Blackberry world isnt loading

I keep getting errors when trying to open up blackberry world. Its been going on for about a week. At times it works but most of the time it doesn't.

I have BlackBerry z10 reloaded with the BlackBerry. OS 10.3.2.2168 signed in with my BlackBerry id and the BlackBerry World is stuck in the loading screen.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (step 1 should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRTKB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless networkPlease wait for one "registration" message to appear2) RebootHold the top button down until the counter reaches zero. Wait for the device to be fully shut down (e.g., nothing at all displayed on the screen, no LED lights, etc.). Hold the top button until the red LED is lit. Wait through the full boot-up process.IF this fails, you can attempt the more forceful method of holding the up/down volume keys until the device fully shuts down. Wait a bit an power up normally.See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you contact your mobile service provider for formal support and potential formal escalation to BB for enhanced support. Also, be sure to wait 48-72 hours after a fresh OS reload to let things sort of settle down. And include a few reboots during that time period. OR -- how, exactly, did you perform the OS reload? If via unofficial AutoLoader, what source did you use for that? If it was the BB Dev site for AutoLoaders, that could be the problem...those are all usually crippled with certain features defeated as part of the development process. You need to use a different source for AutoLoader to be sure it's one that contains the full set of production code.

not able to access blackberry world on Z10. what could be the reason? It wasn't issue earlier but facing it from last two days.

Try this fix
Go to the games app.
At the bottom tap on games.
At the right bottom, you will notice three dots. Tap the dots
Tap the option to enter the blackberry world. Wait until the screen is loaded
Swipe right to Enter My World - > My Apps and Games.
Tap the three dots again to check for updates.
Update all the apps and close your App World.
Try accessing the app world in the standard way. Everything mus be fixed by now.

BLACKBERRY WORLD APP NOT OPENING

I have Z10 and using the GPRS/EDGE network.When i try to open Blackberry World by the icon on the phone,it fails to load and desplays"there is an issue.blackberry world must close now"When i try to connect through the web,it asks for blackberry id.When i enter the id it fails to open and continue to reopen the page for entering blackberry id.I have also tried to open the BBM by its icon on the phone it cant open as well and desplays"no blackberry data exists"

BlackBerry World Don't Work

Hello,
If Mobile Network is closed and wifi is open; BlackBerry World is working.Some Turkey users have this error.
How can I fix it?

Exit the Blackberry world.
Go to the music app.
OR
Go ot the Games app. Tap the games tab at the bottom (third tab).
At the right bottom, you will notice three dots. Tap the dots
Tap the option to enter the blackberry world. Wait until the screen is loaded
Swipe right to Enter My World - > My Apps and Games.
Tap the three dots again to check for updates.
Install all the udates and close your App World.
Try accessing the app world in the standard way. Everything must be fixed by now.

Blackberry World payments

Hi all. I am very frustrated I can't buy games and applications from blackberry world. Payment setup includes Ghana as one of the countries yet each time i set up my card for payment, it will complete but I still wont be able to make purchases. The error i recieve is AW10000C or something of that sort. What's really happening please cos i feel it isnt fair as we all should be given the chance to purchase what we can when we want to. Thank you

Help. Folders won't keep after Blackberry World Update July 18

I have a Z10 running OS 10.1.0.1720, Software version 10.1.0.273. I updated to the latest version of Blackberry World and received an error message and couldn't install it. I tried it again and if installed, only this time all my folders on the homescreen and other screens are all gone.
After spending a hour or so setting everything back up last night, they're gone again. Only this time it happened differently, I started up my Globe and Mail app and it wouldn't load up the articles. I then tried the Canadian Newsreader app and it couldn't connect. So I restarted and all my folders disappeared. I hard rebooted after that (held onto the button on the top until the blue blackberry logo showed up) and they're still gone.
This is a royal PITA and wouldn't have upgraded to the new Blackberry World if that was the case. Help! Is there a resolution to this?
Also, my skyps video never worked on my Z10, but it has worked on others. Don't know why. Help x 2.

Disappeared blackberry world Application

what should i do cause i have tried restarting the phone..

Plug your phone into your computer and open BlackBerry Desktop Software. Do a data backup of your phone then once it's done, do a restore and load the backup you just did. That will restore BlackBerry World to your phone.

Problems regarding connecting to blackberry world

I will try to explain this as best as possible
I recently got a 9300 curve on the network '3', when for a browser I use their's; so 'favourites' or 'planet 3' I lose connection to blackberry world (the little blackberry icon on the top right disappears) and im no longer able to bbm or connect to blackberry app world or use the browser. To get the little blackberry symbol back in the top right hand corner I usually have to click on the browser app - and let it load back and usually it then reconnects and im able to use bbm etc. But as soon a I use the '3' browsers i lose that connection and have to repeat the whole process over and over again.
Im aware a possible fix would be to just get rid of the 3 browser apps and simply use the blackberry ones but id prefer to try and have it so I can use everything the phone comes with

If you want to connect the any of Three's own websites (account details, planet 3 home page etc) then no - I guess to be able to recognise your phone as a Three phone it needs to connect directly to their servers rather than via Three. The same reason you cant access the Three home page when only connected to wifi or roaming on orange.
From my understanding all 3 of the browsers are the same - the Favourites and Planet 3 are just shortcuts to the Three items, so if you dont want to disconnected from BIS use the main browser.

