Block fields / Copy reply of fields in other pages

Hello,
I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro version 11 and I prepared a PDF Form using FormsCentral. I have got two queries please.
1) in my PDF form, there are one block of fields that is repeated 5 times. Is there a way to hide the blocks of fields that are not necessary; i.e. if the applicant does not need more than one block, the four other blocks do not appear on the pdf form ?
2) can datas entered in various fields on page 1 of the PDF form be used on other pages; i.e. can the info introduced by the applicant in various fields be copied in other pages automatically because reply(ies) is(are) the same on page 5 for instance?
If the Adobe "standard" does not allow the above actions, which product should I use ?

For #1 - No, there is no "Show/Hide" available for the PDF from FormsCentral, it is supported in the web/HTML form, but not for PDF. The only tool that does accomplish this in PDF is "LiveCycle Designer". LiveCycle creates a different type of form than FormsCentral and if you created a form there with this type of "Show/Hide" functionality it would not be compatible with FormsCentral.
LiveCycle Designer was available with Acroat X but not Acrobat XI - however it is still available to users who have purchased Acrobat Professional XI:

For #2 - Also a "no", not through FormsCentral. However, this is something you should be able to do in Acrobat Pro by opening the PDF in Acrobat and further editing the form there. You will have to check the copy control settings:

How to keep layout changes in other pages

I am just starting with iWeb and came across a question. When I choose a theme for a website and make the 'welcome' page, but change some layout things, colours, positioning of textboxes, is it than possible to copy those changes in the other pages like 'about' and so? Or do I have to copy the first page over and over? In the least case I will have a problem with the albums and slide show I guess?

Welcome to the Apple Discussions. iWeb doesn't have the capability of carrying over layout changes from the first page to additional pages. If you plan on using the same theme frequently create a second site, add each page type that you might use, make the layout changes to each one and save. Then if you need a photo page in your working site duplicate the photo page in the "layout" site and drag it up to the working site.

You can't using Adobe Reader. It looks like whomever created the form used the same identifiers (names) for various fields. Each field with the same name will populate with the information used in another field of the same name. This is intentional.
Normally when I see this, it tells me that someone created an initial field then copy/pasted it to make additional fields but forgot to change the names.

Copy MM02 custom fields to MM17

My Requirement is like this:
In the MM02 transaction : MM02 -> basic data2: In the Reporting and Interfacing block, I have 2 custom fields, which were there in MARA as Z fields in .Append structure.
I need to populate(copy) these two fields in the Fields Tab in MM17 transaction.
First of all, let me know is this possible, if yes, how it can be achieved?

Here are some notes I have from when I recently added a new screen/subscreen to Material Master transactions. Hopefully this information will help you.
This guide should be used in conjunction with OSS note 44410 and IMG notes Logistics->Logistics Material Master->Material->Configure Customized Material Master.
Online Maintenance.
1. Add fields to append structure ZAEMARA.
Use data dictionary maintenance u2013 SE11
2. Generate table MARA.
3. Add fields to view MARU and generate.
Use data dictionary maintenance u2013 SE11.
4. Create new sub-screen or add new fields to screen SAPLYMM1 9001.
Use Screen Painter u2013 SE51.
Change flow logic to add fields to field: statement and to add any validation required. Generate screen.
If this is the first time additional data has been added to material master it will be necessary to create a new function group and associated programs. See Configure Customised Material Master paragraph Requirements.
5. If new sub-screen, add to Customer main screen.
Transaction OMT3.
Double click on u2018Std industry sequenceu2019.
Choose customer screen and Details.
Change the first occurrence of 0001 (blank screen) to new screen number.
Save.
Back arrow.
Click on Transport button and choose required transport.
6. To include in 'Copy with Reference' processing - MM01, add new MARA fields to table T130F. (in each client)
Use Transaction SM31. (make a copy of another ZZ field by typing over existing name).
Add to transport manually:- R3TR TABU T130F + individual keys
7. Test Material create, change, display.

How to "Add" a combo key of 3 fields from a page into other pages ?

Hello. My PeopleSoft component has 5 pages. Its layout looks like below:
AddJournal Header Lines Total Error
"AddJournal" is the first page that has 3 fields: OperatingUnit, ID, Date. The 3 fields is also a combo key that appears in the next 4 pages "Header", "Lines", "Total" and "Error" to maintain data consistency and identify the transaction.
I am working on a push button "Add" in the "AddJournal" page. The button should do 2 things:
First, when click on button "Add", it inserts the values of 3 fields into its underlying "AddJournal" table in Database.
Second, after click on the button, the value of 3 fields also appear on the next 4 pages "Header", "Lines", "Total" and "Error". All the other 4 pages' underlying Database tables contain the 3 fields.
I understand how to achieve the first function by using push button properties "Scroll Action" and "Row Insert". But don't understand how to achieve the second function.
Does any folk understand how to do the second function ?
Do I need to redesign the Database tables for the next 4 pages to achieve the second function ?

