Blocked thread with no events does not show up in Flight Recording

When there is no event in a thread and the thread is blocked during the entire duration of a flight recording, the thread does not show up in the flight recording. How to check the state of such a thread from the flight recording?

I am not sure I understand the question correctly, but events (like Java Blocked) are only saved to file when the thread is not longer blocked. So if you have an event that goes on during the whole recording it won't show up. It's a known limitation of flight recorder.
If you are really desperate to find out the state of the thread you could look at the Method Profiling events that samples the thread.
1) In the Event Types remove all the events that are checked.
2) Check the Method Profiling Sample.
3) Go to Events-> Threads. Select the thread you are interested in
4) Right click and select Operative Set -> Set Selection
5) Go to Events -> Log and check Show only Operative Set
6) Click on an event in the log and look at Event Attributes below. There is a field called Thread State which will tell you the state thread.
That's the best that you could do.

What version of iPhoto are you running? Also is your profile correct?
In the Events mode set the View ➙ Sort option to By Date ➙ Descending so that the newer events are at the top of the window.

Linked Recon event does not show up in user's provisioned resources

I am totally new at this Orcale OIM stuff and I have looked through this forum and have not found an answer. I have configured the connector and and (I think) successfully ran the EBS_TR_User task limiting it to one specific user. It runs and I do not see any errors. It did create an entry in the Recon Event Manager in the design console and the event indicates that the EBS user is "linked" to the expected OIM user. The recon event also shows the responsibility that is in EBS for the user. However, what I do not understand is that when I look at the user in OIM and select to display the resource profile for the user, the responsibility does not show in OIM.
Why does it not show in OIM? Is there something I am missing to cause it not to appear? Or is there another step I need to complete to make it appear? Or does it just not ever appear? Does anyone know what to do after the EBS_TR_User scheduled task runs or where I can find information on this? Any insight or direction is greatly appreciated !!

Well take care of Martin's Suggestion to first of all identify that its Trusted Source or Target Resource model of reconciliation you are running. This is how you can identify that:
- Check it against the Connector Documentation Or
- Go to the Resource Object against which you are running this reconciliation. Check the Trusted check box. If this is checked then you are running Trusted Mode and in this case you won't be able to see those Responsibilities in the Resource Profile of Users.
Now if the above condition is not true and the mode is not Trusted then make sure you have the following rule condition defined.
One Entity Match Found -> Establish Link
One Process Match Found -> Establish Link *(For Later on identification of same Account)*

When I send invites for events in ical, the event does not show up on the person I invited calendar

I am sending invites to my co-worker on a Mac through ical. When my co-worker accepts the event it doesn’t show up on his ical. How do I fix this?

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Front row (with itunes 10) does not show moves from shared library

I have two computers. My office computer contains all of my iTunes content, running iTunes 10. I have a mac mini connected to my television, and my intent is to use Front Row to access the shared library from the office computer. The problem is, when using front Row only a small number of my TV shows and none of my movies appear. I have checked the sharing settings on the source computer.

Exact same problem here.
It has been working fine doing this for years, then around a month ago after no changes to either machine that I know of, about half the content vanished when viewing a shared library.
I seem to have also worsened the issue by trashing and rebuilding the iTunes library from scratch. Since at least before doing this I had some of my Movies and TV shows show, but not all, now I seem to have a tiny amount of movies and none of the TV shows listed.
Checking on the source computer in front row shows all of them present as expected. Completely baffled by this. None of them are showing under odd sections (Say in Music rather than TV Shows) either so I know the meta-data isn't at fault.

Im trying to transfer photos from iphone 5 to mac. I successfully transferred pix via ipad mini using iphoto. However, when i try same with iphone, it does not show up as a device in iphoto. Any ideas? CSJ

Set homepage to My Yahoo close firefox and reopen and My Yahoo gone back to the main Yahoo page. I open wall street journal I need to log in everytime I exit and re-enter. websites with passwords, password does not show up. did not happen in Firefox 3.6

My baseball forum used to log in as soon as I open bookmark. Now must enter name password to log in. Exit page come back I have to log in again. None my user names passwords stay in the boxes or remain after logging out. I did not set the Permanent privacy mode and then I did set the Permanent mode and neither changes this. I have Accept cookies enabled. I have remember passwords checked. ???

Try clearing your Cookies for the affected websites. 
Tools > Options -> Privacy - Cookies = Show Cookies ''button'' 
Enter the domain in the Search bar at the top and all the Cookies for that URL will appear. Unless you can figure out which Cookie is for "remember me", you'll need to delete them all.
Hold the {Ctrl} key while you click on each Cookie in the small window. When that list is all highlighted, click the Remove Cookie ''button'' in the lower left. 
When you are done click Close.
If that problem persists, you might need to delete the __cookies.sqlite__ file in your Profile folder.

