Blank screen Itunes store

My iTunes is up to date, browser up to date... iTunes Store is just a blank screen. I can access my Library just fine. Saw a previous thread but the "fix" concerned Windows.

Theres a few quick ones to try that should fix it:
Power Cycle your router (Pull the power cable out for 13 seconds, plug it back in)
Make sure you have done all software updates
Check that there isn't a new version of safari avalible for download, if so download and install it.

    Since I updated to iOS 8.3  I can't connect to Apps store or Exchange server.  I tried logging out of my app store and itunes  thinking it just needed to reconnect and now I can't get back in.  Also some apps are not working at all.  Anyone else having this problem?  Got a solution?  Please help!!!!!!

    I have the same exactly issue with the App Store. It seems like it can't connect and there's just a blank screen. However, I can update apps just fine.

    I recently updated my iTunes software to 11.0.2.26 in my Windows 8 Pro 32bit OS. Since then I was puzzled why I am not able to view/access my iTunes store in iTunes as app store is complete blank. Where as I was able to do all other things like syncing my iPhone4s with music & organise it through iTunes.
    But I am facing issue only with iTunes store which is a very critical bug to be considered by iTunes support as customer couldn't be able to purchase new apps through iTunes store.
    Note: I event can't be able to update the already installed apps through iTunes where as its showing more 32updates available all time but the update button is teasing me with out any action.
    Will be looking forward to fix this issue or release next ver. of iTunes ASAP.

    Thank god finally my iTunes store is visible now & came back to normal form after uninstalling the "speedbit video downloader" software from my winows 8 PC.  My puzzle solved finaly but still I want to raise my concern to iTunes developers "Why I need to uninstall third party apps to make my iTunes work properly?"  If this is the case all the iTunes users need to restrict themselves and need to spare a lots of their time to investigate before installing other Windows apps.
    @Caffineohoic: I can understand ur frustraion dude as I too gone through it till now. My crappy update might not solve ur problem but it worked for me as I followed the steps properly. Wish u good luck.

    I have just bought the new iMac, got all excited! Went to itunes store - lets me log in but only have a white screen to look at. Will allow updates to load so connected.
    I can get into the Apps store from the icon but sooooooo slow .............. Any ideas?

    I was researching the issue you were describing and found some information that may help you get iTunes back on track. In an article titled iTunes: Advanced iTunes Store troubleshooting found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3297 I recommend starting with these steps and work your way down as needed. Do keep in mind that since you bought a brand new Apple product, it also comes with 90 days of complimentary telephone support.
    Isolate the issue: (Mac OS X, Windows, iOS)
    Make sure the issue is with the iTunes Store only. (You need an Internet connection to access the iTunes Store).Open a secure website to test if you are online as is necessary for the iTunes Store. This also tests if the main ports 80 and 443 are accessible. If the website works but the iTunes Store does not, it is most likely a firewall blocking the iTunes software or servers. If this is the case, follow the steps in the "Blocked by software firewall" section below.
    Test using another device.If possible, another device, ideally on a different network, would help troubleshooting any iTunes Store issues most efficiently. If another device on another network has issues, the iTunes Store may be undergoing maintenance, and will be available soon.

  • Movies will not play. Blank screen. iTunes pc movie player

    None of my movies or Tv shows play on my iTunes player. The player starts and runs but there is no audio or video. The counter is counting like the movie is playing, but there is nothing there. Can anybody please help me? I am using a PC with windows 7.

    This is what fixed it for me: I changed the native format it defaulted to when double-clicking the file, from Windows Media Player to iTunes.
    So, I guess I would say to check that. When you go to the .m4v file and double-click it, what program does the file load in? If it doesn't load iTunes, or load In iTunes, then that could be your problem. At least that's what I found.
    Instructions for Windows:
    1. Right-click the video file -- it has an .m4v extension -- and select Properties
    2. In the Properties dialog, near the top, where it says "Type of file:" and then "Opens with:", click the "Change" button.
    3. In the "Open with" dialog that displays, select the iTunes icon and click "OK" (or click "Browse" and navigate to the iTunes.exe, if iTunes isn't in the list).
    Result: That action changes all of your .m4vs to automatically load iTunes when you double-click. Once I did that, any movie I play from iTunes always plays.

    In iTunes prefs>Store - is the Store check box unchecked?

    First, try signing out of your account in Settings > iTunes & App Store. Once signed out, go ahead and sign back in.

    I am having the same problem so I followed your advice and signed out, restarted, and signed back in. It let me look at my account in the itunes store but when I try to leave my account and go to the actual itunes store, it is still just a blank white screen. There are home, music, movies, etc. tabs. Movies and tv shows both have a black screen but the rest are white. Do you have any other suggestions?

    If you're seeing a blank iTunes Store, see this support article:

    If that does't help, try resetting Winsock. This has solved the problem for some people, at least.
    1) Click on your start menu.
    2) Go to accessories
    3) Run the Command Prompt application. For those with Vista or Windows 7, right click on Comman Prompt and choose "run as administrator". 
    4) Once it opens, type in the following command... 
    netsh winsock reset
    5) hit Enter and it should say something like Winsock reset successful.
    6) Reboot your computer and try the iTunes Store again.

    I have a MacBook Pro and it could be a really simple solution. I had the same problem after updating my iTunes. I finally got through to a guy at Apple who took the time to help me. I use Firefox everyday, but apparently the iTunes Store runs off of Safari. All I had to do was download the most recent version of Safari. Literally, that was it. So easy.
