Blocked stock value report daily

Hi Gurus,
I am looking for a report that shows value in USD for blocked stock per selected date for a material.
Please let me know if any report. I tried MB52 it does give value in USD for blocked stock but it gives by batch number. I need that by date.

In MB52,in selection Don't tick "Don't display values",In report,Click change layout,
Check for blocked stock value field is available >? Move it to right side.

Develop a report using table MARD.

How to find Blocked Stock Value for a Material Division

Hi Every Body,
I have gone through the notes 589024,637927 to find out Blocked Stock value for a Particular Material at different plants . But I have to get Blocked Stock value at each Material Division . Kindly give some light on it to get it.
The steps are same for finding the Consignment stock value and Transit Stock value. So kindly help me if any body has already worked on it.

well these notes work but they're prerequisites that have bothered me and unabled me to fulfill our requirement, for instance, having the material number in the drilldown and so on in order to perform the calculation during query execution.
I believe there is not much more alternative if you still want to calculate valuations accurately at SLOC or any other stock indicator during query execution...
I started from the basic fact that valuation of material underneath the plant/valuation area (in my case 1 PLANT = 1 VALAREA).; precisely because all movements doens't carry all information as per the note explanation.
So what we have done is to pull a cube with all Article/Sites MAP values; this can be done in several ways; MBEW/MBEWH are holding MAP values per fiscal periods; it has sufficient for us until now: our operations are asking to track MAP values more frequently.... So I am investigating how to work this out and have several alternatives:
- MSEG has additional fields (available in the extract structures) like Total Stock Qty/Value PRIOR the posting. There is as well an indicator telling if the posting is relevant for the valuation (if it is going to affect the Qty/MAP or not). So it is possible to get the MAP after the posting for each material movement.
- Create a change pointer on MBEW/MBEWH.
- MKPF has two convenient fields (CPUDATE and CPUTIM) from which we could build our own delta extractor tracking MAP changes
In BW the Idea is to have a cube registering the Article/Plant valuation in time (non-cumulative) and then fulfill our queries via a multicube...

Table storing GR Block stock value

dear experts,
I want to create a z report where i want to bring the value of GR block stock.
Currently it is following structure.
RMMMBESTN_DATEN
Struct.
WESPB
WESPB2
Is this value available in any other table from where i can bring this value.
Or any any method to report this.

Hi There
As per the STD SAP, GR blocked stock is a Non valuated stock, so at the time of receipt in to GR Blocked, only the material doc will be created and not the Accounting document,, Means that system itself it is not valuated and the PO qty will remain open (open order Qty will not be redcuced)
So i think you can get the price from PO and Multiply with the qty for your report that would be only solution as you can not the value for this qty from the system,,,

Problem with Stock Value Report

Hi Experts,
We use MB5B report to see the opening and closing value of stock for the given period.
Here i am facing one problem that even i am running the report for the same period ( already closed periods) ans same inputs the system gives me some different valus every time i am running .
I observed that difference between the opening and closing values for every output is constant.
What could be the reason that system gives such different values when i run MB5B . No backposting is done.

Selection date,
in stock type valuated stock,
in settings selection
Totals only - Non Hierarchy Display Layout
Only Matls Handled in Batches ( But Batches w/o stock segment is not checked)
It is giving me changed values after every 10-15 minutes.

There are quite a few standard reports which will give you the stock value report, you can try
MC.1 to MC.9 (gives you various stock value analysis reports), MMBE, MB5W etc.
Alternatively you can extract this data from MARD table.
If you are looking for a specific report, please let us know the same & we can be more precise in the output.