There is a lot here, and I think we will need more information to help.
FieldChange Event:
The FieldChange event occurs when you change that particular field. So, assuming the PeopleCode works correctly, it will copy the values of those three fields at the time just after you change the OperatingUnit. So, take this example:
-all three fields are blank
-You change the OperatingUnit to "OU"
-You change the ID to "XX"
-You change the Date to "04/23/2010"
The values that would be copied to the other pages would be "OU", blank, and blank because that is what they were just after changing OperatingUnit to "OU"
Does that make sense?
Page Design:
Normally, the keys are automatically populated for you. Header and Line sound like a parent-child relationship. So, if your page is designed correctly, the keys should be carried over automatically for you. If the tables are all sibling tables you will need the PeopleCode. I don't know if you want to explore the page design issue at all, but that might solve your problem without the PeopleCode.
In any case, it would help if you would post the page structure. First of all, what occurs level are the three tables at? You can tell on the Order tab of the page -- I believe it is the far left column.

Can you post your PeopleCode, and maybe we can spot something in the PeopleCode that is not right? If you are unsure if and when your PeopleCode is running, you can place a winmessage function in there. Put something like this:
WinMessage("Hello!");
You should see the hello message after you change the Operating Unit field. With deferred processing, you may not see it until you hit Save or Refresh.

Welcome to the forum, NicoleYM. I don't think the Touch Mail has as many options as the Mac Mail app. However, you could set a standard signature. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Signature. There you can type a reply address and hope people see it.
Alternatively, you can go to your GMail account in your web browser and click on Settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP. There you will have an option to forward all emails (or only some, if you set up a filter) to your other address.

Adobe Bridge CC : metadata copy from one field to another for multiple files

So I am using Bridge CC for managing audio files and have many many MP3's that I need to copy or move one field of metadata to another.
ie: copy "Audio Artist" field to "IPTC Core Creator" Field
move "IPTC Core Description" to "Video Log Comment" field
Is there a script I can add that will let me select multiple files, and have it copy or move all the info from one of these fields to another?

How to set the value that appears in the 'Reply To' field when sending Mail.

I send my mail from one email address (i.e. server) but I want replies to go to a different email address (i.e. server). Apple Mail facilitates this but only when I remember to type the email address into the 'Reply To' field when I compose the message. The email address that I want people to reply to is always the same. Is there anyway to make this appear as tyhe default in the 'Reply To' field when I create a new message?

menu path: Asset Accounting / Valuation / Determine Depreciation Areas in the Asset Class
Select there your asset under construction asset class.
Here you can fill in default values. (when you click on the fields you get more fields)
When you want to fill in other fields you can use a substitution ( Asset Accounting / Master Data / Define Substitution)
In our case, i think standard
The field description (WBS)
Req cost center (WBS)
Plant (WBS)
BA (WBS)

Blackberry email does not honor the Reply To field?

I've noticed that my blackberry replys to the FROM and ignores the REPLY TO field. Do you know anything about that?
When I reply to this specific email on my outlook, it responds to the REPLY TO address. If i do the same on my Blackberry, it reply to the FROM address.

I just ran a test to attempt to replicate this.
Account 1) Yahoo
Account 2) Private POP
Send from Account 1 to 2 using Reply-To of Account 2.
Received on BB.
Initiated Reply -- address for destination was as expected (Account 2)...
So, I'm not able to replicate what you experienced. In which case I would suggest a few remedies:
1) Register HRT:
Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > BBKey (it does not matter which line is current) > Register Now
2) Resend Service Books:
KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
3) Delete and completely recreate the BIS conduit

Livecycle: Can you click a check box and have it copy the entire field to a new location?

I have a check box and I want to check the box and have field 1a, field 1b, field 1c be copied to location on a third page.
These are patient goals: and those goals need to be recognized later on while trying to fill out paperwork, but I don't want to have to look back at the front page. so I want to pick which goals I want to see at a later page and have the goal (field) and the field content that was chosen on the first page show up.
I will choose three to five goals and I want them lined up
field 1a, field 1b, field 1c then underneath
field 2a, field 2b, field 2 c etc.

TO and REPLY TO fields replaced by recent email client address no matter what I do. Help please?

I own a yahoogroips list and keep the emails since 2009 in a MAIL folder.
A new member at the list with whom I am chatting ON the list, joined 2 days ago. HER email address is now appearing in place of the list address in the TO and REPLY TO fields.
It has replaced those fileds in ALL the emails in my folder from 2009 top now!
Also when I try to address an email to the list address, it automatically gets replaced with the new memebr's email address.
That is so even if I disable auto copleting of addresses.
I can type the list addresws, but as soon as I leave the TO field of the new emails, the address changes to the new memebr address.
PLEASE - HOW did this happen - and HOW do I get it to UNHAPPEN?
MANY thanks for any advice, it is driving me bananas.

I have an issue...I use Paypal for my business, and I use Mac Mail to deal with all of my orders and notifications. Recently, Paypal has decided to change the way they send payment notification emails. The From field used to contain the email address of the buyer, which made it very simple to set a rule to automatically relply to a payment notification with an order confirmation email that went directly to the customer. Now, Paypal, for some ridiculous reason, has decided to fill the From field with a [email protected] address, which is useless. They are now putting the customers email address in the Reply To field, which the Mail Rules cannot seem to utilize. I need to have a rule that replies to the email address in the Reply To field...is there anyway to do this? Any help would be appreciated. I have contacted Paypal numerous times about this issue, but they have yet to correct it. Thanks.
