Bluescreen on a S20 4105 with Windows 7 64 when populating DIMM6

I have a new S20 4105 and want to install 24 GB Memory. I have 6 x 4 GB Modules Kingston KTL-313E/4G. Windows 7 64 works fine with 5 DIMMs installed. When i install DIMM6 i get a Bluescreen when booting Windows. The Memory Modules are OK. Every Test under DOS (Memtest, PC-Doctor from Lenovo) says: 24 GB RAM are OK. I get the bluescreen too, when i try to enter Diagnostics via F11with installed 24 GB Memory. I use a quadro FX3800.
How can i use 24 GB RAM?

It's going to be hard to figure something like this out, but there's a chance that there's something with the Kingston memory causing a problem. One suggestion (and probably the one you'll get from the tech support lines) is to use official Lenovo options for these parts. These parts would be tested and officially supported on S20. Probably not the answer you're looking for unfortunately.
The only other suggestion I have would be to remove any additional HW that you might have installed from the base config to make sure it's the memory causing your issue.

We recently migrated to SP 2013 from SP 2010. We are using most of the OOB features, with a few custom code. We have implemented a custom ASP.NET Membership Provider that authenticates against a web service. This was working fine on SP 2010.
The entire code base was migrated to SP 2013 (with .net fw 4.5, etc) and any issues Compile / Runtime were fixed. However, we are stuck at one bug, which seems to be occuring only while trying to login with Windows Authentication. When a user tries to login
with Forms Authentication, the error is never noticed.
Scenrio: Login as Windows Authentiction.
Result: The user is signed into the system and is authenticated against the AD. For random page loads - it throws access denied (even though he is a site collection admin). While attaching a debugger, we found that, at times the SPWeb.CurrentUser is null (weird).
At the same time, the HttpContext.Current.Request.IsAuthenticated returns true. Which means the User is Authenticated, but not available in the SPWeb.CurrentUser object.
Attached are couple of ULS Logs that we found. The line which says IsAuthenticated=True, UserIdentityName=, ClaimsCount=0 is a little disturbing. Can you please let me know what is happening here? I am not able to access the root site (http://win2012d2:1234/)
however, i am able to access (http://win2012d2:1234/SitePages/Home.aspx) just fine, without any issues.
Please note, this error is only when the user is logged into sharepoint as a windows user. The forms user faces no such issues.

According to your description, my understanding is that the error occurred when users login with Windows Authentication.
From the error message, I recommend to check if the anonymous access is enabled for the web application.
And please also make sure that the users all are available and have permission to access the site.

You will never be able to open your raw files from your new camera in CS4.
You need version 8.7.1 of the Camera Raw plug-in (ACR), which only runs in CS6 and higher.
You need to locate, download, install and run the free, stand-alone application Adobe DNG Converter on each batch of raw files from that camera, in order to convert them to raw DNG files that can be subsequently opened by ACR in CS4.
Remember you need to launch and run the DNG Converter on each folder (not files) containing your Canon raw files. THe DNG Converter doesn't do it magically for you just sitting on your HD.
Or you can upgrade.

You need to discard or save to an external disk and then discard some of the stuff we all tend to keep forever (movies, music, pictures, docs, apps no longer used, etc.). A clogged up disk also does not function ideally either.

Do you mean names and passwords in the Password Manager or do you mean that you are no longer logged on to (remembered by) websites after closing and restarting Firefox?
There is a difference between remembering the name and password in the Password Manager and a "remember me" check box on a web page to log you in automatically.<br />
The latter usually involves the creation of a special "remember me" cookie that is stored on your computer and that is send to the server.<br />
If that "remember me" cookie is removed or gets corrupted or is not send to the server then the server won't remember you anymore and you need to sign in once again.
In case you are using "Clear history when Firefox closes":
*do not clear the Cookies
*do not clear the Site Preferences
*do not clear the Saved Passwords
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history": [X] "Clear history when Firefox closes" > Settings

If you’ve successfully done this upgrade on the same computer/configuration or you have authoritative references that state that it is not possible then I NEED YOUR HELP.
I installed a Toshiba 3TB (DT01ACA300) internal SATA disk drive as the 3rd HDD drive in the above mentioned computer. The computer has a 500GB primary boot drive and a 1.0TB drive used only for data storage and initialized as MBR. The disks are JBOD (no RAID).
I have updated the BIOS to the latest version that I was able to find on the Lenovo support page.

