Hi,
My bluettoth adapter went missing one day suddely. I checked in network connection and device manager but its not showing up anywhere. Went to lenovo website and installed drivers but still nothing is happening

I ordered a configured ThinkPad W520 off Lenovo.com for USD1500 yesterday. Later when I went back to check my order status, to my surprise some parts were either shown up incorrectly or simply missing.

Bluetooth is missing from device manager

As you can see that bluetooth is missing from device manager.I have also installed energy management but only wireless tab apppears.I m using windwos 8 pro 64 bit..
i have also tried to install windwos 7 bluetooth driver in compatabilty but it doesnt appear in device manager but after installing in compatability mode bluetooth appeared in PC SETTINGS-->>DEVICES.But it was grayed.
Please help me.

you need to post your model number which can be found on the system itself, please see following link, or post the Lenovo part number. This will enable Shiva to check that your system should have Bluetooth; not all G470s have Bluetooth.

Intel PRO/Wireless 5100 drivers for Thinkpad T400 missing from lenovo site

Hi,
There is wireless drivers missing from lenovo´s download site.

Bluetooth adapter missing

After years of reliable service, my bluetooth adapter quit last night on my Mac Pro 5,1 (mid 2010) 12 core tower. I have been using Apple's wireless keyboard, magic mouse, magic trackpad, bluetooth keypad, and logitech wireless headset until I went to launch a Steam game and the mouse just quit moving. Of course I changed batteries, etc and finally found and tried my old wired keyboard and mouse.
When I go into System Information and look at the Bluetooth section under Hardware I have ?No information found" for the bluetooth adapter. Everything else looks like it should with no errors. The bluetooth status in the status bar is grayed out with a Not Available message.
So I am looking for an apple replacement part for the bluetooth adapter as I understand that EFI firmware updates require an integrated bluetooth adapter or you lose keybpard support for that process I would also like to know if anyone has tried other third-party bluetooth dongles or add-in cards with success.

I'm back and working, I reset the NVRAM.
To do so, follow these simple steps:
Power off the Mac Pro
On a wired keyboard press Command+P+R and hold them
Power on the Mac Pro
While continuing to hold the COMMAND+P+R keys wait for the system to boot into the System Utilities screen. At that point all the wireless (bluetooth) devices were working so I restarted the Mac.
If anyone has any third-party bluetooth adapter suggestions I'd love to hear about them all the same.

Bluetooth button missing from iChat Video Conference window

I normally use a bluetooth headset when in an iChat video conference. Tiger has a button on the bottom edge of the video screen to select or deselect the bluetooth headset. This button is missing in Leopard forcing you to go into the preferences panel and select the device there.
Did I miss an option somewhere?

I have not heard of this in iChat 3.
As no-one else has answered I would guess it is a feature many others are unaware of.

Bluetooth Icon missing from the notification tray on my Z61m

Trying to utilize my Bluetooth features on my Z61m. Several instructions tell me to access the Bluetooth Icon in the notification area of my display; however it is not there & we have been unable to locate the necessary information available to us. We have checked on the firmware for the latest version & are currently running V2.1.211.299

I need Vista driver for Windows PE2.1 so i can use PXE boot on Altiris Deployment solution.

Bluetooth adapter DBT-122 from DLink. compliant with JSR-82?

Hi I have a Bluetooth adapter DBT-122 from DLink.
I would like to program java application in my PC using bluetooth USB adapter. I have a driver called widcomm for it. I am wondeing whether the driver and adapter are JAR-82 compliant.
I checked with with Dlink and Broadcom which took over widcomm and they gave me no replies. Is there anyone who knows it? If not, dow do I do about the driver and adapter? I am very eager to do programming in java application for Bluettoth in PC to talk with cellphone.

Low quality is not a problem. I work in an office that forbids ANY ambient music in the background (!!), and since I have to interact with others I need to keep an ear open rather than having a stereo headset mounted on my head. Having a single ear listening to some 'tunes is ideal, and the freedom of going wireless is very appealling! It would give me the ability to block out the annoying and distracting conversations for when my own concentration on the task at hand is critical, and also give me the freedom to move about without being tethered.
I've ordered a DBT-120 bluetooth adapter. It had *better* work to pipe my iTunes songs to the headset! I've got both Mac and Windows machines in front of me at my desk, but prefer to use the Mac. The current iogear bluetooth adapter I have does work on Windows, so I guess I have an option even if the DBT-120/Mac combination doesn't work out.

MISSING ROXIO from Lenovo recovery DVD install

Need help!!!!
Installed recovery OS from the Lenovo DVD's shipped to me and Roxio or IBM recordnow didn't get included in the install. Was hoping not to have to request another set of recover software from Lenovo.
They have an FTP site with updates etc. was wondering if anyone had the link to get to the Roxio software that i am missing for Vista 64 bit. Thankyou

If you have received recovery discs for Vista X64 I presume you have a T61 as you are posting in the T board.
Have you an entry in Start > Programs called Multimedis Center? This is where the Roxio software should be.

Missing link to Adapter Engine from XI 3.0 web start page.

All,
After deploying sda's for adapter framework core, framework and XI tools the Link to the Adapter Engine from the XI start page is now missing.
Any ideas??

Hello Linwood ,
the adapter engine is not longer a seperate application in XI3.0, rather it is a completly integrated part of XI3.0. You can configure the XI3.0 adapter engine only from the integration directory's communication channel which replaces the end point from XI2.0.

Missing Dragon - X1 back from lenovo after a full factory recovery

I just got my X1 back from lenovo after a full factory recovery (they had to replace my system board).
As you can see, I have the new X1, and yet Dragon is missing (it is factory pre-load at this stage, all the lenovo preloaded apps included except for Dragon).
Can anybody help me please?
I have seen many other posts resolved but those involved Lenovo staff sending information offline, so the posts do not help at all.

Is there a bluetooth adapter for my Samsung printer that lets me connect by bluetooth from my Mac to the printer

I have a MacBook with OSX 10.9.5. It prints fine to my Samsung ML2525W printer via direct USB cable. I'd like to be able to print using bluetooth. Is there a bluetooth adapter I can attach to my printer to send documents to the printer via Bluetooth on my computer? The bluetooth on the laptop and my MacMini work fine for sending files between the 2 computers, just not to the printer. I do NOT have a wireless network but rather use a Verizon Mifi Mobile Hotspot for all my Internet access from both computers, iPad, iPhone.
