Blank pages when printing to laserjet pro 200 color MFP M276nw

When printing to my Laserjet pro 200 color MFP M276nw, the pages are all blank. I have tried turning the printer off and tried unplugging and replugging. That didn't help. Pages are still blank. Any suggestions?

Seems that HP is not supporting your printer, it is written on the specs that it supports but in fact its not the case!!!

my name is Domenico and I have the following problem:
I have setup my HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw in HPePrint App on my Ipad mini, but I am able to print directly.
When I send a page to print through my tablet, on the printer screen I can see the following message:
"Manual feed.
Plain, A4
Or press [OK] to use available media"
So, I have to press OK on the printer screen to print the page.
How can I avoid this problem?

laserjet pro 200 color mfp m276nw stops printing giving an error message that the is memory low. How do I clear the memory?

I have had the same issue, cannot print multiple pages without having the memory low error appear. I have cleared the faxes from the setting menu. I have done an NVRAM reset and am able to print a 3 page document once and then receive the low memory error when I attempt to print another 3 page document. How do I install air print on my HP Laserjet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw so that I may print using my apple devices (ipad, iphone). Currently I can only print through wireless connection which is 'moody' - doesn't print at times.

Are total impressions Usage Page cumulative ongoing? HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw

I have a HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw
Are total impressions on the Usage Page report cumulative for the life of the machine?
I want to print a "Usage Page" monthly, because I want to know how many total impressions (prints & copies) I print every month, or between two dates for that matter. This will also help me to know how many impressions I get from my ink, etc.
If the "Total Impressions" are cumulative, then I can just subtract the two numbers - one from the last - to get the difference. But if this is not the case, then I will not have accurate information.

Hp laserjet pro 200 color mfp m276nw no print preview

Hello Folks,
I have windows 7 64 bit HP laserjet pro 200 color mfp m276nw and do not see a print preview option. Is there a way to get this? In Linux I use print to ps file and ghostscript to view. Our oldink jet had a print preview option. I did see a message for another printer that there is no solution. Any help would be appreciated.

I understand that you would like to know if the printer has a print preview option. I can help you.
You would have to use the print preview, from the application that you are printing from, under File, Print Preview.
Most applications have this feature.

LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP m276nw no network connection with Linksys HUB

Hello
I've setup my LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP m276nw to connect to my home network using a wired connction.
When connected directly to my router the connection initializes and successfully recieves an ip address. I've been able to access all the network function connected to my router directly either wired or wirelessly.
I also have an old Linksys hub and when the printer is connected to the hub, it does not initialize the network connection. The hub works with every other sevice in my network, including a few game consoles and a Mac Mini.
Is there an advance network setting I should be looking at?

Hi,
Remove any wired connection before attempting to connect via wireless.
Print off the printers network configuration and check the settings against your routers settings.
Ensure that router and printer are using the same frequency.
Review this HP posted information once you have the above information in hand.
This information might also be helpful.

Hello, My LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw seems to have gotten into some sort of "sleep" mode:When I send something to the printer, it no longer prints, until I touch the LCD screen which seems to "wake it up," at which point it prints the documents in its queue.Any information as to how to get it out of this mode would be appreciated. Hi hpr7busr, Welcome to the HP Forums.
I see that you are having issues with the printer waking up from sleep mode.
I will be happy to help you. Make sure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (don't use a power hub or a surge protector) How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet/Wireless) It may not be the printer, it may be your router's inability to wake the printer if the printer is networked.
What router are you using?
Can you get into its settings?
If you can then look for and enable "Multicasting".
If not you will have to contact the router company.
Disconnect the routers power cable next time this happens, wait 10 seconds, then reconnect the power cable. Wait till it's ready. Try printing again. If it prints then it is a communication issue between the printer and the router not recognizing the printer. I have provided a document to setup a static IP address on the printer for better communication between the router. Printer Does Not Maintain a Wireless Connection.Solution three: Assign the printer a static IP address. This information was provided by the manual. LASERJET PRO 200 COLOR MFP. Starting from page 137. The product automatically wakes from the auto power-down mode when it receives jobs or when
you use a button on the control panel. You can change which events cause the product to wake.
Open the following menus:
œ System Setup
œ Energy Settings
œ Auto Power Down
œ Wake Events
To turn off a wake event, select the event and then select the No option or yes. Check out the settings to make sure they are set properly. You can set the sleep delay on the printer, but the default setting is 15 minutes.
1. From the Home screen, touch the Setup button.
2. Open the following menus:
● System Setup
● Energy Settings
● Sleep Delay
3. Select the time for the sleep delay.

i got a HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color MFP M276nw printer. and i want to use the scan to mail feature.
But when i am setting up my google account as head account where the printer should send the mails from it doesn't work. i don't get the scan's into my mail. does somebody got a user guide for me how it is done and with the settings i have to use?

Are you trying to setup the scan to email from the printer or from the HP Software?

Hp Laserjet pro 200 color MFP M276nw

Im having an issue with the installation of the software and the scanning of the printer. When i try to do a full install it goes well up to the part where i have to reconnect to usb port to my computer, at that point the installation starts to go very, very slow. When it get to 99% it gives me a fatal error saying i have to restart my computor and do the process again. i have done it multiple times with no success. I followed by going online and getting the drivers from HP and did the installations individually. I am finally able to print. When i go to scan a documents i only get 3 options on the printer: scan to usb, scan to network and scan to wireless. I dont have anyother options and i have downloaded the drivers for the scanner. I dont know what to do anymore.

