Blockers and Waiters in RAC databases

Question

Folks,
I use dba_blockers and dba_waiters for getting a blocked and blocking session.
But this doesn't work for RAC databases
( If a session in instance1 is locking a table and other session in instance2 waiting, it doesn't show that ).
Does anybody have a dba_blockers and dba_waiters equivalent for RAC ?

Here is a query example from my book.. it shows both blockers and waiters across the cluster..
