Blue tooth compatibility for hand off feature

Is the hand off compatibility between newer and older devices (MacBook Pros) going to be bridged somehow by Yosemite or a plug-in? If not, does this mean hand off will only work on brand new computers/mobile devices?

File transfer via bluetooth has never been a feature of any legit iphone/ipad.

Blue tooth driver for windows 7 for samsung galaxy s5

I was told by Samsung that they don't provide the blue tooth driver for Windows 7 for their Galaxy S5 cellphone. They said that the maker of the PC is responsible for that. I don't see any drivers for blue tooth devices of any kind being provided by HP, so I'm thinking that what the Samsung rep can't be correct. Nonetheless, I'm posting this post in hopes someone may know if there 1. is a driver and 2. where to get it. I have a HP Media Center m7050y (PX153AV) CTO Desktop PC that is running Windows 7 Ultimate. I of course have a blue tooth doggle in one of my USB ports and it is working correctly. I know this because I have other blue tooth devices running. Any help will be appreciated.

You have a functioning blue tooth dongle.
Other blue tooth devices are working correctly.
Samsung would have to provide blue tooth driver support. Or contact the blue tooth dongle manufacturer for assistance.
Your HP PC shipped with Win XP. Blue tooth driver support/ hardware was not available when your PC was manufactured.

No, the bluetooth profile in the iPad does not provide that
capacity. Can your netbook be a wifi transmitter? If yes,
you can connect to the internet via htc-phone and pass
the connection to the netbook which will connect via wifi
to iPad. I am not familiar with the hardware in netbooks nor
the capabilities of Windows, so what I am suggesting looks
good in theory but the reality may not allow it. Still worth
checking into.

I drive a truck so I use a Blueparrot BT150. Crystal clear reception, and no one, and I have asked, can tell that I am on a headset. Best noise cancelling mic on the market in my opinion. BUT, it is bigger than most headsets and some people don't like that.
On the smaller side...finally found what my wife and I think is the best bang for the buck for hers. The Jabra BT 530 Blackmagic. Its small, lightweight, and from my experience talking to her, an extremely good noise cancelling mic.

Use Type > Fill with Placeholder Text to generate lots of text. Select some text, then use Window > Info to display the number of selected words. Expand or contract the selection by holding Shift, or Shift+Cmd/Ctrl, and pressing arrow keys. When you have the number of words you want, copy, press Escape, click an empty spot on a page, then paste; the copied text appears in is own text frame. Select the frame and use Object > Fitting > Fit Frame to Content contain all the text within the frame.
Search Google for terms like "InDesign placeholder text" without quotes for info on changing the actual placeholder text, and also info on a text generator.

BLUE TOOTH DRIVERS FOR 845E MAX2

It just frosts me that msi didnt put any link to download the drivers for the bluetooth add on it came with the board and the disk is toast so what now guys? And ps maybe it would be ok to have your own driver for usb 2.0 that way you dont have to have resellers install the service pack (God knows that does nasty things to a system)
I bought the board from msi not microsoft :P besides i hate installing service packs means i have to set up the account for the end user not a hardware set up issue.
Ps If you can get a link to the blue tooth or the updated drivers pre sp1 would be nice later all

I have looked into the issue you are having with Bluetooth and came across some documents that may help you resolve the Bluetooth issue. The first document I found is called Using Bluetooth Devices. This document may be helpful because it walks you through connecting devices. The second document I found is called Understanding and troubleshooting Bluetooth wireless technology. This document has other helpful information about drivers, making sure everything is bluetooth enabled, fixing bluetooth problems, etc. Have you tried to update the driver that is currently installed? Have you tried doing the updates in Safe Mode?Have you tried in the Device Manager to uninstall the driver that is currently installed? You could try to uninstall the driver you currently have, restart the Notebook and then reinstall the newer driver either from the HP ENVY 15-j084ca Notebook PC Driver's Page (although there is not a driver specified in the Windows 10 column, there is a Windows 8.1 Version of the Driver put out on July 31st, that should work) or you could use the HP Support Assistant. Hands off feature issue !!!

I have downloaded the Yosemite 10.10 on my mac book air and i wanted to use the hands of feature between my macbook air and Iphone 5s - iOS 8.0.2 and i am unable to use it.
I have tried to re-start the computer and phone as advised in some forums and also followed the guidelines to the T, still the feature doesn't work.
Please assist on the problem.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select

My apple keyboard will not pair with my iPad2. It worked at one time. The keyboard does function with my iPhone. Does this possibly mean that the Blue Tooth is not functioning in my iPad? Is there a way to check? My software is up-to-date on my iPad.

Keyboards Can only be paired with one device at the time so if it's paired with another device IN range it Will not pair with the ipad

Desktop software and blue tooth connection for text messaging

I'm a new Blackberry Torch user and have really gotten used to using the desktop software that came with the Nokia phone I had previously. I assumed that Blackberry would have the same or better desktop to phone compatibility, but have found the Blackberry desktop software to be only mediocre. Where is the ability to send and receive text from the desktop, via Bluetooth connection?
Is this an option that has to be downloaded separately or does it even exist? Why isn't it possible to sync pictures and just about anything via Bluetooth? Using to cord is not only inconvenient but archaic. I've owned and loved the Palm Tungsten E2, which was doing this years ago. Is it possible to use the desktop from another company so that I can use the features that I'm used to? And since I am new to Blackberry, do these things already exist, but I haven't connected to them yet? I would like to continue using the Nokia Ovi Suite if possible. Thanks in advance for your time.