FI vs MM report - Stock Values not matching

Dear Experts,
MM Report : We are taking stock value report from MC.9 or MB5L for few sites for the previous financial year.
FI Report : The same sites and same previous year with material G/L account, the t-codes FAGLB03 or S_PL0_86000030 are showing the different values.
The question here is,MM and FI reports are not matching. (FI reports shows Rs.47750 higher than the MM reports). As per the client requirement, the MM & FI reports should match the values. Because all the material movement types are related to FI (For. ex GR & IR )
Kindly tell me, what are the possibilities to go wrong?
How & where to analysis?
Expecting a perfect report which gives the MM & FI values?
Additional details: There is no possibility of manual posting in G/L account. It is automatic posting (Checked in the Tcode - FS00)

Hello,
I thought, You can post manually to your stock account.
First you can look the account change history for your stock account. Automatic posting check may be change by someone at past, and after manually posting, check it again.
Z programs which is posting FI document with BAPI, system can not look automatic posting checkbox in FS00. May be Z programs posting to your stock without MM module.
How can you catch this document?
Answer is, please add BKPF-AWTYP field to your FBL3N report.
Call SPRO -> Financial Accounting (New) -> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable -> Customer Accounts -> Line Items -> Display Line Items -> Define Additional Fields for Line Item Display
Please add new entry with using BKPF-AWTYP then save this customizing and please run RFPOSXEXTEND report with using SE38 transaction. While running this program, a pop-up appear on your screen, please click "YES" after that program will finish correctly. Then you can see "Reference Transact." field in FBL3N report.
Then list your stock account with using this report and get subtotal for "Reference Transact.". If this field value is MKPF, these postings is coming from MM module. If there is a BKPF or BKPFF value, those are posting manually from FI module.

Tthe stock values are matching in the company code level for previous financial year but when checking for few sties, the stock values are not matching.
For Ex. year 2008 MM Stock values Rs. 10 Lakhs & FI values also same Rs.10 Lakhs for the company code level.
If you check the same for few sites( Site1, site2, site3, site4) & same year, the MM & FI values are different.
I really appreciate if you help in this.

Facing Issue with Stock Ageing report

In Blocked Stock Ageing report Output, I am facing following issues
1. Stock is correct but once we include the "Reason For Movement" then the aging is getting wrong and in some cases value is coming Negative.
2. In some cases "Reason For Movement" is coming in ‘#’, but this is a mandatory field. Hence cannot be blank.
Note:
1. Overall stock is coming correct.
2. Reason Movement chat. is in free char
3. Report is based 0IC_C03.

Reason for Movement is loading from what attribute? check in RSRV for that attribute.
RSRV-->All Elementary Tests ->Master Data ->Compare Size of P-, Q- with X- and Y- Tables respectively .
If it has any error then correct that error in RSRV. It will solve your problem.

iam using the t.code mb52 for daily stock statement by location in dp value report. i have to dipspaly the date wise 4 locations i.e ( snt,sabh,sarawak,departement). these are the 4 locations and i want total sum of snt sabah etc of cost in date wise. so how to find out the cost of particular locations.

Report to check the valued GR block stock

Hi,
I used movement type 107 to receive the PO with indicator 'Origin Accept', and would like to check how many stock I have received to the valued GR block stock.
Anyone tell me which report I can use? I've checked the stock report under IM, but haven't found it.

After opening the periods of purchasing and inventory for the month of April'15. The below reports should match in costing.

MBEWH is the valuation history, this is only updated with the first movement after a period closure. And the period is a month.
There is no table in SAP that holds the stock information on daily basis.
You have to develope this yourself. Easiest method by copying a table like MBEW and MARD daily to a Z-Table.
A stock situation at a certain date can be calculated with MB5B.

Date Wise and Storage Location Wise Stock Qty & Value Report......

We want a report Date Wise(As on 31.03.2008) and Storage Location Wise Quantity & Value Report for only Finish Materials. Is there any report ?
From Mb5b we canot get storage location wise report as we get only plant level qty and value.
Pl. guide us.

Try the Tcode: MC.9 there enter the site and article and executeYou will get details of the article
stock, value. if you double click the article you will get the details of storage location.

Report for material moved from blocked stock to unrestricted stock

Is there a standard report in WM showing list and qty of materials moved from blocked stock to unrestricted stock.

It would have been easy if there was a specific WM movement type for such transfer but due to the reason that the WM 309 is connected to various IM movement types, there is no direct report to get this information.
Conversely, you may use MB51 with the combination of the WM managed storage location and movement type for your purpose. If there are multiple storage locations assinged to the same warehouse then you may put a range in the selection criteria.