I will do my best to help you be able to scan with the Laserjet pro 200 color MFP M276nw printer.
There are only 3 options from the printer to scan to, scanning to PC isn't a option with this model, if you want to scan from the computer, you would have to use the HP Scan Software on the computer.
I have provided a document for how to scan through the HP Software and from the printer's control panel.
Scan from Windows 7 With the Full Feature HP Software for HP LaserJet Multifunction Printers.
Scan From the Control Panel (Including Scan to Email, to a PDF, and to a Network Folder) for HP Lase...
If the scanning software and drivers still didn't fully install and you had the fatal error again, uninstall the software.
Disconnect the USB cable first. Uninstalling the Printer Software.
Then start the installation again, immediately follow the steps in this document after connecting the USB cable please.
A Fatal Error Displays During Software Installation. Disregard the printer model. This should allow the software to fully install properly.

HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw Wireless option is gone!!!

I have a HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw. The blue lit wireless icon used to stay on steady and all was fine for quite a while, then the Blue icon would start flashing like it lost it connection to the wireless router. I would just recycle the power on the printer and let it reboot. Usually it would connect with the router again but, it's been getting worse lately. I figured I would try to the latest firmware to the printer as maybe there was a clitch with the original firmware.........Well, now I get no blue wireless icon and the wireless menu disappeared from the touch screen. I tried to access the wireless settings in the web browser, the program said "this product does not support wireless connectivity.......WHAT?!!!!! I tried a "cold reset" on the printer to clear everything and still have no wireless option. I suppose its going to stick with the same firmware that was last installed. I did notice that the printer lists itself with an "N" at the end of the model # on any printed report instead of the "NW" its supposed to be. I did download the printer firmware from the Pro 200 color MFP M276nw support page. it's acting like it now has the firmware for the non-wireless version of this printer. This is the firmware I used
file name:
M276_colorMFP_Series_FW_Update-20140521.exe [1/1, 14.32M]
. Any Ideas how to fix this? Seems like this is the wrong firmware for this printer. Everything else appears to work ok.

****UPDATE**** After running a few copies through the printer the wireless feature showed up again. The printed reports started to show this printer with the "NW" at the end of the model number instead of just the "N". After a few minutes it all went away again. Seeing the correct model number show up for a few minutes made me believe the correct printer firmware is installed. To make this a short story, I ordered the wireless PCA assy (Small internal wireless circuit board, HP part #1150-7940) and replaced it. It's been working great for the past few days( since the board was replaced). Apparently, if the system does not see a working wireless board it defaults to the non-wireless model number and the wireless option disappears from the menu screen. The other thing is there apparently is no fault code that covers this type of failure.....frustrating, to say the least. I will update if this is not the fix but, it looks like I got it!

Can print all files except Adobe (PDF) which freeze the printer. Have downloaded all relevant new software and still does not work. Was able to print PDF files until recently when the problem started. Supplier has not been able to solve the problem and cannot seem to get hold of anyone at HP who can help us. Any ideas ?

Touchscreen Laserjet pro 200 color MFP M276nw

I have a HP laserjet pro 200 color MFP M276nw since 2 months. Since yesterday the touch-screen does not reacts anymore when I select an item. I just can touch the help icon, the home icon and the return icon. But when the touch screen is in sleep-mode I can touch in the middle of the screen and it wakes up.
So I don't know if it is a problem with the touch screen or it is a setting.

I see that you are experiencing issues with the touch screen not working on the printer. I will do my best to help you.
With the cyan toner being low, shouldn't affect the display on the printer. It will just cause poor quality printing.
Did you already try the hard reset?
Make sure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (don't use a power hub or a surge protector) This ensures the printer is receiving full power and may help this situation.
The printer shouldn't be exposed to any electric or magnetic field.
Try another power cord, you can use a monitor power cord to test it. Just to rule that out.
I will send you another step to try in a private message. It may not work though if it is a hardware issue with the printer itself. In the forum beside your handle name just click on the envelope to view it.

LaserJet pro 200 color MFP M276nw - Scan setup and installation on Mac Yosemite

Hi all,
I just bought a new LaserJet pro 200 color MFP M276nw and I'm trying (since 4 days) to coorectly install it.
My target would be to use it through the wifi connection and I correctly set it by the front panel.
When I try to install the printer by wifi, I can install the print driver but I can't find the scan driver.
I tried connecting it by ethernet and the system point out a multifunction scanner and printer driver. If use them, it works correctly.
Whenever I pull out the lan cable to use it by wifi it lose the scan functions.
What am I doing wrong?

I see that you are experiencing issues scanning over the wireless network, but you can scan by a Ethernet connection.
I would like to help.
What drivers did you install for the printer? (Apple Update or the 10.9 download drivers)
I checked our Lab computer with 10.10 installed on it and I was able to scan through Printers and Scanners over the Wireless network.
Check the driver version installed.
Go to the Apple, System Preferences, Printers and Scanners, highlight the Laserjet, click on the Print tab on the right side of the window and select Options and Supplies.
On the General tab it will list the driver version.
19.9 is the one listed on the lab.
What driver do you have showing?
Check the driver name that is installed for the printer. Make sure it shows just the printer's name.
Click the Apple menu and then click System Preferences. Click Printers & Scanners, highlight the printer name on the left side and on the right side of the screen it should show the printer's name. (Laserjet Pro 200 MFP M276)
If the full printer name isn't listed correctly, delete it and add the printer name back in from the list. Click the - sign to delete the driver and then click the + sign to add the driver, might have to click the drop down to select the printer's name to add it in.
On the Printers and Scanners window, highlight the printer on the left side, on the right side of the window you should have a Print/Scan tab, click on Scan, then Open Scanners and test the scanning. If you don't have the Scan tab, let me know.
Did you add the printer as a Bonjour printer or through the IP Protocal? (can't scan through IP Protocal)
Are you using the automatic IP address, or your own Static IP address?
