Blackberry z10 suddenly turned off help!

Hello.
O had never had a problem with my phone, I have it for less than a year or so. It always worked really well until... it turned off and never on again. I tried to charge it but not even the red LED appears. Is there a way to reboot it or something??
I feel hopeless. I bought it in US through amazon but live in Argentina!!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
Please try this sequence...note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must remain directly connected to a known-good wall charger (not PC USB, not a cradle):
With the battery inside, connect your BB to the wall charger
Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
Remove the battery
Wait 15 minutes
Insert the battery
Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
This has been known to "kick start" some BBs.
It is also possible that your battery or BB has experienced a problem...to test, this sequence is needed:
Obtain an known good and already fully charged additional battery...use it in your BB and see what happens
Obtain access to a known good and identical BB...use your battery in it and see what happens
The results of this will indicate if it's your BB or your battery that has the problem. Note carefully please that "new" and "know good" are not necessarily the same things. While rare, a "new" battery certainly could be defective. Rather, the simplest (and least costly, btw) method to conduct this test is to find someone with an identical BB who has no issues...trade batteries and see what happens.
Good luck and let us know!

  • Blackberry Z10 getting turned-off on 15-17% battery level

I have been using Blackberry Z10 for 2-3 month without any problem, but suddenly my mobile is getting turned-off every time its battery level reaches around 15%.
Suggest any solution to this problem.

Connect iPhone to Wall Charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons until the iPhone begins to start, this can take about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. If nothing, this means your iPhone has a hardware fault, most likely and hopefully battery.

  • IMac G5 suddenly turned off!

    Hi,
My iMac G5 suddenly turned off and looked like the power cable disconnected. But I am sure outside of the iMac, the power is no problem.
After this, I tried to power on my iMac G5 with the power button, iMac got a loudly beep sound with the light flashing. Although it can startup to the login window, but when I login to system, again, the iMac was dead with the same situation.
Then power on again, same sistuation was still there (loudly beep sound with the light keeping flashing. Now, after login, the system seemed to be good till now (2hours).
Anyone can help me to figure out the porblem? Is it possible that iMac got the high temperature (because here my room is a little bit hot)
    Thanks!

Welcome to Discussions - which model do you have (how to identify your iMac)? It may be that your power supply unit is failing, see if you qualify for either of these Rev A and Rev B repair extension. You might also try cleaning the air vents and vacuuming the inside of your machine (don't open it if it's an iSight). Some people train a fan on the rear of their iMacs if their rooms are very hot, it helps keep the computer cool.

  • IMac i7 - Suddenly Turns Off

The iMac suddenly turns off while I'm working. I've owned the unit since August 2010 but this problem has just started occurring. I think it has happened three times in the past two week.
I've heard about this problem, but have not experienced it until the past couple of weeks. I do have Crucial RAM installed. Before I go to too much trouble, or take it into Apple, I thought I'd check the forums to see if anyone has nailed the problem or come up with a solution.
I there is an easy solution I would be most grateful.
    Thanks if you can help.

I think your random shutdowns are caused by RAM incompatibility. This problem has been widely reported in this Discussion, and if you do a search by keywords “random shutdown” or “sudden shutdown” or “turn off,” you’ll find dozen threads on this subject.
    1) First, did you add RAMs to your iMac? If you have 16GB installed, go down to 12GB i.e. pull out the 8GB you added and reinstall the 4GB that originally came with the iMac. If you need 16GB, purchase 16GB of Samsung brand RAM.
    2) Although the shutdowns are generally associated with people who upgrade to 16GB, it does happen with 8, 4, or 12GB and with factory-installed RAMs. If this is your case, pull out the RAM from the slots, and see which RAMs you’ve got. The factory-installed RAMs in the iMac can be made by Samsung, Hynix, or Micron Technology. Whatever RAMs you get, change with Samsung RAM you purchased from a reputable seller.
    3) The RAM fix is very easy, fast, and works instantly. My advice as a fellow Mac user is to do the RAM fix BEFORE you call Apple, because apparently Apple does not acknowledge this problem and will do everything for you (change power supply unit, mother board, and eventually the entire computer) but not the RAM switch, without solving the problem.

