I believe it is this extension com.squirrels.airparrot.framebuffer. This is badly written software, and falsely advertised. I am having same problem as you and for some reason I can't get rid of the extension. I have deleted it from its location and it still loads it self.

Firefox 3.6.13 - Why, when I use the dropdown File menu to open a new window, does FF open my Home Page tabs? All I want is a blank page.

When I use the "File" drop-down menu I want only a blank page, but I get the four tabs. How go I get other New Windows to open as blank pages?

A new window open by default with the Home page(s), tabs open a blank page.
The only ways to avoid opening a new window with the home page is either to set the home page to about:blank (ie disabling the home page) or use a bookmark with the location set to about:blank and use Shift + left-click to open that link in a new window.

When FF starts it opens a blank page like it should, but if I click on the + to the right of the current tab is when the Bing tabs open. It's just a Bing search window not the Bing homepage. If needed I can submit a screenshot of the new page.
I use 2 addons affecting tabs. Multiple Tab Handler, and Colorful Tabs.
I think SlimBrowser is an IE based browser.
I use Win pro 64 bi on a HP laptop and FF 3.6.8
I've never had this problem all the years I used FF until now

This is not just an Add-on problem! It's not in my Add-ons. It isn't in my Program Files. Not one single solution I've found on any of the forums has resolved the problem for myself or many others. This is extremely aggravating, and I want it gone!

I hadn't restarted after disabling SearchMenu. Having restarted, it would appear that the problem was, in fact, SearchMenu. Which was my suspicion. Once Find highlights a "word" SearchMenu interrupts to offer its services. I guess I'll post on their board, to see if there's a solution.

Did you reset your iPad like this: Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart.

Why certain websites appeared to be a blank white page when im using my broadband connection but appeared to be okay when using other type of internet connection?

Turns out to be an iPhone 4 problem. I went to a store and they replaced it. No problems now. My wife's iPhone 4 also had to be replaced which is disturbing. We had the original iPhone, iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS without issue. This iPhone is not that good. It was emphasized to me the other day when I used a Razor in my house and found the voice quality infinitely superior and worked in places where my iPhone 4 failed completely (all on AT&T).
People on the other end of calls with the Razor commented that my voice sounded much better and asked what had I done (they were used to the calls made with the iPhone).
I am afraid I think that the iPhone 4 is not all it is cracked up to be. For phone use the Razor beats it hands down. Now, when it comes to email etc. the iPhone is infinitely superior but as a phone it is certainly not as good as it could be.
I am afraid that Apple may have lost the magic recipe and, if I had not gone past the return date, the iPhone 4 would be going back.

Open the system menu via Alt+Space and see if you can resize that window. 
If that works then close Firefox to save that setting.

When I click on a link I get sent to a bunch of other sites and the problem doesn't occur when I use windows internet browser.

When I click on a link, whether e-mail, yahoo or other search engines, E-bay, Amazon, etc. I get sent to another site. If I click back and then re-click on the original site I get sent to where I wanted to be. While I am browsing on a web page of any of the above, or other sites, I sometimes get a voice ad or possibly a video, but I can't locate it or turn it off. This does not happen when I use windows internet, or it's Google chrome internet, only with Firefox. I have used Ad aware, and Mal-bytes anti-virus but they come up blank.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. 
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. 
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

Your previous tabs will not re-open or be available to re-open when starting Firefox if:

I own a HP Pavilion dv5000 with an RW DVD + R DL multi recorder. My question, which type of blank DVD should I use to record images that are on my drive E? I can record without problems on a CR-R but when I try a blank DVD-R it won't work. Please advise.

Back to the good old days, HP supported only DVD +R discs, some vendors supported DVD -R discs. Now all vendors support both. You may want to try blank DVD +R. Hope this works. Please post back the result.

I had to erase my hard drive and then reinstall everything back from my passport external hard drive. Now my iPhoto edit is not working. I get a blank screen when I want to edit. The photos show up in the library but I cannot edit them. Help?

There are several possible causes for the Black Screen issue
*1. Permissions in the Library* : Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Include the option to check and repair permissions.
*2. Minor Database corruption*: Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild.
*3. A Damaged Photo*: Select one of the affected photos in the iPhoto Window and right click on it. From the resulting menu select 'Show File (or 'Show Original File' if that's available). Will the file open in Preview? If not then the file is damaged. Time to restore from your back up.
*4. A corrupted iPhoto Cache*: Trash the com.apple.iPhoto folder from HD/Users/Your Name/Library/ Caches...
*5. A corrupted preference file*: Trash the com.apple.iPhoto.plist file from the HD/Users/ Your Name / library / preferences folder. (Remember you'll need to reset your User options afterwards. These include minor settings like the window colour and so on. Note: If you've moved your library you'll need to point iPhoto at it again.)
If none of these help:
As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?
