i did all the upgrade (service packs and rollups) for the TMG , my version is 7.0.9193.601 so i would like to know why do reports are blank?

TMG 2010 report problem Operation has timed out

I stuck and i'm really need assistance
We has a TMG 2010 RTM version and i decide to update it to latest rollup and SP (dumb head)
So at now we have TMG 2010 SP2 rollup 4.
Before i update TMG reports work fine but at now reports not working at all.
When i try execute a report ( or shedule daily or weekly report) i have same issue
Error 31289:
The report "Daily" could not be generated. Report Server error information: The report Daily could not be generated. Report Server error information: The operation has timed out.
The error occurred on object 'Reports' of class 'Reports Configuration' in the scope of array 'TMG`
I read all guidliness( include this http://www.isaserver.org/tutorials/Microsoft-Forefront-TMG-How-to-use-SQL-Server-2008-Express-Reporting-Services.html) and not find something useful.
Settings correct, and i not changed any settings.
And at now my ideas end i ask your help.

That would be expected as the RAT key does not exist by default on a TMG system. You will need to create it and the subkeys referenced along with the values.
Create as described in the article.

Problem running SSRS report on SharePoint 2010 - report renders rendomly

I have an SSRS master report that contains about 30 sub-reports. These reports are deployed to SharePoint 2010 server. Per my understanding these reports run independently of Reporting Server (execute directly from the cube/database).
It appears that this master report executes for about 10 minutes and then returns a blank page for most requests. Seldom it returns the master report consisting 30 sub-reports. I have checked Report Server logs using the following query and it shows no trace.

I set SharePoint 2010 logging to the lowest level and reviewed the log for the run-time of the report. This log shows that the report and sub reports are being executed, however it does not provide any significant error information. Follows a sample of what

I have tried running reports on IE 8, IE 9, Chrome and on multiple systems. This random behavior does not change across browsers or machines. Report is rendered for one out of 10 requests (if at all).
Has someone experienced this problem? I have been spending a lot of time just to see the report output of the master. Unfortunately my SharePoint reports use shared data-sets and it is not possible to run master from Visual Studio 2008 IDE as well.

From your description, you can to move the parameter pane from right to the top in the SharePoint site, right? I am afraid this cannot be done in SQL Server 2008R2 SSRS reports on SharePoint 2010 integrated mode. Crystal Report for VS 2010 - The report page doesn't show in IIS

Hi all, I get a problem with Crystal Report for VS 2010 (version 13).
My website is built using VS 2010 (asp.net 4.0) and Crystal Report v13.
It work okay when I run it in the VS 2010. But when I host my site in the IIS 7, when going to the page that contain the Report, the report show nothing.
The page is blank except my button I've created to export the Report.
The weird thing is when I click the my button (export to pdf), it doest export the correct pdf.
Note that this happens in my development machine: windows 7 32bit.
I've spent a day figure out problem but still haven't found the problem.
Hope you can help me.

Let's start with the viewer. Sounds like the viewer directory is not configured correctly. Use [https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/50aa68c0-82dd-2b10-42bf-e5502b45cd3a] article as a guide on how to do this.
I still do not have info on the following:
it means even though the crystal report viewer doesn't show, i still can export it's content to pdf.
With all due respect, think of it this way;
You're the mechanic. I'm a guy with a car. I text you; I'm sitting in my car. It will not get me to point A. Fix it.
In a nut shell, that is what you are asking me to do with the export. The more detail you provide, the better. See if you can provide the info re export I requested in my previous post.

Printing larger rows in blank report

I have a training log that managers can print out when holding training. There is a pre-populated one that fills out spots for current employees and adds blanks at the end and one that is completely blank. On the pre-populated one, I can alter the size of the text and corresponding lines just fine by altering the style of the text. The same technique does not work for the blank report. The managers want to have more room on the blank log, as the default size isn't large enough for many people to fill out.
Here's the query I'm using:

I even tried renaming all the columns and creating a new set of styles for the second report - no change. I can't find a table attribute that allows me to statically set the height of the row - it seems to be based on content. Any suggestions?

Use a print media style sheet and specify the dimensions using a physical unit.
Give the blank form report a static region ID for use in CSS selectors (e.g. <tt>blank-form</tt>), and a style sheet like:

Unicode with Crystal Report for VS 2010

Dear,
Please help me, I have a big problem with Khmer Unicode to preview in Crystal Report IV 4.0 for Visual Studio 2010.
(I mean that it shows incorrect fonts), but when I use VS 2008, I always use CRAXTTRD.dll to render Khmer Unicode font, and In the new version of Crystal Report in VS 2010, I don't know how to find CRAXTTRD.dll to privewer reports.
so what can I do, please give the resolve for me, help.

OK, once again, you cannot use that dll in VS 2008 or VS 2010. End of story.
Use our .NET Assemblies and RAS to replace the RDC.

Getting Blank Report if using XSL sub-template in RTF file

We have requirement that for printing page-break and header-footer info we need to call xsl template in exisiting RTF template
Verified that if we include call to xsl template then blank report is generating through jdev
but if we remove call to include xsl template then report is generating successfully
Please help on this issue

Error while designing Deski reports using excel 2010(xslx) as data source

Hi All
We are using BOXI R3.3 on Windows 2003 Server.
When we are trying to create DESKTOP INTELLIGENCE REPORTS using EXCEL 2010(xlsx) format prompting with below error.
"Cannot update.Database or object is read only(3207) "
Could you please clarify whether BOXI supports MS EXCEL 2010 version(xslx) version or not?
If not what is the work around for this?

