Bluetooth connection with Samsung u740 not working quite right?

I have a new Samsung u740 cell phone and I set it up to sync my contacts b/w the computer and the phone. I also set it up so when someone calls me it pops up on my computer who's calling, but when someone calls it just says "unknown caller". I have synced the contacts on both devices. Does anyone have any advice on what to do?

Ios7.0.1 bluetooth connectivty with car stereo not working properly?

I have updated my Iphone to Ios7.0.1 Before this update connection between my Iphone and car stereo was not an issue.
Now the only way to play music through this device is to use the iphone. Select track, volume, Etc the hands free buttons on the sterring wheel do not work. I think you will agree this is not acceptable, convenient , or safe to drive. However the phone call option is working perfectly as before. My vehicle is a 6 month old Jaguar XF I have contacted them and they have inspected my car and have assured me the problem is not with my car audio equipment.
I am a little reticent to do a factory reset on my iphone until all avenues of trouble shooting have been exhausted.
Can anyone help, advise, or even been experiencing the same problem/

I have a similar problem with my XF. I upgraded to 7.0.2 and deleted all my paired devices in the car and on my phone.
I reapired the phone and all seemed fine - I could happily make/receive calls. However the phone will NOT connect to the audio part of the XF and will not play any music or connect via Bluetooth to Audio. I can see the phone and try and connect but I get the message that the Audio connection has failed. The phone continues to work normally through the phone setup.
Previously you could effectively connect a device as a phone and a device as an audio device (or the same device to both phone and audio) but this is no longer possible with IOS7 it seems. My wife and my son also have iphones upgraded to IOS7 and they cannot connect to audio either.
I have tried rebooted, resetting, deleting all settings etc, etc but I am having no luck.
ANy further help greatfully received. My XF is a 63 plate and just over a month old.

Look at how many postings there are for the same error. thousands on google and more on here. We all have tried everything even seeking each others advice in forums. i have also never seen an answer from APPLE that will resolve the issue. i think they need to check their server settings, their product (itunes), and work directly with us to resolve the issue. if you post in the fourm then make sure you also summit feedback maybe this will let them know this is a HUGE and FUSTRATING problem. Again another wast of money.

Bought new routers
Disabled, updated, uninstalled and reinstalled our drivers
Pinged, ran trace routs and everything to verify we connect to the server
But is it really still OUR problem to come up to a solution?
this is all in my own opinion.
But if anyone finally gets a resolution, maybe apple?, then let ALL these people on the web and in these forums have a real and truthful resolution and reason it is happening.

If you are attempting to use Handoff/Continuity, that does involve Bluetooth but the devices are NOT paired; Bluetooth just needs to be on and the devices in range of each other. The following may help with Handoff/Continuity issues: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5458

HTTPS connection with client certificate not working in spartan

The certificates (taken from a smartcard) are indeed present in the user CertStore.

in fact you are more using a reverse-proxy than a proxy since it is on the server part..
You have to put all the SSL server part on the reserve-proxy itself and not on the final RSS feed. Then, the reverse-proxy will authenticate your client and gets its certificate. After that, either this proxy will open a plain connection (no ssl) towards the RSS, or you can also open a ssl connection but this means you must create a client certificate for the proxy. It just depends on the security level you need, and I used this solution many times in professional hosting.

Timeout script not working quite right.

I'm doing a kiosk project that has 11 scenes that house about
70 videos for playback. I need to include a timeout function that
needs to revert back to screen #1 if there is no mouse activity for
around 8 minutes. There is another timeout script in scene #2 that
forwards ahead to scene #3 if no activity within 30 seconds. The
timeouts do seem to work, they go to and stop where they're
supposed to but then they seem to rerun themselves so that several
are running at the same time. When I click into other scenes which
start the videos, then they will quit and jump back to screen #1
after 30 seconds or so.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated...

You're posting AS2 code in the AS3 forum. Anyways, Try moving
your mouse around while you're watching the videos and see if they
kick back to the first scene... chances are myInterval is still
working in the other scenes.
I'm not sure, but I don't think changing scenes cancels that
kind of functionality. From what I heard, when you work with
scenes, when the file is compiled, it melds them all into one long
timeline (hear-say only, so I won't mind being straightened out on
that).

