Blank spots on bill where other persons phone number should be

When looking at specific video and picture messaging records on my bill, sometimes there are some that don't show the number that I am getting them from, why would that be? It just is a blank spot where the other person's number would be.

That's odd but we can get to the bottom of it. Are you looking at billed usaged or the current bill cycle? How long after the messages were sent are you accessing My Verizon to look at the records? What device do you have?

Hi, my father is in the middle stages of dementia and having trouble using his new iphone. I would like to be able to create a few icons with photos on them and linked to a persons phone number. This way he can select an icon and it will auto-dial that number. I did some research and an app called SBphotoDial did exactly what I need but it no longer seems to be available in the App Store. Any thoughts?

iPhoto: How to move the Library to an EHD
Make sure that the EXT Drive is formatted as Mac OS Extended (journaled).
1. Quit iPhoto
2. Copy the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to the External Disk.
3. Hold down the option (or alt) key while launching iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library' and navigate to the new location. From that point on this will be the default location of your library.
4. Test the library and when you're sure all is well, trash the one on your internal HD to free up space.

Skype Personal Phone Number

I just got a Skype personal phone number. At least I think I did. I selected a number and was told
that this now was my new new number, but no panel flashed up for payment. I have an annual
subscription already so I figured that they just used my previous payment method.
I read the material about the personal phone number and how it works with mobile devices to
be able to receive calls, but I didn't see any description of working with a desktop computer.
Does the phone number work in regards to receiving non Skype calls? I had my wife call me
and there was no ring on the computer and I couldn't retrieve the message that she left.

Where is my phone number shown on phone?

I think I'm cracking up! Where do you see your own phone number on a Vodafone UK handset?
When I was on Orange, I'm sure it could be found in Settings>General>About, but not now. I also seem to recall it showed up on the top bar in Contacts, but again, not now.

Or if you scroll to the top of your contact list in the Phone menu it is at the top of that....

Why do I have to request proper customer support through a forum? I mistakenly thought proper customer support came from dealing with a proper company.
"If my problem merits the need for phone support it could be offered" - by who and who decides? Are you saying Adobe keep tabs of everything being said here and if no-one can find the solution for them they step in?
And as for having to search for the (phone) contact information, forgive me if I thought that would be forthcoming from a company I've dealt with for over 15 years and paid God knows how much too over that time.
I know what I need and it's a technical / accounts / serial numbers / need to talk to a human being and not sales (for some reason that number is easiy tio find) requirement.
If the phone number was avaialble I could probably sort this out fairly quickly rather than waste everyone's time in the hope Adobe get the answers for free.

Can't hear other persons phone ring or them speaking.. help..

I have an 3GS and have this reoccuring since I had it where I call a person and the call connects but I never hear it ring or hear them at the other end. When I look at the display it shows the call connected and the timer going up but no sound. The same happens if they ring me, my phone rings but when I answer I can't hear anything and nor can they.
The problem is very intermittent, usually happens around 1 in 20 calls.
I have tried switching to loud speaker and back to normal and this doesn't work.
I have also tried using bluetooth headset but this still doesn't work.
I took the phone back to the genisus bar who swapped out the handset for a new phone.
I set this up again from scratch (no restore in iTunes) and its been fine for about 4 days and then the same happened again.
Tried putting the phone in flight mode and then back, same happened.
It wasn't resolved until I rebooted the phone!
It doesn't happen all the time but prob 1 in 20 calls. If I reboot the phone the problem goes away for a while.
Does any one else experience this issue? Any ideas?

This appears to be a network issue you have occurring. Sometimes there are issues with the network communicating between your phone and the tower. If it happened on every single call I would be worried. But the fact that it is an intermittent problem leads me to believe the issue lies with the network. The reason it most likely starts to work again after you restart your phone is because the phone is forced to search for a signal and re-communicate with the network thus solving the issue for the time being. There doesn't seem to be a work around for this. This is just a common problem as being a cellphone user in an overcrowded network.

Blank spaces in HTML where tiff or jpeg files should be?

Robohelp 7 (new user) and Framemaker 8.0p277.
I have a Framemaker book file that I would like to convert to HTML using Robohelp. I have right-clicked on Project Files > Add Framemaker File > Add by Reference. I selected the Framemaker book file and it seems to open in Robohelp no problem. However, I have a lot of graphics (mostly screenshots) in either tiff or jpeg format in anchored frames that, in Framemaker are imported by reference from an Images folder. In Robohelp there are spaces in the document where the screenshots should be, but I'm not sure how to get them to display. When I check the Mapping Styles dialog, there is no reference to the anchored frames or graphics. I have searched the forum and Robohelp's Help, but could not find reference to my specific issue. Any tips on what I need to do or what I may have done incorrectly would be much appreciated.

As per my response on a somewhat similar thread (reporting poor graphics, as opposed to no graphics), I found that adding my FM book files individually to my RH project has made a difference and my screenshots now appear.

By applying the same number range in <b>FBN1</b> (for accounting document) and <b>VN01</b> (for billing document), you can have the same number ranges for accounting document and billing document as well.

LaserJet 3100 confirmation report not showing receives phone number

When sending fax with the LaserJet 3100 the confirmation report on 2 different occasions has showed 2 different set of text where the recipient phone number should be. The text in the bos for the phone number or ID is: FB02 & FDCFaxB1 respectively. I am unable to find any documentation on this so I can correct it an have the recipients number put there instead of the ID?

I recently updated my work iPhone to iOS7 and now all of my iMessages from my personal phone are also coming in to my work phone. How do I turn this off? I only want my iMessages to come in to my personal phone.

You can either turn off iMessage on your work phone, use a different Apple ID for iMessage on it (by going to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different ID), or go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive on your work phone and uncheck your personal phone number under "You can be Reached by iMessage at".

Where is the phone number on the iPod?
If you have an iPhone with iOS and use the same ID for Messages and FaceTime as on the iPod the iPhone's phone number will be listed for Messages and FaceTime on the iPod.
If you changed phone numbers on the iPhone, sign out of Messages and FaceTime and then sing back in. Then do the same a little while later on the iPod.

IMessage is working on iOS7 for my side of the conversation but the other persons is coming up as a normal message?

So annoying! My imessages finally activates but when I have conversations with other imessage users, my side of the conversation is iMessage and theirs is normal message? How can I fix this?