Here is what Supported Platforms Guide says : Microsoft Office 2010 (starting with FP 3.4)**
As you are on FP3.3, Office 2010 is not supported in your implementation.
You need to either upgrade, or use pre-Office 2010 formats.

Issue with SLA reports of Exchange 2010 MP in SCOM 2007 R2 !!

I have issues with Exchange 2010 MP SLA reporting. Whenever report is run it fails on some or the other dataset(Outage**,SLAbyDAte etc.) When I digged in, I found that it is connecting to DW Exchange 2010 Availability tables + Planned maintainance +
outage table. The tables were not available in the DW, not sure how it got removed. Initially I tried by uninstalling and installing MP(Exchange 2010 & Exchange 2010 reports both) if relevant tables get created automatically but it did
not help and I was still facing the same issue. Then I tried to create the tables manually and check if it could resolve the issue. There was unique ID associated(different in different computer) with the name of most of the tables. I tool it from Exchange
report data source which exists in reporting server. But I could see that table remain empty with no records there and SLA report start giving different issues stating table instances do not exist.
Could anyone help me to restore the SLA report of Exchange 2010 MP ? How should I ensure that data start populating the tables ? I am also helpless here because we do not have correct DW dump to restore back to earlier when it was working fine.

Based on my research, to correctly install the Correlation Engine, consider the following when you install the Exchange 2010 Monitoring Management Pack:
Determine which server will host the Correlation Engine. While not strictly required, it's strongly recommended that the Correlation Engine be installed on the Root Management Server computer.
Make sure that you download and install the Exchange 2010 Management Pack that matches the operating system for the selected server. You can install the 32-bit or 64-bit version.
Make sure that you run the Microsoft Installer (.msi) package on the server where you want the Exchange 2010 Management Pack and the Correlation Engine to be installed.

Crystal Reports for VS 2010 Keeps asking to convert how to stop it?

I have converted a Web Application from VS2008 to VS2010. I downloaded and installed the VS2010 Visual Studio version and the conversion seems to have gone alright and after the conversion a dialog box came up to ask if I wanted to convert Crystal reports from a previous version to 2010. I said yes and everything seems to work including the reports in the converted site.
However, now every time I open the solution in VS2010 the same dialog box pops up asking me if I want to convert the Crystal Reports to version 2010. I saw an other similar question by a user but the answers he got were not applicable to my sutuation.
The environment we have is TFS 2010 based and I created a new branch of the solution in quetsion and did the conversion using VS2010 as described above.
It may be that I have to make some manula changes to some files to set a flag that the reports are already converted? I may have to do this manually?
So the question is how do I get rid of / disable the dialog box asking me to convert each time.
P.S. I saw references to a beta version on Crystal Reports for VS2010 I have never had this on my computer. However, I do have both VS2008 and Crystral Reports 2008 and VS2010 and Crystal Reports 2010 loaded on my computer and I will need both installed for the time being until conversion to VS2010 is complete.

All I need to know is what it is that the CR for 2010 software looks at to determine that an upgrade is required.
- Not as simple as that. There are all kinds of variables that may cause the issue; from runtime, to references to web.config to VS2010 and so on...
1) make sure the config file has only assemblies of version 13.x referenced.
2) download the [Modules|https://smpdl.sap-ag.de/~sapidp/012002523100006252802008E/modules.zip] utility and see if your project is loading any older versions of CR runtime
3) uninstall CRVS2010, do a repair on VS2010, reinstall CRVS2010

Error the service FWSRV of TMG 2010 on Windows server 2008 R2 Enterprise

Please help me about a issue of TMG 2010:
My company installed TMG 2010 on Windows server 2008 R2 Enterprise but it happen error " Due to an unexpected error, the service fwsrv stopped responding to all requests. Stop the service or the corresponding process if it does not respond, and
then start it again. Check for related error messages."
and " The Firewall service stopped because an application filter module C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll generated an exception code C0000005 in address 0000000077A72F86 when function CompleteAsyncIO was called. To resolve this error, remove recently
installed application filters and restart the service."
I have reinstall but there error also appear again. My company use about 2000 clients access through TMG 2010.
i have try update windows and TMG latest but can not solved this issue.

How to make report with access 2010 from SharePoint Discussion lists 2013

I want to make an access report from SharePoint Discussion lists 2013. When i open the list with access, the body of the list is in HTML format in access. Also if i reply something to one subject in the discussion, the reply is not mapped to that subject
but instead it is shown as a separate entry in the database.
Anyone can please help?

Problem with blocking upload file TMG 2010

I'm using TMG 2010. I have 3 rules :
1/Allow Internet Access :
protocols : dns, http, https
from: loclahost, internal to: External
2/Allow Protocols :
protocols : all traffics
from: localhost, internal to: localhost, internal
3/Defaul Rule : Block all.
The problem is : i want to block upload file from internal to external so i've made HTTP filter in Allow Internet Access like this : Config HTTP --> Signature : Search in: Request Header
Http header: Content-Type:
Signature: mutipart/form-data
Methods : Block method POST
Unfortunately, it's not work and i dont know why. If i create a rule block web, it's work. Plesase help me. Thanks !

the only way I know is manage the attribute descriptiona s a property and then enable the pivot table option "Show properties in tooltip".
But I'm interested in what you mean with "using
"OLAP pivot table extension" is an option". How this works?