Lightbox not working quite right

I am updating our portfolio page on our website. Everything looks fine in the design mode, but when I switch to preview, or even put it live, things shift. There are to be < > to the right and left to allow you to scroll through portfolio pieces and the X (to close) and the write up should both be to the top right of the image. However, on some of the pieces the arrows change to Xs and appear with the write up on the top left hand side. Thank you for sending your file. The lightboxes are working correctly for me when exported using the Private Beta build. Can you launch the Private Beta and make sure you update to the latest version (if it notifies you of updates) and test this one more time?
Mostly unrelated, but you may want/need to consider a different design for your Portfolio page. At present a number of things are compounding to make your Portfolio page especially large (>25 megs) and thus very slow to fully load.
According to Akamai, average US download speed is 6.7 Mbps (with the global average being 2.6 Mbps). That equates to about 700K per second for US site visitors. So for the average site visitor in the US the current design of the Portfolio page would take ~25/.7 = 36 seconds to load.
The slower a page loads, the less visitors will stick around to wait for the page to appear. Some surveys claim as many at 40% of page visitors abandon after waiting 3 seconds, but other surveys are less severe in their findings estimating ~50% abandoning after 15 seconds <http://blog.kissmetrics.com/loading-time/>.
In any case, a 25+Mb page won't be visitor-friendly to load.
So, why's it so big and what can you do about it?
First, there's a lot on this page due to the 35 accordion content areas containing a total of 154 images in 34 slideshow lightbox widgets which means 308 total lightbox images (one for each thumbnail and one for each hero image).
Next, all the images are PNGs. Rounding the corners on images is not well supported across all browsers, so to achieve the rounded corners Muse does so by cropping off the corners during output. However, to represent the now transparent area of the corners the images have to be PNG or GIF (JPEG on the web doesn't support transparency) and PNG is roughly 5 times larger than JPEG for a photographic image. Thus the lightbox hero images and thumbnail images are probably about 5 times larger than they need to be. If the rounded corners were removed the page load would probably drop to ~5 Mb, which would be much faster, but still very large. To go lower than that you'd probably want to consider dividing the content across multiple pages.

Rectangle outcode() not working quite right

ScrollPane in Flash8 not working quite right Flash8

When you click on either "about" or "clients" it takes you
down the timeline to a ScollPane that is set to load an external
swf (with a tranparent background if that makes a difference). This
works fine for me 100% of the time on my Mac but have had a couple,
including the client, who say the in IE on a PC the scroll bar
doesn't appear and the swf shows up low on the screen. Anyone have
any thoughts on this?

I found an example from NI, cvi_enumerated_values.zip. If I include the DLL that was prebuilt, everything is fine, no Enumeration name mangling. But if I rebuild with LabWindows/CVI 8.5 or 2010 and then use the corresponding DLL, I get the description naming mangling again. So, it seems to be a build or environment issue. Still trying to track the issue down.

Enumerated Types Exposed in Teststand Not Working Quite Right

Hi All,
I have a LabWindows/CVI driver where one of the APIs is an enumerated type. I followed some of the posts where it instructed me to create the enumerated data type in *.h file, add it to the *.c API, create a FP and add the new type to the API, configure the target settings to "add type library resource to DLL" and build.
I see the enumerated data types, but the description of the new type is garbage. See the attached JPG. I see "__MIDL__MIDL_itf_IALdi1_0000_0001" for the description of the enumerated type.
I have looked all over the place for a setting, etc. but can't figure it out. Does anyone else have or had the same problem? And a solution.

Have you tried using the iPod with another user account or computer, to help narrow down whether the problem lies with the computer, account, or the iPod itself?
Maybe try reformatting it, using the tools provided by Windows. Instructions on how to reformat your iPod can be found in this article.

Normally, you just connect the monitor to the MacBook using a VGA adaptor that you can buy from an Apple Store. Now try System Preferences > Displays > Detect Displays. You should now be able to select a display mode for the monitor. If it still doesn't work, then I'd check that everything is properly connected. I've had problems with colours disappearing due to a faulty connection in the VGA adaptor.

First thing to try is reset Printing System:
OS X Mavericks: Reset the printing system
Next would be reset the router (power off 15 secs then back on). And, 2 minutes later, reset the printers 1 by 1.
