i am trying to load my phone book from my phone to LG-sat nav and in car phone it recognises the LG-BT but when i try and load phone book,it says no bluetooth available the phone is 6111

Blue soleil often gives problems.
Try connecting blue Soleil to phone instead of trying to connect phone to blue soleil. I too use it. Sometimes it plays up. Sometimes you may have to uninstall and reinstall Blue soleil to get connected to phone.

Bluetooth conection problems

I am trying to conect my ipad air with IOS 7.1.2 and also my I phone 4s also with IOS 7.1.2 to my I mac IOS 10.6.8 via bluetooth the computer finds them but can't connect saying the devices dont have the necessery services also the phone wont pick up the i pad any ideas anyone ?

Why do you want to connect via Bluetooth? To be honest there is no reason I can think of to do so. I would recommend connecting the devices via Wi-Fi or use the wired connections that came with the IOS devices and use iTunes for syncing.

Problem bluetooth conection - push objects fail

I have a problem connecting my bluetooth hands free with my new BB Q5, the problem is when my bluetooth device try to retrieve the contacts using push objects. Maybe it is a bit old device, but it works fine if i can avoid this, I did it in my old BB bold, but i cannot disble the pushobjects option on my new Q5,or unless I don´t know how to do it.
Please anybody konw how to disble this option, on configuration - bluetooth ...select the conection and manage I cannot turn this part off.

Hi I hope i can help. try deleting your call log on the BB and also clear memory (device options, security, clear memory). I have an audi and could pair the BB 310 with the car. After some time the phonebook did not transfer and if i tried manually it gave me the message unable to locate object push server. Since I have cleared the call log and memory, i no longer have a problem. I however suggest you do this often if you use your phone extensively, because the call log history cloggs up the memory.....

6111 Bluetooth conection

Greetings. I am a user new to both the 6111 and Bluetooth. I successfully connected yesterday and was able to transfer music files OK. Today I cannot get the PC to detect/connect to my phone. The phone is properly paired and the Bluesoleil device search shows it connected. My phone settings are all ok. Bluetooth is on, my PC is shown as a paried device and my phone's visibility is shown to all. But still no joy, but i do detect a neighbour's phone!!.
Any suggestions?

Hello again. Well today it chose to work OK - cannot think why as the settings remained the same. One noticeable difference was in the Bluesoleil main window where there was a pulsing red signal from my phone icon to the sun motif. This did not happen last time, so presumably something was blocking the signal from the phone, despite the settings as described. Maybe just a blip, hopefully, but if it happens again or I find out what caused it I will post a rejoinder.

Bluetooth conectivity with windows vista

I have just downloaded all the new updates 683.14.1. I still can not get the Bluetooth to work between my n73 & my vista computer. Can anybody help, thank you

Thank you for all your help however I could not get my N73 to work with my VAIO C2Z/B. Having said that I have rectified my problem by removing the Toshiba stack and replacing it with the microsoft stack. Now everything works just great. I found this information on another site. See below -

I just picked up a VKB to use with my Vaio UX380, and was having the same problems as others - "Detection of services failed" during pairing.
The problem is simply the Toshiba bluetooth stack.
The links to other stacks provided by the admins here were all trial versions as far as I could tell. I installed the updated Toshiba stack from the link provided, but it doesn't actually work. It just complains that the trial period is already over and shuts down.
The secret is to ditch the **bleep**py Toshiba stack completely and use the Windows stack. The Windows stack (at least in Vista Business) works great with the VKB and still works with my cell phone for EVDO tethering.
Step by Step Instructions:
Go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs, and uninstall "Windows Bluetooth Stack by Toshiba"
Afterwards, Windows will complain that it can't find a driver for your "UGX" - that's your bluetooth adapter.
(I followed some instructions found elsewhere on the web to edit my c:\windows\inf\bth.inf file, to add the Vaio's built in PnP ID to the file, but I'm pretty sure that wasn't necessary, since windows didn't want to use its built-in driver anyway, and I had to select one of the pre-existing adapter types. If these instructions here don't work for you, see below just in case)
Go to Device Manager and find the "UGX" with the exclamation point, and "Update Device Driver". Tell it you'll find the software, and when it gives up, tell it to show you all hardware available. Select Bluetooth, and then "Alps USB Bluetooth Adapter". Let it install the drivers.
After a restart, your bluetooth adapter should be functioning normally, but with the Windows stack instead of the Toshiba one.
And as by magic it all works at last

I got problem with S9 Motorola bluetooth conecting it to the music

hi i brought the S9 Motorola bluetooth but im not able to pair it for the music it works fine when i make a phone call etc but i cant find a way to litsen on music through the S9
i brought it for 60 pounds thats about 120 dollars.... so it is not really cheap hop it can work on the iphone 3g

There are lots and lots of posts on this that a search will bring up.
Its done that way on purpose because Apple is very concerned about people using bluetooth to share music and copyrighted files with each other. It is not a feature that will be added to the iPhone in our lifetimes, unless Apple suddenly just decides they don't care about DRM, which will never happen, since they are the number one proponent of it.
THe bluetooth is for cordless headsets for phonecalls only.

