Bluetooth Automatically Answering

Hi, I own an iPhone 3GS with iOS 4.2.1 on it, and I used to be able to connect my car Bluetooth, a Parrot CK3100 perfectly while it was running iOS 3.1.2. Now, after it has been upgraded to iOS 4.2.1, I have to manually reconnect my iPhone to the Bluetooth every time I reboot the iPhone, and the Bluetooth always automatically answers the call for me after one ring. I'm not sure how to fix this, please help me out, thanks.

Ck-7w car kit automatic answer

I have a ck-7w car kit and a 6233 phone connecting through pop port I woudl like to have automatic answer I have gone into enhancements and switched on automatic answer but still does not work, is this function available?

There is no direct link for the Black berry to have a wired connection into the CK-7W
You could purchase a Brodit charging cradle for the Blackberry where the charger is connected to a cigarette lighter (or have it wired into the car behind the dash) and then connect to the CK-7W over Bluetooth.

Automatic answering of calls using sbh52

Hello!
I am not able to figure out how to make my sbh52 bluetooth device answer calls from my Xperia Z1 automaticly (without pressing any buttons). I also have an Samsung S-2 connected and it works fine with that because it has an automatic setting oppurtunity for incoming calls when using headsets or bluethooth devices. No such setting opputunity on the Z1...? Or...?

As far as I know, there are no auto answer function as standard in SBH52 or your Xperia Z1. Perhaps, you can find a third party application from Google Play with this function. Search on "Auto answer" for example.

Disable Skype Automatic Answering!!

Skype automatically answers my incoming calls, even though I have unchecked "Answer Incoming Calls Automatically" under "Call Settings."
Even stranger is that this happens for every other call. Sometimes, voicemail will pick up, and sometimes, Skype will just automatically answer.
This is a maddening scenario.
I have my voicemail set up so that "Send unanswered calls to voicemail" is checked, and that calls are supposed to be sent to voicemail after 20 seconds, if I :reject a call" or am "already on a call."
I have one app that I use, and that is PrettyMay Call Recorder.
I had a subscription and an online phone number for a year, and never had this problem, even with the PrettyMay app. When my subscription and phone number ran out, I waited a few days before renewing. I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but this is driving me insane.
I've tried to update Skype twice within the past few days, and the updates failed. I am still running 5.5.0.124
How do I stop having Skype automatically answer my calls?

I do. I have MP3 Skyupe Recorder 3.1 and btplayerctrl.exe (bluetooth).
I rarely have the skype recorder on and have had it long before this began happenig.
I have in the more recent past started using AfterShock Bluetooth. Bluetooth selection at times will reset itself to regular speakers and microphone. I find that I have to connect the bluetooth, open skype, make sure the microphone and speaker are set to bluetooth. Then shut down skype and bring it back up. Then the selection will stick with bluetooth. I find that windows loads the bluetooth drivers every instance a bluetooth is reconnected. I am now on instance 68. It is clear that bluetooth has not been perfectly addapted in windows 7 as it has been for my galaxy s3 and ipad.
I thought it may be google voice as I had been routing calls in but after removing google voice it is clearly not it as I am still getting automatic answering.
I have not removed skype recorder from my computer.

I have the same issue, after a use Bluetooth, and turn it off, it will turn on later automatically.
I can only surpass it by rebooting

Is there a way to create a drop down menu with an automatic answer dependent on what is chosen? An if-then statement perhaps? I am looking to add over 100 drop down options and would like to have a message automatically pop up depending one which option they chose. Thank you.

You would use the skip logic to conditionally show form items based on the selection within the drop-down menu. Here's a link to a description of the feature in our help documentation:

HP LaserJet M1536dnf MFP doesn't automatically answer faxes

My new HP LaserJet M1536dnf MFP does not automatically answer fax calls. I do not have a phone hooked up or an answering machine/voicemail. The 'Answer Mode' is 'Automatic'.
We use an analog converter to connect it to our internal digital VOIP phone system. The prior MFP that was connected didn't have any issues with answering/printing faxes.
I can see "Incoming call" on the display but it just rings and rings. If you press the 'Start Fax' button when it's ringing, then it will proceed with connecting and receive the fax, otherwise it eventually drops the call. This is not good seeing that a lot of faxes come in when the office is closed or otherwise unattended.
I tried the "Fax/Tel" setting, but that didn't work either.

I see by your post that the faxes won't come through when set to automatic or Fax/Tel, but you can manually receive the fax. I can help you with this.
Update the printer's firmware.
HP LaserJet Pro M1536dnf Multifunction Printer Drivers.
Select your operating system, click next, click the link for firmware.
Please check your private messages for the reset for the printer, I have seen this resolve this issue previously.

HP laserjet 1536dnf - Automatic answer mode stopped answering

When my printer was installed and I set up incoming faxes for automatic answer mode at 5 rings, it worked great for about 2 weeks then stopped answering. Now the only way for me to receive faxes is manually. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am currently using a dedicated fax analog line.

I see by your post that the printer stopped auto answering the faxes.
I can help you with this issue.
I would do a power reset to see if that will resolve the issue.
With the printer still turned on, disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer.
Then disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet.
Wait 10 seconds and reconnect the power cable back to the wall outlet first, then the back of the printer and power it on again.
Make sure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (don't use a power hub or a surge protector)
Update the printer's firmware.

I have made the following customizing settings to activate customer integration with business partner, but the problem is when I create a BP with a role (FI-Customer) the customer is not created automatically.
1. Set BP Role Category for Direction BP to Customer
Roles: FLCU00 - Business Partner FI Customer (FS: BP)
FLCU01 - Business Partner Customer (FS: BP)
2. Defined the Number assignment for Direction BP to customer
4. Customer account group and numbering is also defined.
3. Created a BP with BP Role FLCU00, I can see the Customer - General Data tab, but no customer was automatically generated by the system.
Kindly let me know if any customizing I have missed.

Are you planning to keep your computer running all the time? I would recommend to look at your e-mail provider to see whether you can set an automatic answer. E.g. Gmail has this built in. Go to the webmail of your provider.
btw. don't make people smarter than they are, 'I am on holiday and there's nobody home at my home address' might not have the effect you are looking for :)

USB, how do i turn off automatic answering

I just bought a USB dongle BToes and I want to turn off automatic answering... When BT connected the phone rings twice and then it is automatically tanken

XP, IBM t30, SonyE T630
Communication is working just fine between my phone and BT
Do you know how to turn auto answer off?
(I tested my phone and an internal usb on an T41 and it dosent automatically take the calls?)

Automatic answering when headset on

on my old windows mobile based phone, I could set an "automatic answer" option, so when a headset was connected, it automatically "lifted the handle" of the phone (after a few rings to alert me) to start the phone call communication.
Is there a similar option in iPhone 4?

No, that's not a feature available on an iPhone. Just for kicks, I checked my Android phone. It doesn't have it, either. Made me realize I haven't seen that feature on any of my phones in several years.
