberry World will not open

    Hi
    I just got a Q10 and I have my Blackberry ID set up and working, all emails confirmations done etc but when I go to open Blackberry World it opens for a second, minimises the screen and then just stays blank. The same thing also happens if I go onto the web and try to access it from there or try to download an App via the internet.
    Any ideas?

    Try this, in your BlackBerryID screen...
    Tap Edit.
    Tap to uncheck or check the "I do not want to receive..." and that will activate the SUBMIT button.
    Tap Submit
    You will be asked to enter your password. Do that.
    Once that updates, go back to App World and see if it works.
    If it still does not, you need to call Vodafone for technical assistance. You may need to ask them to escalate the issue up to BlackBerry for assistance.

    I have Z10 and using the GPRS/EDGE network.When i try to open Blackberry World  by the icon on the phone,it fails to load and desplays"there is an issue.blackberry world must close now"When i try to connect through the web,it asks for blackberry id.When i enter the id it fails to open and continue to reopen the page for entering blackberry id.I have also tried to open the BBM by its icon on the phone it cant open as well and desplays"no blackberry data exists"

  • Blackberry World is not working with Firefox/Ie​x (Error 11)

    I´m not able to use the appworld on my pc (win7 prof) - neither with the newest firefox nor with the untouched iex.

    After the "login" (if I go manually to appworld.blackberry.com) the q10 and my carrier is choosen - but I´m still not logged in! That´s really strange. I´ve already deleted my history and cache - still no change.

  • Blackberry World will not accept any payment option

    My PlayBook will not accept any payment options to purchase an app. I have purchased the same app on another PlayBook with no difficulty. I have wiped my PlayBook and re-loaded the software with no success. I have tried several different payment options. 

    Further info...
    I wonder if this is related to the lack of a payment option in my User ID account. So I have tried to add a payment option to my Blackberry User ID (found in the Options > Device > Payment and Billing).
    Option 1 doesn't work.
    Selecting Vodafone UK as my paymnet option produces this error message: This feature has been disabled by your system administrator.
    Option 3 doesn't work.
    Choosing Paypal and logging in to my PaylPal account successfully, this creates Pre-approved payment entry in my PayPal account (I can see it as "approved" on the PayPal website), but unfortunately the phone doesn't see this transaction as approved and it fails with a transaction declined error.
    This leaves Option 1.
    Must I enter my credit card details?
    The complete failure of all other attempts doesn't inspire much confidence in this whole Blackberry expedition, so I wonder if it is wise to enter my card details.

    I have the same problem today. Suddenly Appworld stopped accepting my AMEX credit card. I called AMEX and they told me that all is notmal from their sied and that they did authorize transactions. However, Approwld says that credit card cannot be accepted. WHAT A MESS!!! And there is NO EMAIL or phone number to contact regarding this problem which is quite RIDICULOUS !!!

  • BlackBerry World on 8520?!?!

    I cannot download via desktop client, via WIFI, via anything!
    I have a blackberry curve 8520 which i bought from a guy. It's an old model but it is in exceptional condition (brand new i'd say...) 
    So i swiped it and BlackBerry world is not there anymore. And i've been trying to reinstall it the last 2 days with no success so far. 
    What should i do? How can i fix this?

    Can you be more specific? Do you get an error message? Does your device access other websites normally? Remember, we don't have your device in front of us so you have to tell us everything you can in order to help you.

    The Blackberry World does not contain all the useful apps that are needed e.g. my airtel Google Play is also not accessible pls advise how to access / download these apps

    It is rather difficult to discuss "these apps" (note...the plural form of the words) when you cite only "airtel Google Play". In general, apps that require Google Play Services (which is not the same as Google Play itself) do not function on BB10...Google and BB continue to not "play nice" enough with each other. But, there are alternatives. The native OS should include the Amazon App Store...have you looked there? There is also the SNAP addon, which many prefer:http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Downloaded-Applications/You-Upgraded-to-OS-10-2-1-and-want-to-run-Android-Apps-on-Your/td-p/2784957#nobannerAssuming you have an adequate OS level, then if you can obtain the APK of the app, then you can install it to the device directly...just copy it to the device, navigate to it in the device file manager, and open the APK...the launcher will start and the app will install. But, again, it may or may not actually function...for example if the developer made the app to require Google Play Services (as discussed above). Good luck!

  • Blackberry World thinks I need to update Apps that are already up-to-date. (Infinite Update Loop)

     I have been having trouble with Blackberry World.  It states that I have apps that need updating, but I already have the most recent update of these apps.  In addition, BBW states that I need updates for apps that I no longer have installed on my phone. (and I cant seem to uninstall these apps via BBW)
    I have tried installing the update (even if its not needed), and uninstalling/re-installing the apps, and nothing eliminates this problem.  "Refresh BlackBerry World" does not help either.
    for an example: I have 9 apps that BBW thinks I need to update.  One of which is Blackberry Blend. When I click on Blend, It states that the Update is available to Version 1.1.0.67, but directly underneath, it states that I have Installed Version 1.1.0.67 !!!  If I choose to perform the update, the notice for updating Blend shows back up in BBW immediatley.   The same issue is occuring with a number of apps, including: Google Talk, Skype, etc..
    Any suggestions on how to stop this BBW App Update Infinite Loop?

    Hi,  I've tried clearing the cache multiple times.  With or without reboot, it doesn't seem to fix the problem.
    I should probably mention that this is on a Z10 STL100-3  OS release 10.3.1.1865 OS version 10.3.1.2708.  This problem was occuring with only Skype before the upgrade from 10.2, but since the update its with 9 other Apps as well.  I even completely wiped my phone, and only selectively restored a handful of apps to prevent the issue, but thats when BBW now displays required updates for Apps I no longer have installed on the phones since starting from scratch.
    any other suggestions?

    Try rebooting, press and hold up and down volume buttons simultaneously.
