Blinking apple logo on ipad mini

Anyone having problems with their Ipad Mini flashing an apple logo without being able to start? I've tried to force reboot the ipad, but it's not doing anything...any better ideas?

I think that you should try restoring the iPad now.
iTunes: Restoring iOS software - Support - Apple
If you can't restore that way or if the iPad is not recognized in iTunes, you will need to use recovery mode.

I have Ipad-1 with OS 4.2.
As my i pad sutdown even when it was showing remaining battary as 45%. When I tried to restart it was not getting restrated. The update had already downloaded on my device. However when it was installing it went into a loop of blinking apple logo. Is the install happenng or is it just stuck. How to fix this. Pl help.

If not successful try the remaining steps of the following:

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

If the iPad was running iOS 7, the thief/finder will not ever be able to use it.

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.

HELP! iPhone 4s displays blinking apple logo during boot.

During reboot, my iPhone 4s just displays the blinking apple logo. I have read several solutions regarding this problem I haven't found any.

Place the iPod Touch into DFU mode. This will be similar to what the factory would do to install the iOS onto new iOS devices.
Placing it into DFU mode will allow you to "format" and install the current iOS for that device.
To place your iOS device into DFU mode.
First connect you iOS device to you computer.
Open iTunes if not already open
Now turn off your iOS device using the power swipe.
Press the home and sleep button on your iOS device for 10 seconds.
Release the sleep button but carry on holding down the home button. For another 10 seconds.
Your iOS device should now be on DFU. Click on restore and iTunes will download the latest iOS for your device.
Hopefully that sorts it if not, you will have to go to a service centre or call Apple Care up and get them to collect it and repair it. (replace it) Or go into an Apple Store.

IPod Mini stuck on blinking Apple logo

Unresponsive to attempts to reset, neither Disk Utility nor iPod Updater can see it. Tried letting it sit for battery to run out but no matter what I press or do I can't get it past blinking (not solid) Apple logo.

I have seen this happen on one of my iPods when the battery was dead and needed to charge. Initially it kept doing this routine, I suspect because the starting up of the hard drive drew enough current to sag the battery voltage enough to cause a shutdown, restart, and repeating of this over and over. I was able to force it into disk mode eventually and then let it charge all the way up and it was fine after that.

HT203782 led blinking apple logo only

When I plug in the power cord and using a good HDMI connecting cord, the LED light blinks, the apple logo appears on the screen, but nothing else happens. I have tried a reset by pressing and holding menu and down buttons for 6 seconds, LED begins blinking rapidly, but get same result. The unit has worked properly in the past.

My iPhone 5 won't open. When charging it using a wall charger, the Apple logo shows up every 4 seconds. But when charging it using a pc, nothing happens.
I've already tried the solution pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake button at the same time. When I do that, nothing shows up and when I release them, the Apple logo starts to blink again. Note that it happens when my iPhone is plugged thru a wall charger because when using a pc, nothing really happens.

I would contact AppleCare or make an appointment for your local Apple Store.
At this point, i believe your phone is just dead. Its possible the power brick was badly manufactured or something of the like, so make sure you also get the cord and power brick replaced.

Ok. If your friend can't remember their password, he/she can try to reset it using one of the mthods explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5787. It those don't work, he/she can contact the Apple account security team for help resetting it: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699.
But the password will be required to remove the account. There is no way around this. It's a security measure built into iOS 7 Find My iPhone. Even if you could remove it, it the device was ever updated or restored it would go into Activation Lock and could not longer be activated and used.

It's asking specifically for my Apple ID. Here's the prompt:
Sign In to iCloud
Enter the Apple ID password for "XXX.com'. [XXX represents the email assocated with my Apple account.]
Following that is the space to enter in the password, with an option to press Cancel or OK.
This is happening after I've been off my iPad for a litle while. Also, just this morning, I was reading a book through the iBooks app and was prompted at least a few times.

I have a question that I really hope it will get answered.
I have had my 6GB Ipod mini for about 7 months now, and I experienced no problem until last month.
If I try to turn my Ipod mini on after at least 2 days of non-use, the apple logo will appear and erase the shuffle function (meaning that I lose where the shuffling was), and the battery decreases about 1/2 way.
I tried restoring and updating, but no luck.

Itouch is blinking apple logo

My itouch is blinking the apple screen and it will not do anything else. i tried holding the power button and home button at the same time to reset it, but it has not worked. When I hold the buttond for 10 seconds, I get a black screen. After I release either button, the screen starts to blink with the apple logo and I cannot do anythgin else with it. It is a gen2.