HELP: TORCH 9810 CANT CONNECT TO BLACKBERRY WORLD

Everytime i connect to a wifi network in a different places and i want ro access my blackberry world the first thing i will do is to reboot or restart my device before it will connect... but only to bb world facebook icon and viber icon ..but the browser is ok no problem i can browse..is there something wrong with my wifi?or there must be a mother board problem?
Is there anyone can fix this?

What is your Operating System loaded to your device? Look at Options > Device > About, third line down beginning with a "v.7.1.x.xxx", What is yours?
Also, can you try being connected to a WiFi router and then open BlackBerry World, does it crash?

Anyone knows when it will end the problem of Blackberry world ?
i know i can't open world from Game or Music but when i click on check for Updates nothing happend , must check each app to know if need to upgrade or no.
and any new update for software last software i have is :10.0.10.99 ?

A couple quick ?'s-
1) Since a number of the apps have been "unavailable for this device" (for my Q10....), is there a way to procure the app and retain it for if/when we in the US ever get a 10.2 OS update? I assume the "unavailability" is secondary to us having only access to 10.1.0.2030 from the carrier.
2) Would like to get the BeWeather Pro.. In my profession, we are not allowed to have a cell phone with wifi. Although I realize I could temporarily activate the wifi (assuming I can discover a password to any of a few dozen wifi sites listed....) Question- is it possible to load the app via Link or via the web? If the only way to download or to update the app, is via wifi, it should be mentioned.

Server down after updating the Blackberry World App Store

Hi there,
hopefully u can help me. For two days, after upgrating the Blackberry World App i'm not able to acces the following:
- internet
- no more push up emails
- BBM, Whatsapp, Windowslive Messenger, Facebook
- email settings ( is giving me the following error " Your device had a problem connecting to the server"
While i was upgrading the latest version of Blackberry World Application, was wasking me to update my Blackberry ID so i did it and after that all the problems came up. Looks like my blackberry server is down, can't acces anything. I contacted the carrier , they checked and said is it from aplication i have updated. They suggested me to delete the application which gives the problem. I deleted the files of Blackberry World App , but still the module is it in my mobile and can't be acces even when i tried to reinstall it.
I don't know if this can help, but i have noticed that BIS is like disconnected while EDGE signal is there. Sometimes "EDGE" changes into "edges" ( small letters ) and GSM.
The carrier sent me again the service books, but i still have troubles ... nothing at all changed !
The following Services Status is there:
Connection : Mobile Network
Balckberry Internet Service
Connection: not connected
Blackberry Enterprise Server
Connection: not connected

Its clearly the ios 6 update...I have a 2 month old 4s...worked perfectly until the upgrade...now my app store rarely opens...other apps crash or will not load..battery life is now weak weak weak..
The thing that TRULY amazes me is that I was on the phone with an apple tech yesterday,actually 2 different techs, when I said that there are several users on this site with the same problem their response was "first Ive heard of it !"

Access to BlackBerry World store of US while being outside US

Hi BlackBerry
I was wondering why the access to blackberry world is determined by which mobile carrier I'm currently using my phone with.
Correct me if I'm wrong, If someone from the US for expample is out of the US and is using a sim card from the local carrier in the country that he is currently living in, he cannot access the BlackBerry world of the US, instead, he will gain access to the BlackBerry World of the country which he is currently living in.
I think that Android also has the same concept with their users' ID's, which I see as very annoying compared to Apple, which gives you the opportunity to have your user profile linked to your country's AppStore by entering a valid address and a payment method relating to your country or issued from your country.
Apple also gives the opportunity to the user to choose (No Payment) option and enjoy using and downloading all free apps, which is a very good option, and is currently available on BlackBerry and Android as well.
I really Hope if BlackBerry can follow the same approach of Apple with while creating or editing the BlackBerry ID, in order to have the BlackBerry ID as "Country determined" and NOT to be as "Mobile Carrier determined" as the case is now. I hope also if you do so to keep the same flexibility (as now) of not obligating the user to enter a payment method while creating or editing a BlackBerry ID.
I think that if BlackBerry considers and implements this, it will give a big push to its users and the traffic flow on he BlackBerry World for downloading and buying apps, movies, music,...etc, as it allow for example US users US to access the BB world of US while being outside US for a trip or work. The same will apply for other users from any country around the wold.
So, I hope that BlackBerry will provide this flexibility as provided by Apple (and maybe a better one). Please consider this seriously and keep moving ahead.

Currently BlackBerry World will take the localization settings from the APN settings on your micro SIM card.
If this does change in the future, I would suggest checking for updates at www.blackberry.com/appworld
