Blue screen crashes with specifc error starting to show up on restart

I keep getting blue screen crashes and as I start up the system I get this error constantly.
c:\users\computeruser\appdata\roaming\newnext.me\nengine.dll error can you please send me a fix for this issue.

In order to assist you, we will need the .DMP files to analyze what exactly occurred at the time of the crash, etc.
If
you don't know where .DMP files are located, here's how to get to them:
1. Navigate
to the %systemroot%\Minidump folder.
2. Copy any and all
DMP files in the Minidump folder to your Desktop and then zip up these files.
3. Upload
the zip containing the .DMP files to Onedrive or a hosting site of your choice and paste in your reply. Prefered sites: Onedrive, Mediafire, Dropbox, etc. Nothing with wait-timers.
4 (optional): The type
of .DMP files located in the Minidump folder are known as Small Memory Dumps. In %systemroot% there will be what is known as a Kernel-Dump (if your system is set to generate). It is labeled MEMORY.DMP. The difference between Small Memory Dumps and Kernel-Dumps
in the simplest definition is a Kernel-Dump contains much more
information at the time of the crash, therefore allowing further debugging of your issue. If your upload speed permits it, and you aren't going against any strict bandwidth and/or usage caps, etc, the Kernel-Dump is the best choice. Do note that Kernel-Dumps
are much larger in
size due to containing much more info, which is why I mentioned upload speed, etc.
If
you are going to use Onedrive but don't know how to upload to it, please visit the following:
Upload
photos and files to Onedrive.
Please note that any "cleaner" programs such as TuneUp Utilities, CCleaner, etc, by default
will delete .DMP files upon use.
If
your computer is not generating .DMP files, please do the following:
1. Start > type %systemroot%
which should show the Windows folder, click on it. Once inside that folder, ensure there is a Minidump folder created. If not, CTRL-SHIFT-N to make a New Folder and name it Minidump.
2. Windows key + Pause
key. This should bring up System. Click Advanced System Settings on the left > Advanced > Performance > Settings > Advanced > Ensure there's a check-mark for 'Automatically manage paging file size for all drives'.
3. Windows key + Pause
key. This should bring up System. Click Advanced System Settings on the left > Advanced > Startup and Recovery > Settings > System Failure > ensure there is a check mark next to 'Write an event to the system log'.
Ensure Small Memory Dump is selected and ensure the path is %systemroot%\Minidump.
4. Double check that
the WERS is ENABLED:
Start > Search > type services.msc > Under the name tab, find Windows Error Reporting Service > If the status of the service is
not Started then right click it and select Start. Also ensure that under Startup Type it is set to Automatic rather than Manual. You can do this by right clicking it, selecting properties, and under General selecting startup type to 'Automatic', and then click
Apply.

  • B570 - Windows 8 - Blue screen crash & energy management error

I upgraded to windows 8 on the day it came out in the uk with no problems, some of my apps had to be reinstalled but nothing major.
the bluetooth app had to be uninstalled, never use it so not a major issue. the energy managment error just pops up on each start and i just click run without help. Seems to work fine, but would prefer for it not to have to ask me this.
Anyway everything looked to be okay and then i got the blue screen crash. Said something about a kernal crash. This has happened about every 2 days now since the install and is very annoying, just happens very randomly even when the laptop is really fast.
I spoke to lenovo's support team and they said new drivers will be installed automatically and it should resolve. It hasnt.
Was just wondering if there is any fix for this? any new drivers out that have to be installed, or bios settings anything?
    Please help. Thanks

  • Blue Screen Crash with CS3

Seems to me I've been through this in the past but don't recall the solution.
After a harddrive failure on my laptop I installed CS3 on my newly installed harddrive.
I then tried to open Premiere, it crashed with a Windows blue screen error message.
Then, I installed the latest CS3 patch and opened Premiere. While the files
were being cached(or whatever it's called) Premiere crashed again, same blue screen.
The blue screen went by pretty quickly, something about must shut down to prevent harm to computer.
Windows XP, intel duo core processor 2.0 GHz, 2GB RAM..same specs ran on with my old harddrive.

Thanks, Harm. It will help in giving the shop some kind of direction because they miss things even though it is their actual job to know these things.
I've felt that it was running hot, they had mentioned re-appling thermal paste to the processor a couple days ago but didn't stress it.
There are 2 different blue screen issues and one is solved:
    1. The original irreparable crash which prompted me getting a new HD.
    2. The blue screen crash... on the NEW harddrive.... whenever I tried to open Premiere.(which apparently was solved when they re-installed
Windows a 2nd time on my brand new HD because my computer no longer Blue screen crashes when Premiere loads.
Addressing the heat issue could prevent future BSOD crashes and may have prevented the original crash.
Also, does BSOD refer to the irreparable crashes which render your HD useless or ANY crash where a blue screen appears?   I have been using BSOD to refer to a complete/total/final HD crash.