My new ipod won't sync with itunes and does not show on windows

I got a new ipod nano gen 7 to replace 2 old ipods that were stolen. the problem is that it won't sync at all. When I plug it in it charges, but my windows 7 browser doesn't see it, and neither does my itunes. I have Mcafee security and I have updated itunes, windows and checked my mcafee settings as per other users issues on the web and it still isn't working! If I plug it into another computer though it works fine.
Have tried - resetting ipod, downloading upgrades, switching firewall off.
No idea what else i can do!

Are you looking into the right mail account on the iPod? If yo send an item like a photo from an app it gets sent from the default account on the iPod.
Did the recipient get the mail message? Maybe it was never sent.

Firefox does not show a large html-record correctly

Beginning of the list is OK, but when the list is large (long) enough the rest of the list is carbage

It's a large achestor file. Beginning of the file is shown correctly but after that all the rest of the file is shown like a one line without new pages or lines.

Yosemite Calendar - All day events are not showing

I have been using Apple Calendar for quite some time but after I upgraded to Yosemite All day events does not show in the calendar any more. Other events in my calendar is showing.
Environment:
1: I'm on Macbook Pro Retina, running Yosemite 10.10.1
2: Calendar is version 8.0 (2026)
3: I am using Google Calendar, added as account to Calendar
Problem/Bug:
This has been working fine on Maverick until this upgrade and I think it is a bug in Calendar.
1. I tried to add an all day event from Calendar, using my Google account calendar
2. Event is saved, but once saved it isn't shown in Calendar.
3. When I login to my Google account calendar, the event I created just created is shown nicely there!
I then tried adding a new calendar using my iCloud account, but same thing happened:
1. I tried to add an all day event from Calendar, using my iCloud account calendar
2. Event is saved, but once saved it isn't shown in Calendar
3. I once again try, this time by logging into my iCloud account, the event I created just created is shown!
This is really weird and a major issue as all-day events are kind of important to see when you are planning and scheduling meetings.
One additional thing, I'm not sure if it is related, I have Time zone support turned on as I am working across multiple time zones.
Anyone else that have encountered this?

I have the same proble. In all views all day events don't show up. If I search for the event, there is a result but it does not appear in the calendar.

Aperture does not show tick box for shared photo stream as promised on the help screen

I try to configure Aperture for iCloud shared Photo Stream. According to the help screen, I should select Preferences and see a panel with 4 tickboxes. The first three relate to My Photostream and work fine on all my devices. The crucial fourth tick box for sharing with others however does not show however. What else should I set-up to see the 4th tick box ?

Formulas in Framemaker 9 does not show

I have a strange issue with Framemaker, it does not show formulas, I tried to uninstall, clean the registry and reinstall, I tried to reinstall fonts… Nothing happens. By the other hand, the same issue is happening with FM 10 and 11. Please note I applied the latest FM9 patch (p255) and this does not fix the issue. I hope anyone could lend me a hand.

When you say your FM installation doesn't show formulas, are you saying that you don't have the Equation Editor available, or that the Equation editor doesn't create anything when you insert a formula or something else entirely? What steps are you taking to insertt and createe a formula? Have you tried using the keyboard shortcuts for maths?

GTS Block when running SPL Address simualtion does not show blocked

When running a GTS SPL Screening for general address, transaction /SAPSLL/SPL_CHSS3; the simulation does not show a block for Transavia; however if I change the name to Transavia Network it will block. I need this to block on the name Transavia. I have changed my fuzzy logic in SPRO > IMG>SAP Global Trade Service>SAP Compliance Management>Sanctioned Party List Screening Service>Define Control Procedure for Address Comparison
In Detail Control in Keyword generated from name I have the follwoing settings:

Sorry it has taken me a long time to repsond and this is still an issue. I have been bogged down with other things that has consumed my time.
I have tried to reset the buffer but to no avail. No we are not suing TREX. We are currently on GTS 7.2. but soon to upgrade to GTS10...This is really a strange issue...I can do a check on the name David and it will block...that is a shorter name than Transavia....so I am really confused by this...again Transavia Network will block...same country...
Any guidance on this is really appreciated.

Interesting. Googling, I see that someone posted that on these discussions as well:

which mentions what I recall: that Airdrop (as implemented by Apple) would create an on-demand ad-hoc Wi-Fi connection, even if you were already connected to an access point. Normally, you can't connect to multiple Wi-Fi networks, thus the reason for Airdrop only supported on newer Wi-Fi chips.
