Blank documents

Question

Have a gwise 7.0.3 post office with several libraries attached to it. On 2 of the libraries when I click on the documents it opens the associated application but not the data. I have tried saving the document but it saves with 0 bytes. I have run an index on the affected library but still have not fixed the problem. The are no errors on the client or in the poa log files. I get a d107 if I forward the document to a mailbox.

So what was the size shown in the version tab ?. The file on disc can be
more than 0kb because of the GW header information, but the encapsulated
file can still be empty - but even an empty file should be > 0kb.
Have these libraries been moved ?, when was the last time that the
document seems to have been edited successfully. You may be able to check
your backups to see if the files used for that document were bigger at
some point.
I've seen the problem before where a document doesn't open successfully
from the library, duplex mismatches could cause this, and the working copy
was a bad file - use GW to reset the doc status and you've just copied a
broken file over a good one. Then your only option is to use the restore
document from backup option.