  • Random Blue Screen Crash with 5S and iOS 8.1

Since upgrading to iOS 8.0 my iPhone 5S randomly gets blue screens and then crashes and goes into a loop of boot up, blue screen, reboot, blue screen, reboot...etc. My 5S did this again today when during my upgrade to iOS 8.1 via USB and I was forced to do a factory restore on it. The blue screen is still occurring after the restore and 8.1 upgrade. Is this a known issue? I was hoping this was going to get fixed with 8.1 but unfortunately, it doesn't look like it has.

    Same here,
yesterday i updated my 6 plus 64gb with iTunes.
After the update, my phone crashes (blue screen) in games (Maze Runner) and Safari.
I tried to downgrade to ios 8.0 because i didn't had any problem with 8.0 but iTunes says that the file is not valid "iPhone7,2_8.0_12A365_Restore"

  • Blue Screen Crash with NX6600 AGPx8 with UT2004 only !

    Hello.
    Recently bought a MSI NX6600 VTD128.
Got my old drivers desinstalled, ans used driver cleaner 3 in safe mode to get rid of all old drivers.
Installed without any problem the very spécific driver/panel 7122 furnished by MSI.
Did some tests with my old games : unreal tournament was running very well.
Chronicles of Riddick was simply fine and playable (at last)
Splinter Cell seemed to behave very correctly.
Had a try with my new toy : unreal tournemanent 2004. Made it patched with latest released patch.
It simply crashes randomly, ingame, during lauching, when trying to reduce the application and so on.
Still encountered no others issues with no other games (NOLF2, ET, UT2003 is simply fine and nevers crashes)
    Current software/hardware config :
XP on automatic update since installation.
    CPU - Intel P4 2.8 fsb 800.
MB - Asus P4-PE-X, with latest bios and chipset drivers - lan and audio onboard.
2 IDE drives, 1 CD recorder, no other special peripheral installed.
simple 512 MB 400 Ram stick in slot 0.
Is there any hints ou clues to what's happening and how to correct it ???  PLease !

Thank you for your quick response.
Will give more than one try to your suggestions !
Have already tried previous version (6693) of the driver, but it simply ignored the presence of the card.
    I'm gonna find that 61.77...
    However, new hints :
At reboot windows crash analysis report an unknown driver peripheral error.
Further test with Splinter Cell (bundled) provoked crashes also, with this message from windows crash analysis :
    Error Message: STOP 0x000000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER (Q293078)
Since not a englich technician, I don't catch this " also heard about turning off DEP"
what is DEP an acronym for please ?
    Thanks in advance !

  • What should we do if we're still having blue screen crashes with iTunes 8?

I'm running Vista x64 and iTunes 8 is still unstable for me. It doesn't BSOD regularly, but does it enough to be very annoying. I've already applied the official Apple solution (uninstall/reinstall), but that didn't seem to make much of a difference.
I'm somewhat concerned that the full un/re-install didn't make any change. Is there anyway to check if I'm now running the fixed version of iTunes?
What else can I do to fix this?
BTW, I don't have a HP printer like some other people have mentioned. Actually, I don't have any printer at all attached.

The version is 8.0.0.35, but I thought that was the same for the first (bad) iTunes 8 as well as the second (better?) version.

  • Blue screen crash when I try to burn a CD with iTunes

When I make a mix and then try to burn a CD it acts fine
until more than half way through the burn then I get a blue screen crash with "BADPOOLHEADER" at the top. I have upgraded to the latest version and still have the same problem.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

  • Clicking on firefox icon causes blue screen crash

This began Friday, Feb. 25, about mid day. The only changes to the system that morning were an update to an Adobe plugin, either Flash player or Shockwave, I'm not sure, and an update to the Scottrade Elite desktop trading app. Both of those changes occurred about 0900. The problems began about 1130 when the system, Windows 7 Home Premium had a blue screen crash. From that time on, I have uninstalled each of the apps mentioned. I cannot open Firefox to work on the plugins becuase every time I click on the icon I get a blue screen crash with the words "Page fault in non paged area" at the top. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the Firefox app with no apparent beneficial effect. The Scottrade trading app has been reinstalled and works well, causing no further probs.

    Hello mrcart,
i think it is unlikely that firefox itself is causing an operating system crash, i had some time back an similar issue where a system of a friend of mine was crashing while using IE - thats the only app he used ... the system in his case had faulty ram, and i suspect you are facing some sort of hardware problem or faulty device driver.
Please read this (also lists steps what you can do):
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc957625.aspx
(personally) I would suggest you start by checking your ram, you can do this in two ways:
Search in your Windows 7 Start Menu for "ram", you should find something like "Diagnose your computer´s memory problems"
... Or, you use the memtest86+ tool from here (e.g. download the iso, burn it and boot from the cd):
    http://www.memtest.org/
Check your eventlog for errors (e.g. disk errors, timeouts, etc).
If you cannot track the problem down (i would suspect a hardware problem or faulty device driver ... e.g. it could be your video card driver doing something wrong) you should seek help at your computer manufacturer, an experienced friend, or using some forum.
    kind regards,
    John Kirk.

