Block purchasing of articles, but allow replenishment

Hi SAP Gurus
I need to block somo articles for purchasing, but allow the replenishment of them.
I try to handle this using the OMS4 transaction, but the purchasing option generates an Error Message when a is B in transpor order (UB) and purchasing for external orders (NB).
Any ideas to handle this...

Let me explain the business scenario.
My client need control the status of the articles (it´s a retail client).
Some articles won´t be purchasing any more, but the CEDI still have stock of them, so we need to avoid the external purchase of those article, but allow the replinishment from CEDI to stores with STO.
I don´t use WSE2 Material descontinuation, because that is a vendor level, and the client need block the external procurement.

I want to block the set of vendors created by GS01 for creating Purchase order but allowing them for creating RFQ. I tried using XK05 but its blocked even vendor for creating RFQ. So is there any way to do so in my business practise ?
I already tried several way but no one is fullfilling my requirement. So i need all you experts valuable input on this.

Well i am also trying to do the same using the badi you had told me but my query is how can i do this if i create a set of vendor using gs01 or provide an interface to user to update the vendor account to whom we dont want to allow for creating PO but they can create RFQ. and using this BADI how i can read this set of account of vendors?
Can you tell me how to handle this scenario using any of the method?

I am having the same problem for one song. I've tried deauthorizing and then authorizing the computer but it doesn't work. I can play the song on my iPhone and iPad but not my computer. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I have paid for this service for a year and it never worked on my computer. I just renewed and it finally converted the file but it will not let me edit it. I join you in being bummed. Either I get help with this or I am asking for a 2 year refund. My intention was to be able to edit a pdf in MS Word.

Can I block saving passwords by default but allow a few exceptions?

For my father's PC (who is a senior citizen), I would like to generically block Firefox from remembering passwords. However I would like it to remember the password for a few select websites (Yahoo Mail, Facebook, NYTimes). Is this possible?
You seem to be ale to generically allow Firefox to remember passwords and block certain websites. But not vice-versa.
I've tried going to: "about:permissions" but if you change the Default Permissions for All Pages to Block for Store Passwords, then that also blocks passwords for any individual entries

You will have to toggle the Password Manager on/off to have Firefox save or fill names and passwords.
Only if the Password Manager is enabled then you can use it.
Maybe it is an idea to hide the notification icon and the popup (or only the popup) on the Navigation Toolbar, so that Firefox won't offer to remember passwords.

Tons of spam from .US addresses. How to block but allow legitimate .us address through?

Exchange 2010 on-premise. I don't have the budget to sign up with a spam filter service so I'm struggling with using Exchange's built-in spam filtering.
I've been monitoring user's inbox reporting high volume of spam. The one consistency is that the addresses end with .us
Problem is, we have some customers using .us e-mail addresses.
The spam email with .us changes daily. Meaning one day spam address might be amazondeals.us next day it's amazon-deals.us
I can't keep up with all the variations. Is there a way to block .us but allow the legitimate ones?

Im trying to log into a website. When I log in, a message appears that the website has been blocked for my safety. Allow button appears but I cant click on it

I type a website address and go to that website. I try to log into website and message appears on top screen that I am blocked out for my safety. An Allow button appears, but when I click on it, I am still not allowed to log into website. How can I be allowed to log into website?

Thank you for responding madperson. No, the message didnt say connection was untrusted, just "blocked for my safety." Allow button quickly appeared/disappeared, I couldnt click on it. This is a webpage in which I am a member & needed to log in my user & password. I deleted my cookies & cache and went to internet options & where you can choose which websites you dont want cookies, I entered website address, clicked OK & then was able to log into website. It was frustrating, but now solved.

I am checking to see if we can block PO item level in MEMASSPO.There is field for deletion indicator but i could'nt find any option to block.I searched forum but i found that deletion indicator LOEKZ value could be S for blocking and L for deletion.I want to know if any enhancemet or exit is required to include the feature of blocking PO item through MEMASSPO.Any information on this would be appreciated.Thanks in advance

why do you want to set the block?
Blocking an item is from s SAP point of view a short term solution until you have decided about a final solution. E.g. you have not yet an accurate price, hence you wont allow a GR, so you set a block.
But blocking does not close a business case. Someday you want archive old purchasing documents, but archiving is only possible for not blocked items.

I purchased iTunes Match before I changed computers so I could transfer it all to my new machine without have to load CDs again. I also purchased some songs that are no longer there.

Is there any way to recover the music I downloaded, as well as purchases I made? (I purchased Viva la Vida by Coldplay and it's not on my iTunes. If you're sure you've installed the latest version of Flash, take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. After each step, relaunch Safari and test. For a "missing plug-in" error, start with Step 7. Back up all data before making any changes.

HT1725 When I click on a Movie I get the following "You have already purchased this item but it has not been downloaded. To download it, select Check For Available Downloads from the Store menu." Then get err = 11111

iTunes quit unexpectedly during the download of a movie. When I click on that movie now I get the following message: "You have already purchased this item but it has not been downloaded. To download it, select Check For Available Downloads from the Store menu."

Click those and you get an error message about connecting to iTunes, etc. as described in the article I linked to above.

If I install a completely NEW app, the 6 that are stuck mid-update heal themselves and appear with the new version only, however now completely different apps (Hold Em for instance - which I did not update and didn't need an update) will not launch "app name Cannot Launch" message comes up.

I don't have App sync on (have tried it with App sync on and off), my Mobile Applications directory on my Mac is empty.
When I go to update my apps per the iPhone's App Store program, they download and then I get this message:
