now the issues file is getting polled from ftp and placed in file/staging folder perfectly.
Then the file needs to be moved to file/process folder using file adapter. here the issue is coming

com.sap.aii.af.service.util.transaction.api.TxManagerException: Unable to commit transaction: The transaction has been rolled back: com.sap.engine.services.ts.transaction.TxRollbackException
I had done the cache refresh still the problem persists.HI,
1. check whether you have authorization for write access.
2. Check the path provided for process.
3. Ensure both the staging and the process paths are different.

Could not send out email...found out the real reason
I use windows live mail.When I was away from home I could not send out any emails. When I called tech support, I was told because I was not at home using my DSL router. I mentioned that I could receive emails from Verizon no problem but could not send out.
The real reason was my anti-virus out-bound email scan. When I turned off this scan, all my outbound mail went out.that's a great tip for forum users. thanks for sharing with everyone.

Bluetooth will receive but not send files
My Droid X Bluetooth will receive files from other devices, but will not send files to the same devices. Bluetooth headset works great. When attempting to send files, it doesn't even try. It fails immediately.
What type of files are you tring to send because I have had no issues sending either way?
UPDATE: Just did some testing and it seems that size may be a factor in this situation, what device are you trying to transfer to? It seems spartphone to smartphone it will send but when I tried a coworkers regular Sanyo phone it would fail.. -

Workflow : Could not send e-mail [10014 : email ...
hi,
i am trying to send email notification via workflow, but i am not able to do so. anyone can help to troubleshoot this?
below are the steps i have carried out for email configuration:
1. i have added the mail server on mds.ini, MDS is restarted after every changes.
2. requester and approval has correct email setup at console.
3. a notification is added in workflow.
4. telnet ping to mail server with port 25 is fine.
when i check the log, i have the error :
"Could not send e-mail [10013 : email : Notify] [Mail server:xxxxxxxxx] [From address:xxxxxxxx] [To address:xxxxxxx
i know the guidelines and steps for configurations, but apparently it does not workout, so any troubleshoot guideline will be more appreciated.
Thanks!
ShantiHi Shanti,
I am sure you must have checked all this but then again would you please check following things and let us know ?
1) Please check the SMTP Server Name in your Outlook Express if you are using Outlook
2) Please log into MDS file and go under that particular Repositoy and check what details you have given for Mail Server
3) Please give SMTP address in mail server line
4) Log into Console and check if you have alligned Users and Roles to each other correctly or not.
5) log into Data Manager and open the workflow and check the properties of Mail notification stencil and check if correct proertise are set ot not.
Once you have made the changes at server level please restart the server again and then please let us know if this problem exist or not, may be we can more troubleshoot it further.
Thanks and Regards

HTTP error: could not POST file
Hi experts,
I am working with scenario: WS <-soap-> XI <-rfc-> R3.
I have created all the stuff in IR, ID, define my WSDL and tested it with Altova, and everything works ok!.
However, if i use https and 50001 instead of http and 50000 (from the URL), i get following error:
<i>HTTP error: could not POST file
Error sending SOAP request</i>
I have checked that 50001 service is active and i can reach:
https://<hostname>:<50001>/XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?
Can you guys tell me if i have missed any step in my configuration or in the java visual admin to let this work?
Please, help me out.
Best regards,
davidHi David,
Check if these threads can help you,

Libmtp error: could not send object info
I have an HTC One m8, and a laptop running Arch Linux. I installed gvfs-mtp, and my computer detects my phone and the files inside of it. I use the GNOME desktop environment, and it's default file manager.
If I try to transfer files to my phone, I get an error reading:
There was an error copying the file into mtp://[usb:003,005]/SD%20card.
"libmtp error: could not send object info".
I am not sure how to fix this. i tried reinstalling libmtp and gvfs to no avail.
I want to be able to connect my phone to my computer, and transfer files through my file manager. Any help would be appreciated..

