Blank screen instead of photo

Taken photos with phone which show in album but when I click specific photos or try to send them it's just blank white screen?checked in photo stream and it's white blank screen there too

Like the title says. I close a tab I'm done with, and I get a tabless white screen instead of it switching to a tab that's already there. I also get a blank page new tab along with previous ones when I start up firefox. Likely started after updating, but I can't be sure.

On the about:newtab page in the upper right hand corner, is there an option to change the blank page to Classic or another option?

you need to create user in the backend system and you need to map user in backend using SSO by either logon tickets or User mapping.
if you have not created user then to create user in backend follow following steps:
Please follow this steps to setup ESS/MSS in Portal.
Configuration Settings for ESS
Create Infotype 0105 for all Employees
Use
To link a user in the portal to the employee in the backend, the employee master records must be extended. The portal user information is stored in the backend in the communication infotype 0105, subtypes 0001 (System User Name SAP System (SY-UNAME)) and 0010 (E-Mail).
Prerequisites
u2022 The users MANAGER and EMPLOYEE are mapped to the relevant portal users, ideally by SSO, so that they have the same name.
u2022 You must have created personnel numbers in the SAP system for the relevant employees.
u2022 The following roles are assigned to your ERP user which should be mapped to the employees: SAP_EMPLOYEE, SAP_EMPLOYEE_ERP, and SAP_EMPLOYEE_ERP05. The latter is a composite role for all country specific functions. You can select only the specific country role for your user and delete the other roles.

10. In the ID/Number field, enter the email address and save your entries
11. Repeat steps 2-10 for employee 91000067. ID/Number MANAGER.

InDesign CS4: Blank screen instead of new page

When I open up a new document in InDesign, 3/4 of the time I do not get a white page/workspace. I get the same grey blank screen present in the back of normal page layouts. I see my tools and other windows, and I can "work" - but nothing shows up. When I close out of the 'ghost' document, I am asked if I want to save changes - so something is being recorded.
Sometimes it works fine and I get a normal page layout.
This is a new version to me - I bought an educational copy of CS4.

Transition of slides go to blank screen instead of next slide

I can't figure this out. I have the transitions set up and when the transition happens instead of going to the next slide with photos and words I get what looks like a blank slide. Same color as the background for the next slide but no content. If I continue to advance the slide, I eventually get the next slide. It's almost like there are extra blank slides in between my 2 slides. This is happening with a number of my slides. I am wondering if it's because I duplicated certain slides, then deleted the content and added new content to that slide. Does the duplicated slide show up as a blank slide? what's going on? Please help!

Thank you for your suggestion. I think I know what happened. I took existing blank slides (no themes) that I had text boxes on and I duplicated them because I wanted the exact background to the new slide but not the text. I deleted the text from the duplicated slide and built my new slide on that background. Apparently, that's where the issue began.
I created new slides by deleting text/images from old slides because I was having difficulty getting the master slide to show up. I would open my master slide viewer, select the master slide I wanted, close the master slide viewer and click on "new slide". I would never get the slide I had just selected from the master slide viewer. It would always be some other slide not the one I wanted. So, to circumvent that frustration, I just duplicated slides that I was somehow lucky enough to create with the correct background (even if they had text/images) and just delete any of the unwanted material. Frustrating.
Thanks again for your helpful suggestions. If I continue to run into this problem I will definitely do as you asked. I love Apple discussion groups. You guys are the best.

We signed up for on-line billing from our utility company; when I log into their website and click onto the link to "view my bill" Firefox opens a new tab, but nothing loads on the screen; the "address" bar near the top of the screen where you'd usually see the url for the tab reads simply "About:blank" . I have the same issue with messages received from our bank, which are usually sent as .pdf files. I frequently open .pdf files from other sites without any problems, so my copy of Adobe Reader seems to be working okay.

When I click a link within a site, Firefox connects me to a blank screen instead of to the page/document I was trying to get to. Why?

Let me give you examples:
1. The USAA website told me to click a link to get my new insurance card. With Firefox, I was delivered to a blank page; with Safari, to my new insurance cards.
2. Within my bank's website, I clicked the tab to get a statement. Firefox delivered me to a blank page.
3. The email from the soccer association said click to register. Firefox delivered me to a blank page; Safari brought me to the registration page.

This can happen if the disk cache isn't enabled (see about:cache) or otherwise the page isn't in the cache.
If possible then try to open that video in a new tab with a middle-click on the link or via the right-click context menu.<br />
Then you can close that tab instead of using the Back button to go back to that page.

Edit shows black screen instead of photo

With a couple of my photos, when I double-click to edit I get a black screen with the edit bar below grayed out. They're JPEGs from my digital camera, the same as most of my other photos. I've been using iPhoto since version 5 without encountering this problem before. Any suggestions?