  • Blue Screen Crash when iTunes version 9.2 accesses iTunes store

I have posted on a previous issue regardng blue screen crash when upgrading to iTunes v9.2 but have done a few other things to try to locate the problem.
Firstly, as this is a shared computer I used a colleagues login details to login into their desktop. Then opened iTunes from there. It opened perfectly normally and found and played music stored on the computer. However, as I had noticed that iTunes was crashing when I was logged in as it was trying to access the iTunes store I then tried to accesss the iTunes store from within iTunes on my colleagues desktop. Hey presto, blue screen crash with the following error:
    * STOP: 0x0000007E (0x0000005, 0xBF271800, 0xA811350c, 0xA8113208)
    * ati3duag.dll - Address BF271800 base at BF16B000, Datestamp 46eb3954
I then restarted my computer, unplugged it from the network and started iTunes in my desktop. It started normally with no problems. I even synchronised my iPhone without any problems to my music and Outlook (Calendar & Contacts).
I removed my iPhone, then tried to access the iTunes music store and guess what it went half way through the process and gave the Blue Screen error again.
Just for completeness sake I did the same thing using my colleagues desktop iTunes access and iTunes did the same thing again (without synching my phone obviously) and when trying to access the store it gets half way through, hangs and then it crashes.
    Any ideas???

    ati3duag.dll
You're having trouble with the drivers for your ATI Radeon video card or display adapter, lord.
If you've got a name brand PC and the video card or display adaptor came installed with the PC, head to the drivers and downloads page for your particular model of PC at the PC manufacturers website and try updating your video driver or display adaptor driver.
If the PC is custom/home-built, or you've added the Radeon to the system yourself, head to the AMD support website (AMD now owns ATI) and look for updated drivers for your particular model of video card or display adaptor.
If you're already up to date on your drivers, or updating didn't help with the BSOD, try heading into your Device manager and reinstalling your video drivers or Display adaptor drivers.
Do any of those measures give you any relief?

  • I HAVE A SONY VAIO WITH WINDOWS VISTA- SUDDENLY I'M GETTING A BLUE SCREEN (crash dump)THAT SHUTS DOWN MY COMPUTER. HOW DO I STOP THIS. ALREADY TRIED TO UNINSTALL AND RE INSTALL. MAY NOT HAVE DONE IT CORRECTLY ?

LAST WEEK STARTED GETTING A BLUE SCREEN (CRASH DUMP) AFTER CLOSING I TUNES, THAT CAUSES MY COMPUTER TO SHUTDOWN. IVE BEEN TOLD BY A PC REPAIR SHOP THAT I DONT HAVE A VIRUS. I DO HAVE ANTIVIRUS PROTECTION ON MY PC. ATTEMPED TO REINSTALL I TUNES BUT MAY NOT HAVE DONE IT CORRECTLY. I STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM. THE BLUE SCREEN ONLY HAPPENS WITH I TUNES. I HAVENT MADE ANY RECENT CHANGES TO MY MUSIC- NO DOWNLOADS /UPLOADS. ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THIS SITUATION? THANKS!!

    Hey Ishland,
You are not alone. I'm getting the same thing I'm running Vista. I'm reading that Windows 8, 8.1 preview, Vista and XP.
I'm thinking this has to be a Apple update to iTunes 11.0.4.4 fix.
    Cheers,

  • IPhone 6 Plus 16GB blue screen crashes: Read, error type:Address map hole or size mis-match

    Hi folks,
Some time ago I had a 16GB 6+ and it crashed with the blue screen, so I returned it. I now have a brand new one that I got from Tmobile ($75 return fee) and although it has mostly worked just fine, I have gotten 2 blue screen crashes. Below are the details from the phone's log.
What strikes me is the message "Read, error type:Address map hole or size mis-match".
Does anyone know if this could be caused by a hardware defect?
I've gotten one of these crashes running iOS 8.1.2 and another in 8.1.3.
    Thanks.

  • N500 with Vista blue screen/crash

Hi there, I bought a N500 (5ZG) with Vista Home Basic three months ago, and generally I'm happy. Unfortunately, every now and then, the system crashes with the blue screen coming up. There's no specific reason that I could identify, meaning it happens independent of what software/application I run
I've upgraded to Vista service pack 2 hoping it would sort it out; it didn't. I also have the latest BIOS update from Lenovo. Has anyone any idea what's going on here? Thanks.

  • Blue Screen Crashes in Windows Server 2008

Our Windows 2008 server which has been running fine for several years now has started to record a series of blue screen crashes in the past week, almost daily.  Our hosting company ran a chkdsk and didn't find any errors. The also ran an sfc scan which
they said identified and fixed several system files, however we are still seeing blue screen crashes.
I have put the minidump from the latest crash in my public skydrive folder at -