Dispatcher yellow,J2EE status info unavailable,Could not get file from DB
Hello Experts,
I have successfully installed a ECC 6.0 server-ABAP +JAVA system (DB2 v9.5 FP4 windows server 2008-x64 bit).
Kernel: 700 , Patch: 185 ; SP level : rel 700 , level 17
I upgraded JSPM sucessfully from 14 to 17.Then i was trying to apply JAVA sp's one by one using single sp option JSPM tool.
I DEPLOYED the first sp component sucesfully but after that the next component gave warning in JSPM check that SDM is not started.
I checked MMC.Dispatcher was YELLOW and J2EE status info unavailable. Cannot use JCMON to start SDM..option 20 gives error--cannot access shared memory
I already tried Notes 784568 and 997510
Relevant logs:-

LIBTUX_CAT:1286: ERROR: tpreturn could not send reply TPEOS
Hi,
Our application uses tuxedo for loadbalancing. we are using this from last 4 years, but today i'm getting one error with one scenario. As per my understading tpreturn call is failing. ULOG file shows below given message
032615.ocpdev1!BBL.14797.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:216: WARN: Process 18711 died; removing from BB

032813.ocpdev1!issueHolders.18634.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:1286: ERROR: tpreturn could not send reply TPEOS - operating system error
I have searched google pages and couldn't get any clue. I have tried modifying UBB Config file with SYSTEM_ACCESS parameter to PROTECTED and other parameters but no use.
Please let me know what can be done.Hi,
I think you are referring to the documentation for error LIBTUX_CAT:1286, which suggests tuning the kernel parameters as a more general solution. The explanation for LIBTUX_CAT:669 is more specific (earlier messages in the ULOG usually give a more specific reason for the problem):
+669 ERROR: Message operation failed because of the invalid message queue identifier+
Description
msgsnd to a queue failed because of invalid message queue identifier. This can also occur if a request is made by a client who exits before the request is satisfied. The cleanup after the client exits removes the message queue.
Action
Check the message queue identifier in msgsnd(). The message may be corrupted. Contact your ORACLE TUXEDO system Technical Support.
Increasing the kernel parameters will not help in this case, as the problem is due to the queue having been removed, which happens when the client program terminates, and it is quite likely that there will be no messages in the ULOG indicating what happened. You will need to follow the suggestions made earlier in this forum thread and find out what happened to the client.

Malcolm. -
InfoSpoke fails with message "Could not open file on application server"
BW Experts,
I created an InfoSpoke that is configured to extract to a flat file. The name of the file is specified using a logical filename. During extraction, the infospoke reports the error message "Could not open file on application server" adnd marks the extraction process as red(failed). I have tried to run the InfoSpoke in background mode and in dialog mode and the same error appears. After i run in dialog mode, i checked SU53 for authorization errors and did not find any. I also tried changing the Logical filename setup in transaction FILE to a more "friendly" directory in which i'm sure i have authorizations (e.g. my UNIX home directory) and im still getting errors.
Can you please share your thoughts on this? Any help will greatly appreciated. I also promise to award points.Hi Nagesh,
Thanks for helping out.
If i configure the InfoSpoke to download to a file using "File Name" option and also check the "Application server" checkbox, the extract works correctly (extraction to the defualt SAP path and filename=infospoke name). If i configure the InfoSpoke to download to the local workstation, the InfoSpoke also works correctly. It's only when i configure it to download to the application server and use the "Logical filename" option, that i encounter a failed extract.
Here are the messages is the Open Hub Monitor:

If i clink on the error message, no messages nor clues are displayed. Note, this is a new InfoSpoke that is currently in the dev system.