Well I never said it was another internet forum, I said it was an internet forum - this one. Search you and you will see some folks fixed this issue with the 8.0.2 update.
To do a Rebuild:
Start with Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, faces or places for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
If that doesn’t work: A Manual Rebuild
To create and populate a new library:
Note this will give you a working library with the same pictures as before, however, you will lose your albums, keywords, modified versions, faces, places and books, calendars etc.
In the iPhoto Preferences -> Events Uncheck the box at 'Imported Items from the Finder'
Move the iPhoto Library to the desktop
Launch iPhoto. It will ask if you wish to create a new Library. Say Yes.
Go into the iPhoto Library (Right Click -> Show Package Contents) on your desktop and find the Originals folder. From the Originals folder drag the individual Event Folders to the iPhoto Window and it will recreate them in the new library.
When you're sure all is well you can delete the iPhoto Library on your desktop.
In the future, in addition to your usual back up routine, you might like to make a copy of the library6.iPhoto file whenever you have made changes to the library as protection against database corruption.

When selecting print a blank screen appears (see photo)

Dear All,
When I click on the "print" button in Acrobat Reader X , i get the "print" window but all buttons are blank and only the page preview is shown.
I rolled this version out on 1200 machines and some of them have this issue.
The version is 10.0.1.

Could you please try turning off reader X protected mode and check if you continue to see the problem?
You could turn off protected mode using following steps:
1. Launch Reader X and select Edit->Preferences...
2. Select General from left navigation
3. Under application startup uncheck "Enable Protected Mode at Startup"
Note: You should switch "ON" protected mode after verifying the problem. Purpose of Reader X Protected Mode is to keep your system safe from PDF based exploits and keeping protected mode OFF will leave your system vulnerable.

My adobe reader pulls up blank screen instead of forms

Thank you for your help. I contacted Kodak online chat and they couldn't figure it out. I also used nitro pro 8 (another PDF maker) and I can see the actual file pic preview (not as icon, icon shows up @ bottom of pic but I can actually see the picture).
Also, to "Pat":
i saved them as PDF (searchable). i set the display as detailed thumbnails already - still issues. i also changed a few things, and this was the process:
opened file explorer ("My COmputer")
Selected "view" category
"options" ---to sub-category: change folder and search options
In folder options, selected "view" tab
And in advanced settings, Under "file and folders"
Display file icon on thumbnails
i turned it off then, i selected "apply to all folders", i closed file explorer, scanned somethg & went back to file explorer & it was still showing up as adobe icon, no picture of actual pic of item i scanned.

Report Viewer goes to a Blank Screen

I'm attempting to implement the Crystal Reports XI JRC and can get it to succesfully render the report and all the associated tool bars, as well as preform the functions that the tools do. The Issue I'm having is that when ever I click the export button, or the print button and do the associated steps to do those things and I go back to do something else with the generated report, the report will always go to a blank screen instead of doing the selected action. I create the CrystalReportViewer object inside a servlet and when I do the above it dose go back to the servlet. My qustion is dose any one know why the viewer will only let you do one tool action (Print or Export) and not do the other after? Is there a way to get around it or am I missing something in my code Much AppreciationDustin Hittenmiller

I've also run into this issue. I got my phone in Feb 2015. Also iphone 6 (64GB). It's happened during calls and when I tried taking a photo. The screen basically goes black but the phone is still on and responds to buttons. It's happened to me twice in the past month or so. Each time, I've just had to wait for a few mins and the screen becomes lit up again.

Blank Screen after start-up chime, won't start

I'm rather perplexed as to what's happened to my PowerBook. I'll run throught it

Background:
I've just updated it to 10.4.4, which caused it to get stuck at the Apple symbol and spinning wheel. I had to restart in single user mode and run applejack, restart again and it was fine.
Recently the PowerBook started to not wake from sleep, I'd have hold down the power button then restart it. I thought it had done teh same thing today, but this time it makes the start-up chime but gets no further than a blank (dark, black) screen.
I tried inserting the Mac OS X CD and start up holding down the C key, but still same blank screen (with the added benefit that I'm now unable to remove the CD)
I tried plugging it into an external monitor, but nothing.
I've tried resetting the Preference RAM and the PMU. With some limited success. On occasion after resetting the PRAM, turning it off then back on, it starts with something like a extra blow of air from the fan and white blank screen instead of a black one. It then won't turn off at all, the only way is to pull the power and the battery.
I've noticed that when the ac adapter is plugged in and i've the white screen it flashes very quickly, orange.
I tried starting in Tartget disc mode connected to an iMac, the disc doesn't appear.
I tried starting up with an external firewire drive attached, nothing.
I've tried starting holding the keys for open firmware mode, nothing.
I've removed the AirPort card, no change.
I removed the extra 512mb RAM with no change.
The screen is clearly working, has anyone any ideas how to get it started?
Any help would be appreciated, it's a second hand PowerBook and so has no AppleCare.

I had the EXACT same problem happen to me, Stuartea71. My PowerBook crashed on the on Feb. 4th and I still can't figure it out. I had just dowloaded the 10.4.4 update, bought iLife 06, and ordered a new battery.
I tried every single thing that you did above. I finally called customer support, and walked me through a few things which I had already tried, but she finally pin pointed something in disk utility that I missed. My disk would not mount. In red letters it said "failing." She told me that was a internal HD problem that needs to be fixed by a certified tech.
I did something I'd never done before. I put my HD to sleep to optimize battery performance. I work with podcasts and downloaded a large file. Unfortunately I forgot my battery setting. I chalk it up as a lesson learned, and just bit the bullet and ordered a MacBook Pro.
BTW... if you all customer service they basically read directly from the Apple Website. I paid $49 dollars for someone to tell me my mac was broken and send it in.
