Blank popup when try to add an exchange subscriber with Unity 8.03 Exch 2003sp2

Hi,
I meet an issue when trying to add manually a new exchange subscriber using Unity 8.03 + external Exch 2003sp2:
After, filling up name, firstname... when I click on Add button, a blank popup appairs (whitout errors) and nothing happens (the subscriber is not created)
I've no issue when trying to import an existing exchange subscriber and Unity Tools DohPropTest succeeds in creating/deleting a subscriber on AD.
Any idee?

There aren't Event Viewer Application Logs when the popup appears.
I've opened a case and will update if they succeed in resolving my issue.

Error when try to add attachment

Hello experts,
When one of our users try to add attachment to the WF he get the Error:
"Database error for <SO_OBJECT_UPLOAD> <KPRO INSERT>"
Do you know this one?
The same user from another computer successfully add files. All the other users also do.
it's happed to him always & it's doesn't matter if he try to add Word or Excel (he has Office 2000 not the new one of the XLSX).

I think it might be a SAP GUI issue in that system. Try to contact the SAP Basis or security team on this.

What happened?
     Error in the ABAP Application Program
     The current ABAP program "SAPLKYER" had to be terminated because it has
     come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

     Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
     at and manage termination messages, and you can also
     keep them for a long time.
Error analysis
     An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
     The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_RANGE_OUT_OF_BOUNDS', was not
      caught in procedure "SPLIT_COMPLEX" "(FORM)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING clause.
     Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
     exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
     The reason for the exception is:
     In the executed program "SAPLKYER", the system attempted to access the field
     "LD_STRING" using the length 0.
     However, a partial field access with the length specification 0 is not allowed.
We find a related note in snotes and noe number is: 1365149 our SAP_APPL release is 604(Support package SAPKH60405 )
Please suggest me is above SAP note is correct solution for my environment? If we should apply the note 1365149,
waht are the prerequisites?

Problem When Try to add Master data record for User define form

I have made one user define form. And assign UDO and fields proerly in form.
But when I try to add the record from the form it will give me error
Invalid Code [Operation Master -Code] [Message 173-36]
I have already bind the code field of the table to one field in the screen painter.

Server and mailbox name check popup when opening Outlook connecting to Exchange 2010

Everytime our users open Outlook 2007 or 2010
this box pops up asking to verify the Microsoft Exchange server name and mailbox name. The user's information is automatically filled in and clicking ok makes the box go away but it will eventually pop up again or when outlook is closed and re-opened.
When "cached mode" is disabled the problem goes away (but "cached mode" is necessary for our users).
The problem began when we deleted an old Exchange 2003 server (we are now using only Exchange Server 2010).
Outlook user's profile has been recreated : does not fix. Users having that problem with Outlook 2010 dot not experience it with the OWA interface.
How to fix that problem ?

ITunes crashes when try to add songs to library both drag-drop and Add folder/file option

I got the old iTunes updated, it crashed when open. Then I uninstall and download the newest iTunes. Restart my laptop.
I even start iTunes in safe mode but it keep crashing.
I try Add folder first, then Add file, then drag and drop. None of them work and I only have 700MB total of songs, no vids
There were no pop up for error code or anything, iTune just crash when I try one of those add options.
If anyone can help I would really appreciate

Look for Name Atttribute in the LOV. I think in the View Object you are using does not have any VO Attribute of name NAME.

I get a blank document when try to open an embedded link in Reader.

I use a proprietary program that comes with my math textbook which allows me to use the Teacher's Editions on my computer. When I open them they are in the Adobe Reader program. They intitially open fine but when I click to open the workbook pages imbedded in the Teacher's Editions pages to use on the smart board they open up to blank pages. These links were working perfectly till the last week or so. The version of Adobe Reader I am using is 11.0.04 which I think is the latest version. I am wondering if this has started to happen when I updated to the latest version. How can I get the workbook pages to appear?

My OS is 10.8.5 and I am assuming that the reader I was using before was the one released just prior to 11.0.04 because I was pretty consistent about updating when a new release came out.

Hi,
If the item is not an inventory item but a sales item, check if the particular item belongs to an Item Group.
If Yes then go to Administration -> Setup -> Inventory -> Item Group
Move to the Item Group where your item belongs to and under the Accounting tab, check whether the Account names are defined with Account codes.

MacBook Pro screen turns blank white when try to turn on!

My MacBook Pro is turning on to startup screen with apple icon and loading signal, but then after a few minutes the screen just turns white. What is wrong?

Reset the PRAM > Resetting the PRAM
If that doesn't help, if your Mac is running v10.7 Lion, v10.8 Mountain Lion, or v10.9 Mavericks, startup your Mac while holding down the Command + R keys. From there you should be able to repair the startup disk if necessary and restore OS X using OS X Recovery
For OS X prior to v10.7, insert your install disc then startup your Mac while holding down the C key. From there you can use Disk Utility to repair the disk.

Get error 66, when try to make labview program communicate with arduino uno+ wifi shield.

I have a sever VI, keep sending data use TCP VIs. The client side is my arduino board (uno+ wifi shield), which can receive data wirelessly. I run both, they can successfully communicate once. At the 2nd time, the sever VI will close itself, because TCP write VI gets error 66. In VI server, I have allowed access of localhost, and IP address of my arduino.

Actually, they can communicate not only once, sometimes the VI can pass data several rounds, but suddenly the error 66 appears in TCP write, the loop will stop. And if I rerun the program, things happens again. can anybody tell me why the error come out? Thanks

Outlook 2011 for mac always hang when I try to add exchange account

I just install Microsoft Office 2011 for mac and found that when I try to add new exchange account, it always hang (after I push the Exchange button). what I should do
Note: I had several time delete and re-install Office 2011 but it still not work