Could not load file/URL (file not found) error for JNLP file
I am completely baffled in trying to figure out why I am getting the following error for some JNLP files but not others:
Error: could not load file/URL specified: C:\Users\tom\AppData\Local\Temp\javaws2
java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\tom\AppData\Local\Temp\javaws2 (The system cannot find the file specified)
at java.io.FileInputStream.open(Native Method)
at java.io.FileInputStream.<init>(Unknown Source)
at java.io.FileInputStream.<init>(Unknown Source)
at com.sun.javaws.jnl.LaunchDescFactory.buildDescriptor(Unknown Source)
at com.sun.javaws.Main.launchApp(Unknown Source)
at com.sun.javaws.Main.continueInSecureThread(Unknown Source)
at com.sun.javaws.Main$1.run(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)I have Googled around this forum and elsewhere, and have seen reports that this error is IE-specific, and seems to have something to do with no-cache headers being sent, or with the client browser's cache being full or turned off (which is not my case). I saw the information in the JavaWS FAQ, which recommended turning off security constraints for the JNLP's URI. I tried that, and it didn't help. One of the very baffling things is that I have created several variations of the JNLP file, with varying combinations of jars and property resources, and some combinations always work while other combinations never work. Here's an example:
<jnlp spec="1.0+" codebase="$$codebase">
<information>
<title>demo app</title>
<description>illustrates weird bug</description>
</information>
<resources>
<j2se version="1.5+"/>
<jar href="randomFile.jar"/>
<property name="xxx" value="xxxx"/>
<property name="swing.metalTheme" value="steel"/>
</resources>
</jnlp>The above file always fails with the error shown at the top of this message. However, if I remove either of the two properties, it works fine. And I have created other variations with lots of properties, some of which work. All of these variations are in the same directory in the war file, served by the exact same servlet (a slightly modified version of the jnlp.sample.servlet.JnlpDownloadServlet provided with JDK 1.6.0_3). Assuming that a no-cache header is the problem, what on earth could be causing some JNLP files to always be served with a no-cache header, while others are never served with a no-cache header?
On a related note, any recommended debugging techniques for seeing what headers are being transmitted? I tried adding a simple check for a "debug=true" parameter in the servlet that causes it to set the content type to "text/plain" instead of JNLP, and that allows me to see (rather than execute) the JNLP XML that's being returned, but it doesn't show me the HTTP headers that are being sent back. If any caching headers are being set, I think it must be being set by the servlet container itself, as it's nothing being set in the servlet code that I can see. So I don't see any way on the server side Java code to output or log the actual HTTP response (or is there?). Any tips in that regard much appreciated.
Edited by: TomC125468 on Aug 19, 2009 1:35 PMHi Luca-Sanna,
Thanks for the response. Re browsers, yes, it fails in IE but it succeeds in Firefox. The info on the JavaWS FAQ and other places all seem to indicate that it's an IE issue concerning handling of the cache-control headers.
I should check in my webserver forum (Sun WebServer 7) to see about logging options. Sniffing on the client side is not possible, as my app is required to use HTTPS exclusively, and unfortunately that also precludes a telnet GET request. -
Hyper-V on Windows 8.1 64 bit, "Could not send keys to the virtual machine"
Hi,
I newly installed Windows 8.1 (not an upgrade, fresh install from corporate network) on a Dell Precision T7600 workstation and enabled the Hyper-V feature with the matching management. I created a couple of 2 GB RAM, 2 virtual CPUs VMs and am trying to install
Windows Server 2k8R2 and 2k12 on them. After a network boot, during the first couple dialog boxes for Windows setup, I am unable to use the keyboard. When I try to boot from an ISO, the VM get stuck on a black screen "Starting Windows". In either
case if I use the VM connection window menu to paste from clipboard or send ctrl+alt+del, I get the error:
Virtual Machine Connection
Could not send keys to the virtual machine.
Interacting with the virtual machine's keyboard device failed.
I search online for this error and did not find others experiencing it.
I tried to shutdown and reset both VMs, I stopped and restarted the Hyper-V service. Neither helped. I am not sure what other step I can take at this point.
Also, I configured a virtual switch as external network on one of the two Intel network adapters. Both connect to a gigabit switch. "Allow management operating system to share this network adapter" is checked. Both VMs are on the same virtual switch.
Senior Soft. Dev. Eng. | Microsoft IT | Microsoft CorporationHi,
Can you find any information in event log about this issue?
Based on my research, it seems that the Dll file related to Hyper-v was corrupted.
I suggest you try using the following command to repair your system.
1.Open an elevated command prompt: press Win+X, then click Command Prompt(Admin),and press Enter.
2.At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Could not load file or assembly 'Oracle.DataAccess error on server
I have been building a.NET application on my local Machine Windows 7 and have the 32-bit ODT installed on my machine which works nicely with VS 2010.
I placed it on the server and when I open the page that accesses data from Oracle, I get the below error. Both the server and my local computer have the Oracle.DataAccess
dll installed and both have the same public token 89b483f429c47342. I changed the target CPU from Any CPU to x86 and published a Release build of my project to the server.
Why am I getting the below error?

Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:4.0.30319; ASP.NET Version:4.0.30319.1This was definitely the right answer, I thought ODAC was already installed on the server, but apparently not. I installed the 64-bit OCAC XCopy version on the server and now it works.
