Blue screen--how to resolve

      Blue screen. The problem was not resolved at all.
      I do not know what on earth happen to my notebook, I just use the Quicktime player to see Apple laptop advertisement in apple website, when I were watching the advertisement, there was a stop, and show "window Explore has encountered a problem, and needs to close" subsequently, Blue screen. I just changed the Region and Language from English to Chinese in control panel. Sometimes, I just let the computer stand there for a long time, the blue screen appeared. I had no choice but to use the recovery system to restore the system, even when I use the ThinkVantage to recover the system, the Blue screen appeared again and again. I used the Pc-doctor to detect whether the hardwares are OK or not, but the notebook always locks up and Blue screen when I used the recovery system. It is so frequently that the whole restore can not finished. Just fortunate few times the computer can finish the detection.
All items of memory:                          failure,
CPU: register test:                             abnormal exit
CPU: math register test                     abnormal exit
then blue screen,so other items can not displayed.I need your help.thanks!

i think, you should call Lenovo Service and tell them the infos PC Doctor have shown to you.

YOu can try a reset and restore, one is done by holding down the home and sleep keys, past when you see the red slider, and until you see the silver apple and let it reboot.
The other is accomplished via itunes.
But honestly? even if one of those helps, I'd make an appointment at your local apple store and have htem take a look at it because something may be very wrong with your device and I'd at least want it documented in case it happened again.

That folder with the question mark icon means that the MacBook can't find the boot directory. That can either mean it can't find the hard drive or the Operating System data on the hard drive is somehow corrupted.
Put your install DVD into the optical drive (CD/DVD drive) and reboot. Be sure to either use the disc that came with your Mac, or, if you installed a later Mac OS X version from disc, use the newer disc. As soon as you hear the boot chime, hold down the "c" key on your keyboard (or the Option Key until the Install Disk shows up) until the apple shows up. That will force your MacBook to boot from the install DVD in the optical drive.
Or if you are running 10.7 Lion, boot from the recovery partition (Command +R on boot) and use Disk Utility to repair your OS 10.7 partition.
When it does start up, you'll see a panel asking you to choose your language. Choose your language and press the Return key on your keyboard once. It will then present you with an Installation window. Completely ignore this window and click on Utilities in the top menu and scroll down to Disk Utility and click it. When it comes up is your Hard Drive in the list on the left?
If it is, then click on the Mac OS partition of your hard drive in the left hand list. Then select the First Aid Tab and run Repair Disk. The Repair Disk button won't be available until you've clicked on the Mac OS partition on your hard drive. If that repairs any problems run it again until the green OK appears and then run Repair Permissions. After repairing use Startup Disk from the same menu to choose your hard drive for restarting from your hard drive.
If your hard drive isn’t recognized in Disk Utility then your hard drive is probably dead.

Quit the app store app completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. IMovie 09 - get blue screen when trying to import from camera

I have used previous versions of iMovie without incident. Today when I tried to import some footage from my Sony TRV950 via firewire, all I get is a blue screen with the counter rolling but no import.
I can see the footage playing on my camera.
My camera is listed as DV-VCR (DV) in the import window.
Any tips?

I had the same issue with the blue screen. To resolve it I quit imovie and unplugged firewire cable. Started imovie the plugged in firewire. Created a new event, went to import, clicked play, selected add to event( the one I just created)
and it started playing and imported fine.

Blue screen - Import to iMovie
When I want to import movies from my Canon MV850i there only appears a blue screen. Although I can access (play, stop etc.) my camera via iMovie, I cannot import movies. I tried both ways, automatic and manual, but the results remained the same. According to the Apple Hotline it is a problem of my camera which is not supported by Apple. Are there possibilities to import?

Starting computer only. Blue screen appears, how do I resolve this?

I recently had to upgrade my hard drive on my MacBook pro 13 inch 2010. I reinstalled my back up from time machine and performed an update. Aft that it has not worked and only displays a blue screen and nothing else. Does anyone have any suggestions to remedy this?

I believe you should reinstall the full three step way:
Uninstall (ticking the box to delete the preferences), run the Cleaner Tool, and reinstall.

How can I resolve issue with Blue screen feature?

I am able to use the green screen feature ( using a green screen background), but when I use a blue screen background and I use the blue screen feature, it does not work. The background on the video with the blue screen turns RED and I see that video and not the selected background with the special effects.
