Blocking of scheduling agreement

Hi All,
I have created a scheduling agreement with document type "LP: for on material. When created the SA is having Release ID as  "B Blocked". The schduling agreement item is maintained in source list with MRP indicator "2 - relevent for MRP". Planning run gives the schedule lines for this schduling agreement line item.
Now question is what is the role of release indicator as blocked? I mean when it blocked it should not give schedule lines.
Can anybody explain me on this feature?
Regards,
MHP

Hi MHP,
When the scheduling agreement is blocked because it is still not released, the only meaning is that the GR cannot be done.
But, the planning scheduling can take in count this.
Unless you can block the items (with the "block" button), then, the planning scheduling will not take in count this scheduling agreement.
I hope this help.
Kind regards,
Sandra

  • Block by QM for purchase order but also for scheduling agreement

    Dear.
Using QM info record I can block purchase order creation for a material/vendor with error message 06883.
I need to block also scheduling agreement creation but during ME31L for the same material/vendor the system send only warning message 06883.
    Why this different behavior ?
Can you help me to solve this problem ?
    Thanks.

    Hi,
as you noticed, the message 06882 is hardcoded as a warning message
using transaction ME31L, so the settings in Customizing have no effect.
And it is no possible to change this behavioiur without modification.
It is a standard design, that you don't have an error message, if you
create a sheduling agreement. But if you later create a
Sch. agrm. shedule with ME38 you will have an error message 06 883.

Only possibilitity is you have to change the code i.e. if you want these
messages as error then you have to change the error category as "E" in
program MM06EFQM. Please note that this is means a modification.
Using TA ME21N is the message 06883 an error message

  • How to block large number of scheduling agreements?

How to block large number of scheduling agreements (Purchasing doc type 'LPA') ?

    Hi
You can use T.code MASS and choose scheduling agreement and you see field LOEKZ there (deletion indicator) You can mark it for deletion and it can be undelete if you want in future.
If you want to block it with source list, you need to do LSMW or BDC for ME01 and for your agreement block it in a validity period for a plant

  • Scheduling Agreement -Schedule line should not pass the requirement to MRP

    Hi Friends!
As we all know the scheduling agreements is outline agreement with future schedule lines, with this system will  pass the requirements to MRP for the schedule line which is even after 5 years, so my requirement is  if the schedule line date is above 15 days from the current date then requirement should not pass to MRP.
solution which we gave is, SA initially will determine the schedule line category as  CN (which will not transfer the requirement) and  a batch job program will run daily and it will check for each schedule line if any of the schedule is with in the 15 days from the current date then it will change the schedule line category from CN to CP.
Now the problem is , by using Batch Job which program I have to call to change the schedule line category?????
    1. we tried BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE but when we are changing the CN to CP it is not performing ATP where as if we do manually it is performing.
    2. we tried BDC but here also we facing some strange problem i.e. while recording the ATP screen is not populating where it is coming while doing manual.
Can someone let me know which one program we should call in Batch job to do this change.
    Regards
    Nath

    Hi nath,
i also failed in changing shedule line category in userexit and in BAPI.
in one case, i succeded in doing it with a bdc after MV45AFZZ / userexit_save just bevore the datas are reset but after the commit-work is processed.
the other possibility is, to change the accepted amount in userexit RV03VFZZ / USEREXIT_AVAILABILITY_OUT.
    3. possibility is, to block the order with a delivery - block , same as the credit-control-block. This block can be set in MV45AFZZ or perhaps in BAPI too.

  • Scheduling agreement and material availability

    Hi all,
    I have this problem:
For the material AABBCC I have an availability of 60 pieces.
in transaction VA32 I have the following scheduling agreement for the material AABBCC.
    01.07.2010           q.ty  10
    01.08.2010           q.ty  10
    01.09.2010           q.ty  10
    01.10.2010           q.ty  10
    01.11.2010           q.ty  10
    01.12.2010           q.ty  10
If today I try to place an order for 5 pieces of the same material the application tells me that there is no availability,
why ? It seems that all the quantities provided in the schedule have already committed quantities in stock.
    I thank you in advance.

    Hi
I hope the schedule you mentioned here is your forecast schedule. We have also the similar issue. SAP schedule agreements are confirming the all forecast requirements. Because these forecast requirements, we are unable to confirm our daily delivery schedules. We are using APO for ATP check.  We modifications our user exit to block these forecast requirements for APO ATP check.
I hope this will help you

  • Deleting line item in scheduling agreement

    Hi ,
The scheduling agreement has 2 line items which are of same material. The first line item needs to deleted as it had the wrong price in it.
We are able to block it but have not been able to set the deletion flag. There were a few GR and IR done but all of them had been reversed.
Kindly suggest a way toset the deletion flag.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Vinayak,
If you have reversed all the documents of that material, then you can delete the material by selecting that in scheduling agreement ME32L.

  • Corrupted line items in Scheduling Agreement

I have encountered an issue about Scheduling Agreements. Some items inside the SA's  are corrupted and shows Gross price conditions which should not be the case since this is a ZLP-type SA (SA for Planners).
As consequence, when we GR for this material, the idocs cannot be posted. The Idoc message indicates that there was an error in the price determination process.
For workaround, we recreate the items inside the SA and block the existing one. But this is occuring more often so I need to find out it's cause.
    Please help! Thanks!

I got this message from them:
"If the issue is concerned with the price determination, please ensure
you are using the standard pricing calculation schema RM0000 and retest
    the issue."
How will I know if this schema is the one the system is using?
Thank you very much. I am a newbie in MM..

  • Scheduling Agreement Release

    Hi All
Scheduling agreement is created & released. Release indicator is 6, after the release again some line items are blocked & some line items are deleted without affecting any characteristic of release strategy
( No Change in value , Document type , Purchase group on which release strategy is based)
Wheteher release strategy will be reset in this condition form release to unrelease
    Please suggest
    Thanks in advance
    Regards
    Rajesh

    Hi,
If no user exit is activated in support for your release strategy, then any change which results in no revision of your original value will not cause any release strategy reset.

  • Problems in transferring Scheduling Agreements from ECC to APO

    Hi All
We are facing a strange problem in transferring scheduling agreements to APO.
When we create the integration model, it shows the selected scheduling agreements and vendors. On activating the integration model in CFM2 or CFM3, we do not get any error.
But when we check in APO, we do not see any scheduling agreements.
Can any one tell us what could be problem or where should we check to identify the issue ?
    Best Regards
    Mitesh

    Hi Mitesh,
Did you try deleting all the integration models in CFM7 and trying again ? You could also try deleting the blocked queues in SMQ1.

    M7 036 - No goods receipt possible for purchase order & &
    Diagnosis
No provision has been made for goods receipts in respect of this purchase order or order item  .
    Possible reasons for this are:
The purchase order contains no items in the specified plant.
The item specified does not exist.
Currently, the scheduling agreement has no open schedule lines, or the schedule lines have not yet been transferred.
The item category of the purchase order items in the plant does not allow goods receipts.
The purchase order items in the plant have been deleted or are blocked.
For confirmation control for the order item(s) to be carried out, a confirmation ( shipping notification) must have been received. This has not yet been entered.
This message is a standard message and the sytem deterines this automatically for schedule lines.