Bluetooth conection to car phone

Hi last week i bought a new car and paired the z10 to the phone no problem i then had a update notice on my phone i downloaded the update but my phone will not ring or take call throught the phone how do i get rid of the update as nissan say the car phone is fine its the phone . help

Sometimes unfortunately the auto company people don't know a lot about BlueTooth devices and how to set them up. So, you may need to dig further.
Before you go back to them, check if your Bluetooth is turned on. Swipe down from the top edge of the screen. There is a Bluetooth icon in the top right of the icons which come down. Is it blue or white? If it's white, then it's turned off and you just need to touch that icon to turn Bluetooth on.
Dig deeper by pressing on the word BlueTooth. Does it show that your car's bluetooth is paired. It should show the name of the car's bluetooth (I don't know if it will appear as your car model but that's determine by your car's system.) If it's grey then it's just not connected. It should however say "Paired" on the right side. If it's not paired or doesn't appear, then you just need to pair it again with the Bluetooth on your car.

E90 Bluetooth Conection with Volvo S80

I now have my 3th Nokia Comminicator, but still unable to communicate with my Volvo S80 blutooth system...
I find it unbelievable that one of the finest car producers in Scandinavian, Volvo and the top phone producer in Scandinavia Nokia can't find a solution on well working partnership between Nokia Mobile Phone, and Volvo car radio with Blue tooth phone connection.
Here I have a wonderful Nokia E90 and an Excellent Volvo S-80, but they don’t talk to each other??? Amazing here in year 2008!
My problem is that phone book, last call; incoming call etc. doesn’t show up at the cars display panel. Therefore I have to handhold my Nokia in order to call my Contact persons from my car. And that is despite I am sitting in a hand free and safety proclaimed environment.
Maybe it is me who haven’t found the solution on this problem. Otherwise: “Shame on you Volvo!”
If someone has a solution, please give me the golden key.

I have same problem here, new V70 2008 and communicator E90 - telephone book, last answered/called calls cannot be seen. The software of the bluetooth telephone updated in Volvo service today but it did not help. After that I tried my daughter's Nokia 6300 and it worked perfectly. So the communicator E90 itself is the problem.
It would be nice to hear if someone find another solution than change the communicator.

HT204368 My bluetooth conects with both cars, however, the phone audio is not played thru the cars speakers (it did in the past)

My iphone 4s used to connect with my car's bluetooth seamlessly, until the other day. It shows that it is connected on the car screen, but no audio from the phone call is played thru the car. I have to use the speaker phone to hear the phone call and hold the phone to my mouth for people to hear me. This happens in my car and my wife's car. Any ideas???

Well, to rule out any issues with the phone software I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Bluetooth conection N95 range rover

I have a rangerover 2006 model and a Nokia N95 it pairs up ok but when i try to make a call nothing happens won't dial or no audio. But with sony erricson w800 no problem
is there any N95 bluetooth updates.

you have the same problem as the rest of us im affraid i have the n95 and its the last nokia product i will ever buy totally usless tech support i was told there is only 1 car kit it works with,a dam shame when you have a quality kit built into the car same here with a new mondeo everyones been waiting months for a fix that imo will never come read here

E70 Bluetooth Conection with Volvo S80

I have just changed my 6230i for a new E70. The 6230 would pair with the Bluetooth system on my Volve S80 and worked fine. I could access the phone book, it syncronised and all the functions worked as they should. I can't get the E70 to even pair with the car.
When I activate the pairing option on the car a little bluetooth icon appears in brackets on the phone display so the are communicating but the car then says it can't find the device.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to sort this.

thanks fro your hints, which I will try next week (Volvo must update to the newest Bluetooth firmware first, but I doubt this will solve the problem).
Regarding selecting/sorting entries for copying via OPP,there is an easier way to do so by first copying to the SIM card memory (mine is limited to 250 entries). E61 does this already (1 phone number for one name) by copying from phone memory to SIM (standard function). If more phone numbers under same entry, it creates more entries with single number.
In Nokia forums, one can find an utility to prepare and copy from S60 phones (E61 one of them) to Nokia BT car kit called "810". All sorting and syntax checks are done by this utility (freeware). I think it is worth of try, have a look at "http://www.expansys.ch/ft.aspx?k=97853" where some people explained how to do it for N50 (also a S60 phone).
For another problem (caller's lists) Volvo still have no solution, I guess ... so Gerry Keaney, Senior Vice President for Marketing Sales and Customer Service will be soon under fire - stay tunned!

Bluetooth Conectivity

I recently brought an iphone 4S and am attempting to use bluetooth to print to a HP Photosmart 380 portable printer, the phone shows that it is ,on and is now discoverable and searching' the printers bluetooth connection is flashing and I am waiting, waiting, waiting!!!!!
Can anyone please advise, even if this is not possible.

N73 Bluetooth conection prob

I tried to send my wife a music file I had downloaded from my pc to my N73. It found her phone ok, but each time I tried to send it to her it failed. I sent her a picture from my phone and it recieved it with no probs. Is it the format which my pc suite had converted it too which is the problem? or could it be something else? Any help would be great thanks.

yes, if the file u are trying to send is not compatible with her handset then u will get a failure notice.