Hi i'm sorry but what is  SMC?
    System Management Controller
The System Management Controller (SMC) is responsible for many  low-level functions on Intel-based Macs.  These functions include:
Responding to presses of the power button
Responding to display lid opening and closing on portable Macs
    Battery management
    Thermal management
    The SMS (Sudden Motion Sensor)
    Ambient light sensing
    Keyboard backlighting
    Status Indicator Light (SIL) management
    Battery status indicator lights
Selecting an external (instead of internal) video source for  some iMac displays

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
Your Mac can't find any bootable partition.
    1. Insert the Mac OS X DVD that came with the Mac and press C key while your Mac is starting.
    2. Select Utilities > Disk Utility, choose Macintosh HD in the sidebar and repair the disk. If it doesn't work, take the Mac to an Apple Store.
Also, open  > Startup Disk, select Macintosh HD and restart. Maybe your Mac has forgotten the startup partition

  • Ibook g4 suddenly turns off!?

With the battery fully charged and unplugged, it will suddenly turn off and wil have to wait a few minutes before it can reboot. Works just fine when plugged into the wall but as soon as you unplug it it will only work for a short time and turn off. Anyone have an idea about what's happening? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

When it turns off, if you press the battery check button on the backside of the battery, what do the status LEDs on the battery show? (If you don't get four green lights, your battery may be worn out.)

  • Suddenly Turns Off -  Why?

My Mac Mini is just over a year old. Starting today, it will suddenly turn off for no apparent reason. If I restart it, it will shut down even faster then the previous time. The bottom of the computer is hot to the touch, but I can't say if it it hotter than usual or not.
It's positioned in the same spot I've always had it.
Does this seem like a faulty power supply or an overheating issue? Something else?
    Thanks in advance,
    Lauren

If you have an Apple store in reasonable reach, then that is certainly a good place to get diagnostic help and initiate repair, but with a problem of this sort it may be rather too easy in that environment to misdiagnose because by the nature of taking the system there, it will have cooled significantly by the time the Genius gets to play with it.
It may be a relatively simple problem of dust/debris build up, which could be cleared up by using a good vacuum cleaner on the vents around the edge of the base and on the rear panel. Alternatively, if you have already had the top off this unit in the past, it might be a good time to do so again and carefully vacuum the interior, or blow it out gently with a can of compressed air to dislodge and remove any debris inside. If you have not previously opened the system but feel confident in doing so, this would not void the warranty in itself if there were any cover remaining, but if the system is over 1 year old and you have not bought AppleCare, the warranty is expired in any case.
Chances are that the problem is caused either by dust/debris clogging the air flow, or by a loose heatsink.

  • Laptop suddenly turns off

I have only had my HP Stream 14 for a little over 2 weeks, however, twice now I have had a problem with it suddenly turning off with no warning.
The laptop has no fan, it should not be overheating.
Whilst on both occasions, the laptop was not plugged into the mains, there was adequate battery life that this shouldn't be happening. On the last occasion today, when I managed to get it back on, the battery was at 75%.
This is the other issue, when it has turned off, it will not turn on again - both times I have had to plug it into the charger and then turn it on. This made me think the first time that I had simply missed a low battery warning, but today was definitely not the case. ( I have been using it before and it has given me a 12% low battery warning, which was fine).
Any help with this? Is this a fault and I should be returning my latop for a replacement?

    @ellar20 ,
Hello and welcome to the HP support forums.  Well if it was me I would return any product for exchange if it is giving me any sign or component level issue.
However in most cases they do not except returns or exchanges once you hit the 2 week mark it would depend on the place you bought the notebook and what country you are in.
You may have a calibration issue with the battery and here is a link that will help with checking and dealing with this.
Testing and Calibrating the Battery (Windows 8)
Try and do that first or see if you can do an exchange.  If you can great if not post back and let me know how the battery test and calibration went with a report on what it came up with.
Thank you again for your post and have a great day.