The 3TB drive is initialized and reinitialized as GPT (not MBR)
I found updates for the Intel RST console and driver. The driver is now at 9.6.0.1014 (July 7, 2010)
When viewed through the Intel RST console, the 3TB disk is correctly identified as a 3TB (2.862 TB) drive and its status is Normal. The Windows Device Manager and the Disk Manager both report 764308MB of storage.
I have found articles reporting similar, but not identical problems. The only clue I have that it might not be possible to upgrade to a 3TB disk is a post in this community, however it is a reference to RAID configurations and not JBOD.
It refers (rather vaguely) to a BIOS limitation. Based on what I see so far a BIOS limitation would be my best guess. I had originally discounted that possibility because Lenovo is normally good about updating their BIOS (that’s one of the reasons I purchase their products) and this seems like functionality that their customers would have been demanding for years. Toshiba has been patently useless. They recommend that you have it “installed by a professional”, thus abdicating all responsibility for installation instructions. They provide no instructions of any kind. If I had it to do over again, I would stick with Seagate. There have been a lot of DOA problems reported with Seagate, but they do try to offer some help with installation problems.
Thanks in advance for both responding with either firsthand experience with upgrading this configuration or authoritative references, and not responding if you have neither.

I haven't responded to this thread due to lack of bandwidth...I simply haven't had time to dig a working S20 out from the pile of old systems to check this issue out.
First, you need to realize that 3TB drives simply didn't exist (or at least certainly were not qualified) when the S20 platform was in development. So it's not exaclty "Lenovo being silent" on the issue, but rather the issue simply didn't exist when the platform was being developed (along with it's specifications and other publications).
S20 also does not utilize UEFI BIOS. UEFI BIOS is required for supporting bootable partitions greater than 2.2TB. Since you're attempting to use this 3TB disk as a 3rd (data) drive, I don't suspect you're running into the this particular issue.
It's odd that RSTe is reporting something different than what Windows/disk management is reporting. Since the Intel console is reporting the size correctly, I suspect you're running into some sort of driver/SW issue. Out of curiosity, do you know if you're running SP1 on your version of win7? or is is the original RTM release?
I'm not aware of any chipset limitations on drive partiition size with the ICH10R (and your observation of the Intel console reading the drive correctly appears to back this up). I'd really have to pull a system out and start experimenting to try to debug what's going on, and as of late, I simply haven't had the extra bandwidth to look into it. If I had to guess just off the top of my head with the info provided, I'd say Windows might not be using the correct driver for the controller for some reason.
Additionally, the assertion you make about "Lenovo includes an external controller in the models they sold in RAID configurations" is simply not correct. SATA RAID is supported natively via the ICH10R controller. The upgraded discrete Marvell controller was offered mainly as a way for S20 customers to gain SAS support, as well as better overall controller performance than the base ICH10R offering.

i got an answer to use archive function from Mr. Romano:
I did as you said, but it did not work, I get the dummy video with no real video.
I had no menu yet on the video.
What came in my mind when I read your e-mail, on one PC is WIndows 8.1 64 bit and on the other Windows 7 32 bit.
When I load the videos from the camrecorder (tape) with Premiere Elements without doing something, I can switch to the other PC and it works.

Therein is what I believe is your problem. You in all likelihood do not have a codec problem of any kind, rather Premiere Elements 12 project on Windows 8.1 64 bit with disconnect between it source media and the project file. Here is how it goes.
When you import a file into Premiere Elements project, what you have in Premiere Elements is a copy of the original which is still at its hard drive save location. But the project must trace back to that original on its hard drive save location.
You may have the project.prel (project file) opening in Premiere Elements 12 on the second computer, but what I suspect to be the case is that you do not have the project media on that second computer.
If so....On the first computer, archive the project with File Menu/Project Archiver and its Copy Project option. Transfer the resulting saved Copied Folder to a USB Flash Drive which will be used to transfer the Copied Folder to the second computer. In the second computer, open the Copied Folder, right click the project.prel file in the Copied Folder, select Open With, and then Premiere Elements 12.
Did you set up disc menu in the Premiere Elements 12 Windows 7 64 bit project?

I have made a Video on one PC with Premiere Emements 12 and want to continue on a PC with the same Premiere Elements 12 on and Windows 8.1. The systen wants other Codec.
What can I do?
By the way with Magix is it possible to work on both PC.
